  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

Lovely big resort but you sacrifice luxury when a resort is too big. A lot of walking involved and although there is a wee bus they are few and far between and don't go to all areas. Very clean, didn't get the friendliness we experienced in the smaller resort but how could you when there are a lot more people about. So our own fault. Book the show on arrival or you won't get to see it. We didn't know about it so missed it and the rest of the entertainment was amateur but had a huge stage that hid the actual skills on display. The technology here was exceptional, the vr room amazing but discretion on weight could be better handled. Thankfully this didn't affect me but I watched someone else's humiliation 😳 I was so sad for the person involved that I left myself in disgust. You don't weigh people in front of others ever! Great resort to experience once the water slides were class but we nicknamed neverland never again. We go to get sun in bones and relax this is far from relaxing. And only 1 heated pool out of 38. Size isn't everything folks, before choosing this resort think about what you want out of your holiday. In general food was good, it was clean and tidy and we didn't tip many staff because it lacked the personal touches.

This was our first time at the Neverland Jungle Hotel, and we were very impressed. The quality of service and the variety of attractions are top-notch. I'd like to take this opportunity to write a review of this hotel and express my special thanks to Mr. Moamen Salah for his excellent service and warm welcome. It's because of wonderful people like Moamen that we'll gladly return to Neverland, hoping to meet this delightful man again. Neverland is a wonderful place for both children and adults; the cleanliness and dedication of the staff are top-notch. We'll definitely be spending our next vacation at Neverland again.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Egypt! There’s something for everyone – both kids and adults. Plenty of attractions for children and the whole family, so you’ll never get bored. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options and different restaurants to choose from. The staff is amazing – very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. We will definitely come back!

Stayed here 24/1/26 for a week with our 9 year old girl. From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The water parks are unbelievable, the vr arcade amazing and the fairground, dodgems, skating, bikes, boats were all fantastic as were the staff and animation team who went out their way to make our stay more enjoyable. It really is a kids paradise. The food was a bit repetitive, but given the size of the place that is a very minor comment.

Everything was excellent. The girls were extremely happy and enjoyed every moment. The food was very tasty and varied, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is very large, which is great, and we really appreciated the small cars and bicycles that made it easy to get around the whole resort. The only downsides were that the animations were the same every day and that there should be more heated swimming pools. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great experience.
