Our stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and impeccably organised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every second. What really made the experience special was the service. The staff genuinely couldn’t do enough for us — always warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. It felt as though nothing was too much trouble, and their thoughtful touches made us feel truly looked after. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, adding to the sense of calm and luxury throughout our stay. We had such a great time and left feeling refreshed and thoroughly spoiled. They really do go above and beyond, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I truly recommend this place and hope others get the chance to enjoy their stay here too. 🏨 Atmosphere: Jumeirah Al Qasr was honestly such a beautiful experience. The room had such a luxurious but cozy vibe, with really pretty 3rab-style decor and amazing Burj Al-Arab views. It was super relaxing and high-end, yet wasn’t too formal, casual abaya is acceptable dress-wear or loose covered dress, that’s what I wore during my stay. 🛎️ Service: The service was amazing too. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and always made sure everything was taken care of. They were quick with requests and just overall supportive and made the stay feel smooth and welcoming. Staff were very lovely and sweet.

What an amazing experience from A-Z! We usually stayed at The One and Only group of hotels, but now definitely will choose Jemiriah group. The hotel looks like an art, beautiful decor, super clean, organized helpful employees and my upgraded corner room got amazing panoramic views to canals. Rooms are spacious, super clean, balcony is large and bathroom is huge too. Very grateful to celebrate my belated Birthday 🎁 and eat inside Seasalt beautiful restaurant next door and Than food last night. So grateful to have an amazing vacation here, before going back home to LA.

I have been there for The Balloons 🎈Amazing experience where its super unique. Very well organized and great selection of food. They edited the menu for us as we have allergies. Foods tasted delicious and service is super great. I would like to thanks Rohim for making the day special as I was celebrating my birthday and they got me cake which I didn't expect 🥰 weather was soo great and we took so many pictures. Booked via Amex FHR, 5 nights. Valet was great. One of the front desk guys was genuinely helpful and resolved an Amex credit misunderstanding quickly and professionally. The room itself was the main problem. Heavy, humid air, uncomfortable to breathe. We changed rooms and it was the same. AC on nonstop, still felt stale. The way the “upgrade” was communicated was off. We were told multiple times that we were being upgraded, but it was the same room category with a different view. When I pointed that out, the response shifted to “what were you expecting, two categories higher?” That tone was unnecessary. If it’s a room move, just call it that. Check-in also didn’t start well. Instead of a smooth welcome, the first interaction was questioning whether my family was even allowed to stay because of the number of kids. Not a great first impression, especially before walking into a room with clear comfort issues. Breakfast was crowded and loud. Coffee wasn’t good. We used it once. The property looks nice and some staff were genuinely good. But communication, especially at the front desk, felt awkward and poorly handled. For the price and positioning, the basics didn’t land. I wouldn’t return unless those improve.
