Great stay at the hotel, as you would expect from Jumeirah the standards on display are extremely high with high quality spacious rooms from entry level upwards. There is a huge choice of restaurants and bars in the complex serving all tastes. If you really wanted to you don’t need to leave the resort at all, but of course you should as Dubai has much to offer. Special mention needs to be made to the whole service teams at the hotel, from the housekeeping staff, those at the restaurant during breakfast, and those working around the pool in the heat. All go above and beyond to make your stay perfect , and any issues are dealt with swiftly and with a smile. Would like to also mention the amazing service provided by Tuwel on the pool side team who attended to all requests and needs, particularly of my demanding 4 year old daughter, lol. He was very helpful throughout our stay, and answered any questions and requests professionally and quickly. Will definitely return to the hotel, the facilities on offer are truly amazing but it is the hard work and exceptional service provided by all the attentive staff that made the difference here making it stand out from other 5 star hotels in Dubai.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the extremely unprofessional behavior we experienced during our recent visit to your arboritem buffet restaurant. We arrived at 10:00 AM as a group of five, including a 68-year-old senior and a mother with her child. While I was trying to find suitable seating for them, I eventually located an available table and seated my family. Suddenly, a member of your staff named Gupta approached us in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, shouting that the table was reserved for other guests. To our surprise, there was absolutely no signage or indication that the table was reserved. We were guests as well, and deserved to be treated with the same respect as any other customer. Gupta’s tone and approach were completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue with the manager on duty, William, I expected a more professional response. Instead, he defended the staff’s behavior by saying the table was indeed reserved. If that was the case, why wasn’t it marked? And more importantly, why were we treated as if we were less than welcome? It’s difficult not to feel that this treatment may have been influenced by the fact that we are locals or Arabs. The lack of basic courtesy and assistance, especially when I was clearly trying to seat an elderly woman, was shocking. William even mentioned that he was behind us—but made no effort to step in or assist with a chair. Is this the standard of hospitality and customer service you uphold? This was truly the worst experience we’ve had, and I hope no other guests are made to feel as unwelcome as we were. I expect a formal apology and clarification on how you intend to ensure respectful and equal treatment for all your guests going forward.

We stayed at Al Qasr for four days and it was magical. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were inside a palace. The service was pure luxury—every staff member greeted us warmly and genuinely cared. A special mention to Muslim (from Bangladesh), who took care of our room every day with so much attention and love. At the J-Club Talise, Miguel Ángel, the personal trainer, gave us tailored sessions in Spanish and even included an InBody test. So professional and kind. Everything was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel 100%—especially for those who seek more than luxury, but a story, a soul. If you want to truly experience the Arabian spirit, this is the place. No doubt I’ll be back.
