The hotel and staff are amazing. The rooms are big ,it's very clean and all the staff are friendly. It's perfect for families and couples as there is a quiet pool area. The food was lovely and the all inclusive drinks were good and definitely not watered down. They have everything you need for a great holiday. I would definitely be going back

Lovely 5 star hotel. Great location. Reception was very friendly and helpful. We went all-inclusive. Food was lovely but found it lacked variation. Is great for children tho. Rooms were very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Myself and my daughter had a spa day and it was very relaxing. Different entertainment every night for children. Children's pool is great but the water in all the pools is freezing.Free bus available everyday to bring you to old town or the beach. Only a few minutes walk to the strip. Be prepared to be having your cocktails in small plastic cups.

Amazing Experience. It was our first all inclusive European holiday. Everything went smoothly. The staff being very informative and helping whenever needed. The restaurants at the hotel are great. Special thanks to Chef Manpreet Singh who would always be there every evening topping up the desserts, making sure the hungry guests never went without dessert. He was very helpful, especially with my son who has a milk allergy. His knowledge of food was brilliant. Some of the desserts looked as if they belonged at a Michelin Star Restaurant. Great work keep it up! Would highly recommend staying here at Jupiter if visiting Albufeira. 10/10.

It is one of the best hotels we have visited. The service and cleanliness were excellent . Most of the food was really nice and plentiful. The only downside side was that the temperature of some of the items was cold, not even warm. The hotel seems to be perfect for families with young children as well as adults. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach and back throughout the day .the one thing that stood out to me was the service from all the staff working in the hotel.

I will start with then good points , the food is very nice and a good variation (in the main food hall) , the hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. However this is NOT a 5 start hotel, our room wasn't cleaned for a few days on the trot , the pictures online are misleading, snack bar food is terrible and I mean terrible, the sandwiches are really bad and no option for anything healthy. This could be a 5 star However it just fails at the last lap. If your planning to come to this hotel without children don't bother the only way I can describe the experience is a 18 to 30s with kids. The pools are nice and the kids did enjoy it the hotel needs to do better as its more like a 4 star...
