Went to this hotel in 2023 and it was one of our best holidays so we booked to go back in2024, we asked for a pool view in block A and we got a road view with a cockeral making noise all night, the room were not cleaned for 6 days after complaining everyday it was finally cleaned on day , we had to ask for toilet rolls and towels on several occasions. The food was barely warm so we had to eat out majority of the time, the entertainment was poor and the staff at reception could barely speak English. I WONT BE GOING BACK

House keeping had issues but great hotel staff & entertainment team great would go back buses are right outside the hotel so no issues there orange bus to take u in town .

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy to say the least. The cleaner (one called Ada) and I’m not sure who else are thieves stole 350 from our hotel room from children’s bags and stole from 4 others in the same 48h period. Staff lack care and brush it under the rug

Stayed here in September and had a brilliant time. Our first time visiting Turkey but not our last. Rooms were large and spacious, cleaned daily, food was varied and plenty of choice available. A bus regularly left from front of hotel to icmeler, the people were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was exactly what you would expect. A very good experience and will definitely be back next year.

We came last year and it was OK nothing special we came again this year to see if things changed and to see Thomas what a lovely he is can't do enough for you but the entertainment is awful for adults no show bingo every nite music being blasted out every nite being woken up in a morning with blasting music if u have kids it's OK no kids avoid like the plague I won't be coming back again that's for sure in Spain and most resorts they have an artist on not people on karaoke every nite people entertaing themselves you pay for it so why don't u get it breakfast if u want jam it runny it should be kept in ice last year was butter this year it's spread yet prices have gone up there's no beach hear u have to get a bus to it go luck if u stop hear
