Not a hotel person and Jupiter just confirms my reluctance. Overly expensive, not enough room for everyone around the pool, freezing pool temperature, live music quite loud until late from which there is no escape, woke early (05:30) by pool area cleaning. Breakfast available from 07:00 which was good and the rooms serviced to a high standard. The location is perfect just off the beach and the balconies offer lovely views

Comfortable hotel situated just off "the strip". Very clean and well maintained. No rush for the sunbeds. Beach which is lovely just across the street.(lots of steps down! ). The staff are polite and friendly without being "in your face". Food mixed have always managed to eat something at dinner. Big selection at breakfast.

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and daughter, paying 1,700 euros for the room and half board, and we were extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was much too small for a family of three; it felt extremely cramped, and we believe the hotel should not allow families to book these rooms. If I am paying for three people, I expect a room big enough for three people. The room was only suitable for a couple or singles, yet we paid for a tiny room for three. To make matters worse, my husband found two flies in his eggs one morning, which raised serious concerns about the kitchen's hygiene standards. I have attached a photo to this review. When my husband informed the staff about the flies, he received barely an apology. The pool at the hotel was also not suitable for children as it was very deep. This was a significant issue for us, especially since my friend was staying at the casino hotel across the road, which had a children's pool and slide, providing a much safer and more enjoyable experience for families with young children. Additionally, my in-laws, who were just two adults, were upgraded to a family room during our stay. This really miffed me, as our family of three was stuck in an inadequately sized room while they enjoyed the spacious accommodation that would have been perfect for us. I gave the hotel a chance to rectify the situation before posting this review, but unfortunately, they placed the responsibility on me to choose the correct room. I believe it is their responsibility to ensure the rooms are appropriate for families if they are going to take the money for a family booking. They did advise they would have a team meeting about the hygiene in the kitchen. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to other families.

The food was excellent for a half board holiday. No pool attendant to people from putting their towels on the deck chairs even though the sign clearly stated that it was not allowed. Not ideal for small children as they only have one pool. The soul spa was amazing, the best experience we ever had, especially the aqua circuit.

Fantastic holiday the hotel was out of this world, the selections of breakfast was unbelievable, fresh juice every morning, the evening meal well what can I say Fantastic again. The service was 110% couldn't do enough for you. Only thing I would say If you had live entertainment there be no need to leave the hotel.
