Belcanto is one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve visited in Dubai. Located inside Dubai Opera, it offers an elegant and romantic atmosphere that is simply unforgettable. The live music was beautiful and added to the charm of the evening. The seafood was fresh and incredibly flavorful. The chef’s creations are impressive — authentic Italian cuisine prepared with finesse and passion. The interiors are stunning, the service is top-level, and the wine selection is excellent. It’s a perfect place for couples. I absolutely recommend it and will be coming back with my husband.

honestly this hotel deserves every bit of 10/10. The rooms were extremely spacious, very clean and so comfortable. We had such a beautiful view from our balcony , waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is so soft. The pool area is fantastic especially for kids, lots of space for them to play, plus the kids club was amazing. From arrival to leaving everything was smooth, warm and genuinely 5 star hospitality. Breakfast and food overall was exceptional ,high quality, huge variety and very well presented. Every single person who works there is so kind and so welcoming , it really stands out compared to many other hotels this level. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception (I’m really sorry I can’t remember the name exactly but I think it was Boba). Special thanks to Chandi, Sabik and Ravi — they were so attentive and truly made our stay memorable. We also appreciated: • sustainability focus (water refill stations + no single use plastic . • very relaxing calm atmosphere especially at night • easy access to get taxis instantly • housekeeping was extremely fast & consistent daily We will definitely come back again. This hotel is perfect for couples, families and honestly anyone who wants a peaceful, luxury beach holiday in UAE. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our 13 nights stay at the Jumeirah was truly magical and we hope to go back for another winter sun break .The key features of what made our stay memorable are outlined below: Location: The hotel beach according to locals whom I met on my daily walks is one of the best in Abu Dhabi if not the whole of UAE ! The soft white sand with clear blue waters attract dolphins as well as turtles. We had the privilege of witnessing a wonderful display of the dolphins from the hotel beach. The Jumeirah has the advantage of being set away from the cluster of a number of hotels at the western end of this stunning coast line.This offers a level of tranquility which really appealed to us. Beach front There are plenty of beds on the beach front as well as by the various swimming pools. The facilities are exceptionally well maintained by the staff who not only set up the beds with fresh towels but also also provide free bottled water in cool bags. Our special thanks to the whole team and in particular to Raju, Amir ,Sravan ,Eddison and Satchin from the life guards team for the care and attention offered to us as well as to Noel for the regular supply of complimentary fruit and ice lollies . Bell desk The team in particular Bonniface, Charles, Joseph, Tonny, Sai and Mayur from the bell desk were truly amazing. Some of them were amongst the first to greet us and the last to see us off. They helped us with the luggage and despite our brief encounters , they remembered us by our names and always offered a warm greeting and a big smile when we met them around the hotel premises. Hospitality We have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, this hotel stands out .It is exceptional in that the culture amongst the staff from the senior mangers to the ground staff is of a positive “can do attitude”.As mentioned previously , the staff in the key areas -the bell desk, the lobby, the restaurant, the beach somehow learn to remember guests by their names and make them feel very welcome .Nothing is too much trouble The managers have a hands on approach.We had the pleasure of meeting Carla, the general manager at the drinks and canapés event .Louise the manager at the White restaurant , Eva the assistant general manager as well as a number of others made a point of mingling with guests during breakfast, picking up on any issues/comments. We offer our sincere thanks to the whole team for making this one of the most memorable holidays .
