Review for JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa My stay at JW Marriott Phuket was truly exceptional! The experience was amazing from start to finish. The resort is extremely safe, impeccably clean, and perfectly maintained. The location is well-serviced and ideal for families and honeymooners alike. Although it’s about an hour away from the city center, the peaceful atmosphere and luxurious surroundings more than make up for it. The only thing I wish was available is lifeguards at the swimming pools — that would add an extra layer of safety. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the outstanding service, warm hospitality, and the variety of high-quality food and drinks. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. I can’t put into words how much I appreciated their efforts to make everything perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and upscale retreat in Phuket!

If I would describe my experience, it would be that it greatly exceeded my expectations; filled with pleasant surprises and familiar comforts. Day starts with a breakfast that can only be described as legendary. The hotel’s landscaping is divine and lush, rooms are spacious and beds are perfect. Every corner of the hotel is filled with bliss and beauty. Hotel is gorgeous yet simple- highlighting the timeless philosophy of this region. Let the pictures speak for themselves

Our stay at JW Marriott Phuket was absolutely fantastic! One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—and that says a lot, considering I’m usually not a fan of buffets. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were outstanding, making every morning a real treat. A special mention goes to tennis coach Simon, who made our sessions so much fun with his great energy and enthusiasm. He truly elevated our experience and ensured we had a fantastic time on the court. The service level throughout the resort was exceptional, even compared to other 5-star resorts in Thailand. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the warm welcome to the attentive service at every touchpoint. Overall, a perfect stay—we can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a beautiful hotel, and it is not expensive. They have a portion of the hotel that is dedicated as Beach Club (time share) so they maintain the resort to impeccable standards. It is very private but also has many services within walking distance. All Phuket attractions are driving distance away, but this is true of nearly every resort in Phuket. The buffet breakfast is legendary. The other on site restaurants are a bit overpriced. There are cheap choices on the edges of the property, but overall somewhat limited. Hotel has a travel desk on site and can arrange any tourist activities you desire

This place cannot be trusted. I was there for a corporate event with my company for 4 nights. At the time of check-out, I left my Chanel perfume in the room, right above the mini fridge cabinet. I immediately realized it on my way to the airport, and luckily my colleague was still there at the hotel. To my horror, when my colleague approached the hotel lost & found department, they simply refused to accept that anything was left behind in the room. This incident has eroded my trust with this hotel and I will not recommend a property where staff's ethics and integrity is questionable. I am sure if their security investigate this properly, they'll be able to uncover the truth. I was staying in room 224 and checked out on 11th April 2025.
