We had the pleasure of spending a week at Jumeirah Al Qasr, and just like in previous years, the hotel completely impressed us! The grounds are absolutely stunning, the rooms practical, beautiful, and impeccably clean. A big thank-you to the amazing room service team – we truly appreciated your fantastic work. The Palace Lounge was once again outstanding, with such warm and welcoming staff. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team there. Even at check-out, the service was exceptionally friendly – a special thanks to Ms. Oulaia Ghidaoui for her wonderful care! If we ever return to Dubai for a beach holiday, Jumeirah Al Qasr will definitely be our first choice.

A cut above the rest in Jumeirah. A luxurious hotel with super friendly and warm staff. The room was specious with traditional design that gives you the sense of luxury. The hotel facilities were second to none, the swimming pool was big and excellent. The breakfast was of great variety and unmatched quality, the free access to Waild Wadi was a great experience, but it was so crowded. The beach was relaxing and astonishing. The lounge was fantastic but it gets limited time, to me it should be 24 hours.

Mind blowing, amazing, spectacular…take your pick they all apply here. We arrived in Dubai the evening and drove into the hotel while it was bathed in the best lighting I’ve ever seen. We couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. From the gold statues of stallions through to the magnificent entry, this place went straight to the top of the list. Everywhere you look there is beauty, tasteful, luxurious and welcoming. There is too much to detail here it is quite overwhelming. The restaurants, (best breakfast ever!) bars, pool area and the beach are all absolute number 1 of anything we have encountered anywhere in the world. Then there’s the staff. So friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, they are key to the hotels success. The rooms are stunning, we loved the traditional touches and the pure luxury. Do yourself a favour….stay here and reward yourself. It is firmly in our number 1 spot.

Our stay was excellent. The housekeeping team was very attentive. For example, if we had a bottle of wine in the room, they would bring ice and glasses without us even asking. The rooms are beautiful. The waiters and beach staff were all very responsive and always tried their best to help. Food is good, beach is good, the hotel is adorable overall, you feel cared. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The hospitality, the food, and the sunset views from the beach everything makes you want to pause and soak in the beauty. Truly a gem in Dubai’s crown.I love Talise Spa, Atrangi restaurant and the whole atmosphere of it. The hospitality is outstanding, everyone greeted so warmly with real Arabic hospitality.
