Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)
  • Late dinner at Tagine (10pm to 12am)
  • A selection of national alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served at Columbus Bar, Jazz Bar and Colonies Bar (10am to 12am), Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort, Orange Bar, La Veranda Bar, Aqua Park Bar and White Elephant Bar (10am to 5pm), Indigo Bar (10pm to 12am), Jungle Bar (10am to 12am) and hot drinks at La Brioche (3pm to 5pm). I had a wonderful stay! The hotel room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt fresh. I especially appreciated the modern amenities like the smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and the well-stocked minibar. The view from the room was beautiful, and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This hotel is really worth a visit especially if you are traveling with children! They may all find their accounts with the many activities on offer, most of which are included in the All in package! There are slides for all ages and tastes and also activities and attractions for all! The All in is very complete with a huge choice of restaurants! We found the place fabulous and would like to be able to come back very quickly:-) For the points of improvement: * Some workers were not at all welcoming or even the opposite. Example: waiters who act as if they don't see us when we want to order our drinks, or who barely answer us when we ask questions, and sometimes serve us limit by throwing us what has been asked. Very unfortunate for the many other employees who were hyper friendly, welcoming and helpful. Because their work can be spoiled by the minority :-( *It would be necessary on arrival to receive more explanations about the various facilities, aquaparks, swimming pools, funfairs, activity sites, restaurants, etc. because at first it is very difficult to find your way around because the complex is so big. *It is a pity that despite the fact that it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds, the practice remains widespread and nothing is put in place to avoid this. Indeed, we have been told several times that there are no more deckchairs available. To finally see deckchairs remain empty (just a towel or other stuff) for whole afternoons or mornings. While we had to settle for a chair or stand...

Great hotel. Staff are amazing and will do anything to help you. There’s so much to do. We stayed in block I in Alf and loved this location as it was quiet and the pool was really nice. Only a 10 minute walk to reception. No cocktails as such. Just ask the waiter to knock one up. Variety of food but could do with a snack station in Alf for the kids and maybe some self service drinks, near block I. Would definitely come back.

You wont remember it due to the food. There is no wow effect. The food is mediocre. You can tell they try, but the last mile is missing, therefore it is just an „I ate something today as well” experience. The accommodation part is okay, looks nice from a distance, but in closer look it lacks the attention to details. Good for sleeping, just close one of your eye. You can remove 1 star easily then your expectations will match what you get. On activity side the resort is strong, lot of things are free which is really nice. The water slides are great, the elevator is a nice touch !

The hotel is really a great place, especially for kids the water park is unique ( and not only for the kids!)! The hotel is very tidy and well-maintained. The restaurants offer for every taste a large possibility to select. But was the most amazing are the service and the people who offers you not only your drinks and dishes, the offer you a sort of kindness which was amazing! All in all: we had a great stay and looking forward to come back!
