Average, at best. Definitely not value for money. And you’re paying for the location, not the service. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite. The room was well designed and decently cleaned in arrival. Over the five days, the room was serviced once as the timings never aligned, even though we were out for hours at a time. The room service took on average 45mins which meant the fries were cold by time of arrival. It took just as much time to get an ice bucket, so come prepared to wait. The breakfast is weak with no a la carte offerings and lacks daily rotation. Also a heads up, the property offers a babysitting service… it’s an opportunity for staff to pick up extra shifts at 80/hr - and the lack of training is not disclosed when booking. The average room rate rivals that of the Four Seasons in the Seychelles, and by comparison is a 3 star trying to be a 5 star.

Awesome hotel and overall experience. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. The food was amazing. We tried Mare Mare, Tean and White and everything was delicious. The beach is the best in Abu Dhabi. I love the no plastic policy of the hotel.

Outstanding hospitality. Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. Very variable breakfast, there is almost everything available in their buffet. The pool is very family oriented, but they have also a separate beach club in the hotel for couples and if you would like to have some chill atmosphere. I absolutely loved this hotel.
