We had an amazing week in Jumeirah Bali. The entire experience was brilliant. We had a problem at check-in as our travel agent had booked the wrong villa. Luckily for us, the villa that we wanted was still available and the check in team sorted us very quickly. They got the new villa ready by the time we could have a meal - very thankful after a very long flight from London to Bali. Our butler Novi was outstanding…a very highly personalised service with the finest attention to detail - for eg if we had a spa session or dinner she would be waiting outside the villa with a buggy a few minutes before our appointment. We have stayed in a few Jumeirah’s before but can easily say this was the best. Thanks Novi for making our stay memorable! All of us including the kids absolutely loved the experience and thank you also for the flowers, gift and the card. You have set the standard high!

We stayed here for the second time. The team at Jumeirah Bali is fantastic, from the security who greeted us late at night to the hosts and breakfast crew who start your day right. The villa is very comfortable and beautiful, with excellent beds, great pillows, and everything well thought out. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful perfectly maintained, with impressive architecture and attention to detail. Both the private and public pools are excellent, and the new seating area on the beach is a great addition, offering comfort right by the ocean. Overall, Jumeirah delivers top-level service, comfort, and design. A place that’s truly worth staying at.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Jumeirah Bali. The service by each staff member we encountered was immaculate. Every single person went above and beyond for us. We appreciate you! The villa and resort itself is beautiful , loved every bit of it. We will never forget this place and will definitely return in the future. Side note : as someone with celiac disease - a special shout out to the chefs ! Thank you so much for the wonderful meals / accommodating for my gluten allergy. If you have celiac disease / gluten intolerance , don’t worry ! You’ll be safe here, there are a lot of options and if you don’t like anything on the menus, they will cater to your preferences !

We had a ‘romantic meal’ at Jumeriah for our engagement. The setting, staff, food, everything was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. Evan was our host for the evening and his service was impeccable. He was fantastic, everything was perfect and he is so friendly. He deserves a promotion! The chef Jessica, was brilliant. Every course was outstanding and it was lovely to meet her afterwards and thank her personally. I was so grateful she was able to personalise the set menu for my dietary requirements too. The cauliflower, and the dessert were so good! The management team who also came to congratulate us were lovely. Id like to thank everyone involved for creating such a special evening, and I would recommend them to everyone. (The only thing I would say is to remind reception staff not to mention that we were booked for a ‘romantic meal’ on arrival, as this nearly ruined the surprise)

This is the best of the best resort experience in Bali. Every detail of the villa is just amazing. Worth all the money that you paid. This is a experience beyond expectations. We just got engaged here! Staff and chef at Akasa were amazing! We feel so much love from everyone in the hotel.
