honestly this hotel deserves every bit of 10/10. The rooms were extremely spacious, very clean and so comfortable. We had such a beautiful view from our balcony , waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear and the sand is so soft. The pool area is fantastic especially for kids, lots of space for them to play, plus the kids club was amazing. From arrival to leaving everything was smooth, warm and genuinely 5 star hospitality. Breakfast and food overall was exceptional ,high quality, huge variety and very well presented. Every single person who works there is so kind and so welcoming , it really stands out compared to many other hotels this level. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman on reception (I’m really sorry I can’t remember the name exactly but I think it was Boba). Special thanks to Chandi, Sabik and Ravi — they were so attentive and truly made our stay memorable. We also appreciated: • sustainability focus (water refill stations + no single use plastic . • very relaxing calm atmosphere especially at night • easy access to get taxis instantly • housekeeping was extremely fast & consistent daily We will definitely come back again. This hotel is perfect for couples, families and honestly anyone who wants a peaceful, luxury beach holiday in UAE. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The whole experience felt calm and grounding. The moment I arrived I noticed how quiet the place is no chaos, no loud crowds, just the sound of the sea and birds. It gave me this weird mix of peace and nostalgia. The beach is unreal the water is so clear it doesn’t even look real. I spent a lot of time just walking barefoot on the sand and somehow it felt almost therapeutic. It’s the kind of place where you suddenly slow down without trying. The hotel itself is beautiful without being “too much.” Natural tones, clean design, lots of space and light. I loved the small details cold towels, the scent in the lobby, and how everyone speaks softly like they know you came here to reset. The staff were kind. They check on you but never in a way that interrupts your quiet moment.

This hotel calls itself a 5-star luxury beach hotel. It’s true that the view from the rooms, the pool area, and the beach are amazing. Unfortunately that’s where the “luxury” ends. The service is poor, particularly at the front desk and from housekeeping. The front desk went out of their way to make life difficult for us at check-in. The housekeepers appear at random times of day offering to clean the room, even when this is clearly not wanted nor requested. When you dial 4343 to order room service, the phone rings unanswered for several minutes before you finally get through to someone who clearly doesn’t know the menu. It’s odd that a supposed five-star hotel would have a buffet restaurant which would feel more at home in a budget four-star in Benidorm. That said, the food and service at the Italian restaurant on the beach was excellent. Overall this nowhere near lived up to the hype. I would avoid it and stay at the St Regis or Park Hyatt instead, which have the same incredible beachfront views but with far higher standards of service.

Awesome hotel and overall experience. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. The food was amazing. We tried Mare Mare, Tean and White and everything was delicious. The beach is the best in Abu Dhabi. I love the no plastic policy of the hotel.

Average, at best. Definitely not value for money. And you’re paying for the location, not the service. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite. The room was well designed and decently cleaned in arrival. Over the five days, the room was serviced once as the timings never aligned, even though we were out for hours at a time. The room service took on average 45mins which meant the fries were cold by time of arrival. It took just as much time to get an ice bucket, so come prepared to wait. The breakfast is weak with no a la carte offerings and lacks daily rotation. Also a heads up, the property offers a babysitting service… it’s an opportunity for staff to pick up extra shifts at 80/hr - and the lack of training is not disclosed when booking. The average room rate rivals that of the Four Seasons in the Seychelles, and by comparison is a 3 star trying to be a 5 star.
