Excellent stay! The villa was so wonderfully spacious and well equipped, staff were all friendly especially the kids club team (thank you!!) so many programs that you can stay the whole time at the resort with unless entertainment

Excellent resort - very good service, great facilities, pools and activities for kids.
The rooms were comfortable, the morning breakfast lavish.
The only drawback is the some what remote location - which means no abundant small restaurants, massage parlours or laundry service nearby.
I prefer to eat outside the hotel for lunch and dinner & there was nothing except for a few beach shacks around the resort and 1 or two restaurants at the small turtle village shopping area nearby.
The beach shacks have good food & views, but are expensive for the ambience and constant flies is a problem.
There are none of the massage parlours where one can get a daily foot massage except a few beach massage huts that are not very good.
The isolated beach is pretty. If you want a stay where you don't venture outside the resort, then this place is perfect for you.

Overall: Disappointing Experience
The JW Marriott Phuket did not meet expectations. The hotel feels outdated, service levels are below average, and the restaurant prices are high compared to those outside the hotel.
The check-in process was very slow, and I had to wait an extended period for my room to be ready, which was particularly frustrating given the 33-degree heat and lack of proper air conditioning in the lobby. The hotel is large and heavily populated, adding to the inconvenience.
The room, while outdated, was acceptable overall. The facilities were just okay, but the pools were not appealing for swimming. I encountered dirty towels on three occasions, and the beds were old and unclean. Additionally, the presence of numerous mosquitoes and large geckos around the pool area made it unpleasant to walk or swim there.
Breakfast was disappointing as well. It was very crowded, with insufficient staff to handle the volume of guests. I had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee, and there was little variety in the food offered.
There isn't much to do outside the hotel, limiting options for activities beyond the premises. The beach pictures on the website are not accurate.

Can't comment much about rooms as didn't stay here but one of the affiliates nearby.
Clean beach, a great pool, a great game space and there's even a place for turtle viewing.
Service is great as the staff on-site brought complementary refreshments to customers (even from affiliates) to enjoy beside the pool.
There's a Buggy service between affiliates and Turtle Village.

Always consistent in providing great service to guests to make it a memorable stay. Staff are polite and friendly, rooms are well equipped and very aesthetic. Perfect set up to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Pools are great for kids and adults, the beach front was even better to enjoy a sunset.
