We had a very good time in this hotel. The beach walks were the best. Secluded place, not crowded, you can walk alone in one of the longest beaches I have ever seen. Sunsets are amazing. The kids had a blast, there are so many things to do for them that there were always entertained. Make sure you get a room with access to the pool so the kids can get out and swim. The breakfast had so many options, a bit crowded for our taste so we ended up having breakfast in the room after the first day. We stayed 5 night but we could have stayed 5 more easily. It would have been nice to give a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the cushions in the restaurants, specially the beach bar and the breakfast restaurant.

We had a family wedding here.. Resort is amazing with easy pool access. Own beach, good food and breakfast.. staff is amazing, caring and take care of all the requests. Definitely worth to stay there..

Perfectly located on the beach 5 min drive from town centre. Perfect place for the kids. My Niece and Nephew made lots of friends and loved the food. The breakfast was the best iv ever seen in a hotel I had 3 a day 😆 Best view for sunset and lots of daily excursions to be taken up. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Will be back within the next year. 10/10

Great hotel overall. The suites with pool access are really nice and fairly spacious. The pool is great for kids and there are more adult based pools too. The pool is massive and unforchunately some of the pool tiles are broken, but they are constantly repairing them. The hotel is pretty far from the main road and Khao Lak is a pretty small town so it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, which some people probably like. The low season is also nice because it's a lot less crowded. My favorite restaurants there were the beach restaurant and the Italian one. Overall a great experience and would come again in the future.

It is a beautiful hotel with great customer service. The best restaurant was The Drift and the Indian beach buffet. The Italian, and lunch by the beach - very average. We had a lovely stay, however if we had to stay there longer than 4 nights, the hotel was a bit too big for us. The beach is nice, but not wow - great for long walks though + beautiful sunsets. This hotel is great for floating as they have an endless pool! We found that the coffee amount in our room was a problem, every Nespresso capsule given was carefully calculated. Overall, we had a good stay.
