Pros: Fantastic for kids, with plenty to keep them entertained. Great pools with enough space and loungers available (visited in late September). The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our child's food intolerances. The massage was excellent, and the staff were generally very helpful throughout the hotel.
Cons: We stayed in a family room on the 3rd floor, but the view from room 340 was disappointing. The rooms don't appear to be 5-star quality— the shower head and area need replacing, and parts of the cupboard were broken. The interior was very basic and uninteresting. Overall, the room didn’t feel clean or fresh when we first arrived, and the bathroom had a foul smell throughout our stay. The food was boring and lacked the variety we expect from a 5-star hotel. We didn’t try the two restaurants, which, to be honest, we kind of forgot about because they weren’t well advertised. They felt hidden in an inaccessible part of the hotel, even though they weren’t. It would have been nice if they had promoted them more during our stay. Felt like they rather us eat at the all inclusive buffet.
Overall, we probably won't be back. We enjoyed our stay, but there are better resorts which are similar distance from London.

Overall a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are beautiful and are daily cleaned. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The steak restaurant on site was lovely and would definitely recommend.
However the entertainment are could do with a little more seating. The lifts can be frustrating at time but not the end of the world and the shuttle bus to the beach is quite small for the amount of guests at the hotel.

Great for kids! Big and small. They put on different things each night for youngsters from discos to animal petting to bouncy castles (you pay extra for the bouncy castle).
The food variety is good and they do a special most nights too.
The deserts aren't great but do have flavour albeit when serving for lots of people what more do you expect.
Overall a great experience.

This was our fourth visit to the hotel in July and it did not disappoint at all. I emailed the hotel before for a restaurant booking and some extra things for the room and everything was how i asked for it. The pool were as cold as ever and a little bit of heat is probably needed.
There is always plenty of food and drink available all day everyday, including ice creams! The restaurants at the hotel are great. Special thanks to Chef Manpreet Singh who would always be there every evening. He was very helpful, especially with my daughter who had an egg allergy. His knowledge of food was brilliant, and remembered us from previous visits.
The entertainment was good and I know it could have been better. On previous visits my child had bonded with two members of staff who have been there in the kids club for a long time now (i am sorry i do not remember their names, the lady runs the camp night) when attending the children's club and they remembered her like they do with every child who returns.
There are a few animal shows, now I may not agree with the fact that they store the reptiles in a plastic container without holes in it but just kept away from it. The animal shows have the potential to be amazing but they need better care of some of the animals.
It is definitely a place I would return as my child loves it.

Great hotel for families. It is a bit far from anything but the hotel has everything you need and is top notch for families. Reception is happy to organize anything for you.
Pools are cold but you get used to it.
Ice cream all day
