We spent our honeymoon at this hotel and it was the best decision we could have made. The service is IMPECCABLE the views are insanely beautiful and the food is life changing. We will never forget our experience at this hotel. From a Room upgrade to the personalized interactions with the staff. This was a trip of a lifetime.

We flew to Mallorca to celebrate our recent engagement and Jumeirah was the highlight of our trip! The dining was superb, the view from our room was spectacular, and the team made us feel so incredibly special during our celebration. The spa was such a relaxing experience, it was so hard to leave! We are already planning on adding Jumeirah Mallorca to our next Europe trip, that’s how much we enjoyed it!

This hotel is incredibly well ran and has the best views in all of Mallorca. Highly recommend staying here.
Prices are steep but worth it. We stayed here in July and it was a highlight of the trip. This hotel has all the things to offer: store, multiple pools + restaurants, insane views, art gallery and a shuttle service to where ever you need to go. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

This review is only about F&B facilities as we were guests from outside.
We booked a table at 9:30 PM at Es Fanals.
We arrived before to enjoy the sunset from the stunning location of the hotel.
After being rejected from the 2nd floor bar (apparently full), we were recommended to have a drink at the -1 pool bar.
While the prices were definitely 5 star (Eur 22 for cocktails), the service was closer to what can be experienced in a normal beach bar with no or little service : 10 min wait for the cocktail to arrive, needed to request an ashtray and received a used one.
After 3 of our friends joined us with wonderful dresses, we hoped that after having ordered a vintage rosé champagne, the service would receive an upgrade. It was all the opposite : we needed to ask for crisps and we served ourselves the second glass of the champagne before heading for a long walk to reach Es Fanals.
A nice hostess walked us through the resort to finally being received by a welcoming hostess.
First surprise : while we confirmed by phone the booking the same afternoon, the first information we received wad that the biggest menu was not available as we had "a late reservation".
We go for the Mallorca menu and the wine pairing.
While the overall quality was good, the experience gave a feeling the staff wanted to go home as soon as possible.
After having difficulties to maintain the rythm with the wines served as part of the wine pairing (not sure the ambition to only propose wines from Mallorca is a success given the limited option on the island), we ask a 10 min break to give a rest to our livers.
Second surprise : our red snapper arrived cold.
The feeling of emergency to go home continued as our waitress disappeared for some bookkeeping in the back office, replaced without notice by a nice and friendly waiter very knowledgeable about the wines.
The main dish arrived (duck) with a surprising warning : be careful with the chocolate fondant as it may dominate the duck! It was indeed as it was bigger than the small piece of duck.
The deserts were ok, though quite sweet.
It was then time to let everybody go home after a pleasant night.

Wow! A beautiful hotel with top quality service food amenities and 10/10 service.
This place is vibrant, a resort to calm your nerves , stress levels, it's relaxing.
You will need to hire a car, the towns nearby are historic and beautiful. Mallorcan's are very friendly,
It is a great place to relax for some quality quiet time and appreciating the
beautiful views.
