I stayed here on 17th September. My wife and 3 kids. We were upgraded to the royal suites (room 7171) and informed of the upgrade just before we boarded the plane from the uk. What a nice surprise! The rooms were immaculate and the AC was ice cold 🧊. We had 2 balconies which was a plus. The hotel overall was absolutely amazing, and so BIG! The water parks were amazing and so much variety. One thing I would chnage is the timings for yhe restaurants and food which feel like they close too early and also if there were clearler signs of the shuttle bus that runs theough the park and timings but other then thay the overall holiday and resort were absolutely fantastic. I would also like to comment Mahmud the general manager who was fantastic and the guest services staff!

Our stay at the Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland hotel was truly unforgettable! At the very beginning, we were greeted by smiling ladies with lollipops, which immediately put us in the holiday mood. The reception worked smoothly, and the gentlemen working there were very helpful and always ready to provide information. All the hotel staff deserves great applause! The cooks served delicious dishes that delighted with their variety and flavour. The waiters and bartenders were extremely courteous, always making sure that we had everything we needed. The service of the game room and the amusement park was full of energy and enthusiasm, which made us spend a lot of joyful moments there. Special thanks to the lifeguards and gentlemen at the slides, who took care of our safety and at the same time provided great fun. Cleaners and gardeners also deserve praise - their work made the entire facility always clean and well-kept. Bus drivers were very helpful and always ready to take us to the right place, and the animators organised fantastic attractions, thanks to which every day was full of joy. I hope I didn't miss anyone in creating such a wonderful place. Thanks to all these wonderful people, our stay at the Hotel Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland was one of the best holidays ever. We will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada as a large family group 6 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby and sadly, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we had booked 4 rooms through our travel agency and had full written confirmation of this. However, during check in , we were made to wait for over an hour while the staff tried to find our booking. They claimed that our fourth room wasn't in their system and told us it had been cancelled, which made no sense. Even worse, they asked us to pay the full amount again for the fourth room, despite us clearly showing confirmation from the agency. This caused unnecessary stress and commotion for no reason, especially after a long journey with children and a baby. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive throughout. After a long argument, they suddenly managed to find the booking and admit the room was confirmed all along something that should have been handled quickly and professionally from the start. The health and safety at this hotel is also very poor. On our fourth night, while having dinner, I slipped on a big puddle near our table - the entire floor was wet and extremely slippery. My older brother also slipped in the same spot. When we reported it to staff, they didn't care at all. Throughout our stay, we saw children slipping because the floors were not properly maintained or cleaned. It's clear that guest safety isn't a priority here. Having visited Hurghada two years in a row, l can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience we've had. The reception staff in particular were rude, dishonest, and unprofessional, and the overall service was awful. The only positives were the spa staff and the lifeguards at the slides they were kind, polite, and attentive. Unfortunately, their good attitude couldn't make up for how poorly the rest of the stay was handled. I would not recommend Jungle Aqua Park based on this experience. The hotel needs major improvement in customer service, honesty, and health & safety before I would ever consider returning or recommending it to anyone else.

The hotel area is very large and massive, with plenty of swimming pools. The water park was fun for the kids, even though most of the slides and facilities were quite worn out and past their prime. The children had a great time, but for us, three nights were more than enough. Unfortunately, there was no real “wow” moment — the overall experience could have been much more pleasant. There were so many negative aspects that made our stay far less enjoyable than we hoped. Considering the hotel is not cheap (around €400 per night), we expected much better value for money, which we definitely did not get. Food: There are several restaurants on-site, but the food was almost identical everywhere. Small variations existed (for example, spaghetti in the Italian restaurant), but overall, the dishes and salads were repetitive. The food was just okay — not terrible, but far from impressive. Customer Service: Customer service was disappointing. In a hotel this expensive, we expected friendly and professional service. However, most staff members looked tired or frustrated, rarely smiled, and didn’t seem to care much about guests. The service often felt cold and unwelcoming. All-Inclusive Experience: Because the resort is so large, the layout of the bars, restaurants, and snack bars felt inconvenient — almost as if it was designed to make you consume less. The snack bar offered dry sandwiches without any sauce, just plain bread with meat. Drinks were the cheapest local options, and cocktails were poorly mixed and inconsistent — sometimes too strong, sometimes too weak. The overall all-inclusive experience was disappointing and not worth the price. Reception: The reception service was terrible. We asked for a hairdryer every day for three days — four times a day — and never received it. Each time they promised to bring it “soon,” but it never happened, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Overall: Jungle Aquapark could be an amazing destination thanks to its size and facilities, but the service and quality do not match the high price. For us, three nights were enough.

Absolutely huge resort with plenty to do all day every day. We went with 4 children (aged 13, 10, 8 and 6) and we couldn’t have faulted the cleanliness and safety of the resort as a whole. We have a non swimmer in our family and there are so many life guards all over the place- it assured us that we always had a second pair of eyes watching out for us. The rooms, common areas, restaurants and pools were immaculate and all the staff very friendly and attentive. The variety of slides and activities throughout the water parks were brilliant with something for every age available. The only small downside was that there are not sunbeds available at most areas of the water parks. There is loads of space around each area of all the pools and water park but mainly seats rather than actual reclining sunbeds (although I am sure this isn’t a big deal for every family visiting- it was just personally something we would have hoped that there were more of for us… I couldn’t mark the score down for that minor inconvenience!) When we arrived we had booked 2 rooms to be next door to each other as we are a family of 6, and were disappointed that they had not fulfilled this and we had to upgrade our room to a suite to be together (£350 euros)… (we noticed that this was happening to other families who checked in around us as well so just be mindful as I am not sure if that’s a tactic to get you to upgrade!). We were happy to pay for an upgrade and glad we did as we had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 large bathrooms and living area… it was amazing and worth the extra spend :) We also paid for late check out for 70 Euros which meant we kept the room until 6pm which was really useful considering an 11pm flight home. I would certainly return to this resort and recommend highly.
