I’ve only just arrived and do not usually do reviews so early, however my experience at breakfast has been incredible. Ananjoy who was my waitron was the friendliest staff member ever in a hotel. Made me feel right at home and comfortable. The hotel is spacious, rooms are bright and have large windows which is a win for me. I look forward to the rest of my stay.

We have stayed in this hotel before. And the experience was fine. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very spacious. Everything is modern and comfortable. Though food experience was underwhelming. Every time we come to this place everything is great, apart from food. Food selection is simply too small. The meat was very rough. We ended up eating rice and eggs from kids table. There was a lot of food that was very peculiar during dinner. I am not saying that this is bad… you can just get a wider selection of excellent food for a lower price at St Regis that is located at the same beach. Though the views are fantastic and service was great. Kids club is good as well. Overall the hotel is excellent and luxurious, yet the food part is what makes me give 4 stars instead of 5.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment, the welcome and reception were beyond amazing. Every single detail was shared with so much care and warmth, which made us feel truly special. The place itself is stunning, and the service was exceptional in every way — cleanliness, professionalism, and the lovely smiling staff who genuinely seemed happy to help at any moment. The atmosphere was also incredible and made the whole experience even more memorable. Very nice hotel. The staff and service were excellent. White sandy beach directly in front of the hotel. The only drawbacks were the bathroom smelt very badly of damp. The restaurants were quite expensive and good, but not amazing. None left feeling much of a desire to return and there is not a lot of other options locally aside from other resort hotels. Breakfast was very good however. It would be great if more appears in Saadayat to give more options Finally the pool that children are allowed in is still essentially a paddling pool, despite having a kids paddling pool in kids club. So to swim properly you have to swim in adult pool in which children are not allowed. So for children to swim properly, as oppose to splash, they need to go to the sea. That said, it’s a really nice hotel and I would make it 4.5 stars if possible
Journeys & Stories
I recently attended an event at this hotel and was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The venue is absolutely stunning, with a lobby filled with natural light streaming through beautiful glass panels that perfectly frame the sea view. The scenery is breathtaking and creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The overall ambiance feels elegant and refined, making it a perfect setting for events. Everything about the space adds to a sense of comfort and sophistication. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would be happy to visit again.
