- Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
- Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The common areas as well as our room were spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
One of the highlights of out stay was the incredible variety of food available at the hotel. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was something for everyone. The buffet spread featured a delightful selection of international cuisines, and I especially enjoyed the themed nights that showcased different culinary traditions. Each meal was a treat, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
I also want to give a special shout-out to AbdelNabi from room service. His attentiveness and helpfulness made my stay even more enjoyable. He was always prompt with deliveries and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. His friendly demeanor added a personal touch that truly made me feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with excellent dining options and top-notch service. I can't wait to return!

Wonderful location for our family holiday. Plenty of activity for all ages. Also has so many pools that you can chill in peace in the morning and walk for a few minutes to your own water parks.
So many restaurants and snack bars. Drinks served by staff walking around pool with bar trolly. No issues getting loungers. Always clean and well maintained throughout.
Complex is so big it wasn’t easy keeping up to date with entertainment
Egyptian people are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place for everyone to enjoy.
FYI I’ve never experienced heat or humidity like it.

The food is amazing. the rooms are very nice and spacious. The animation team are all lovely espically Adela. There’s lots of afternoon entertainment for any ages. The best experience had to be the white party! I 100% say the best holiday!!!

Beautiful Resort. We stayed there for 7 nights and it was amazing. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Plenty of things to do for kids. They literally got a little fun fair going on inside the resort area. Every night was packed with entertainment. Food was good too, you have a lot of options to choose from. You can walk in and get food from any of the places and enjoy together. Pools are clean. Lots of fun activities there. Spa was nice experience. Our Room Attendant Ahmad was very helpful. He made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend this place to everyone, specially to the ones who are travelling with kids.

You could tell that the employees were under pressure. They were also very often scolded loudly by their superiors. Nevertheless, the employees were mostly friendly. The food was okay, but there were too many sweets on offer. Perhaps the health of the children should be taken into account here. In addition, no allergens were labeled on the individual dishes. You would have to ask everyone. Gluten-free baked goods left a lot to be desired. Gluten-free burger breads would not be a problem nowadays. It's not right that a variety of forbidden shooter games are offered for minors, but no indoor games for 0-6 year olds. The outdoor playground is also a bit small for the huge hotel and very hidden. The reception is sometimes very unfriendly. There were long waiting times at check-in. There was no information about the hotel apart from a location map. The pick-up from the room to reception for check-out unfortunately did not work, although requested 20 minutes in advance. Even a call back didn't help, we had to walk the way so that we wouldn't miss our transfer to the flight.
