  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

It has been an amazing 12 days holidays. The room service ( especially Mohamed Farrah- he service the room daily and went above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, made toys out of towels for our 4 years old daughter , she was so happy seeing the eleganta and the Santa prezent he left her on Xmas eve. He is a genuine and funny persons made our stay even more special) The food especially the BbQ was amazing every lunch and dinner was available to most of the restaurants. There are many restaurants to eat at all included on our all inclusive oprien we've booked. On the Beech especially Niamh had helped us to get here on a almost last minute booking and she handled everything so nice and made everything so clear. Thank you! I want to thank the staff at the Neverland restaurants, pools and the ferry park , the safety and security has been always so nice, kind and attentive. For everyone thinking that going to a country like Egypt please know that people are kind and happy to receive you. Everyone has treat us with a smile, some jokes and great admosfere, they went above and beyond to make sure we are happy at the Neverland. The Xmas Eve event was very nice organized and included aswell. We are going to miss the New Year Eve party but we had an amazing time, is a grate place for family with kids.

A great place for families to go together as a group. Children over 4 are well catered for, we went with a baby of 16 months and not being able to go on the slides with her was illogical. We saw a few parents very frustrated with this rule. The children’s pools with the slides were very cold. So not ideal either. An indoor younger children’s play area would’ve been great for us. Food and cleanliness could not the faulted. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. The slides were great, a lot of fun and plenty to keep our older children and adults entertained. Loved the all inclusive vibe with the snack bars open during the day, the pizzas, crepes and kebab meats were awesome.

FABULOUS AND AMAZING The cleanliness, the attitude of the staff. This resort is huge and has plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained all day long. It was a wonderful experience and we recommend this resort to families for an unforgettable stay. I wish there were more water parks and heated pools during the winter months, the opening hours of the slides are too short. There were sometimes long wait times at the slides.

The hotel is good. Staff is also very polite. The cleaner Ahmed did his job also good. The only thing i missed was a steakhouse (paid, not free like open buffet restaurants). Premium customers wants to eat good and they are willing to spend extra money. Sell high quality meat like ribeye, wagyu, steaks. Then it would be a 10 out of 10 vacation.

Everything was perfectly organized and well thought out. the décor is stunning, cheerful, and uplifting helping you to have best photos ever. The service is amazing, the staff are extremely professional, and the place itself is truly impressive and genuinely lives up to its name, Land of Dreams. The entire staff, starting from Mahmoud at the reception, to every single person at the aqua area, the restaurants, and even housekeeping, are exceptionally polite, respectful, and professional. The reception team even calls daily to check if you need anything. The place is clearly designed for guests to truly enjoy, relax, and feel comfortable. However, there is one person who made our stay truly unforgettable, and that is Moataz at the Soprano restaurant. Because of him, we didn’t feel like dining anywhere else. His cheerful face, warm smile, kindness, and manners make him genuinely lovable—you actually look forward to seeing him every day. Even though we checked out at dawn, the kids insisted on stopping by to say goodbye and take photos with him. Truly, thank you Moataz, and thank you to every single person working at this beautiful place
