Stayed here in September and had a brilliant time. Our first time visiting Turkey but not our last. Rooms were large and spacious, cleaned daily, food was varied and plenty of choice available. A bus regularly left from front of hotel to icmeler, the people were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment was exactly what you would expect. A very good experience and will definitely be back next year.

It's nothing like it's advertised, there is no "forest" & the sun disappears at 5pm round the pool. The rooms are basic & not clean, the food is barely warm & chicken every day. No entertainment, bingo that's it. You might be lucky to get a children's disco, we saw 1 in the week there.

Firstly, on arrival our bed had ant's on the top cover 🫣 We spoke with the TUI rep and she organised for a deep clean. As a former housekeeper, I know what a deep clean entails. Believe me there were no toothbrushes used here. They only changed the bed linen. Still had ant's on the floor. The room was never cleaned properly. Some days we had to look for housekeeping for basics like toilet roll and towels. The food was usually chicken on the bone. Salad bar wasn't covered so flies constantly eating 😫 We didn't really eat much of anything. Eventually opting to going into icmeler for dinner. We were all inclusive. So wasn't worth it. The communal areas of the hotel were filthy, especially the lift. Spills of drinks and biscuits the whole 2 weeks of our stay. I do have to commend a couple of the waiting staff, who were really helpful. Sunbeds, well, non existed unless you got up at 6am to put your towels on them. Unruly children being allowed to run riot whilst their parents were busy drinking by the pool. I could go on, but don't waste your well earned money here. It's more like verging on a 2 star run down dump. Not the 4 star advertised. Suffice to say we won't go back.

Room was NEVER cleaned! Fresh towels and bed made but never acc cleaned! Breakfast was horrendous, however lunch at top pool bar was outstanding 👌 pools were basic but good. Again tho pool area was never cleaned spilled coffee left for days, cups still there overnight. Most staff were excellent always looking out for our wee boy. There was a few that seemed to be in the wrong line of work tho. The thing that ruined the holiday tho wifi we PAID for in the room didnt work. Which tbf is fine the hotels manager on the other hand his attitude is appalling. Slamming things down rolling his eyes etc! Change a few things would consider coming back.

We were transferred to this resort from another. Firstly Jet2 has been fantastic with the transfer, The resort is good but the room we were put in there was a few issues, The shower head was broken, The shower water shield was broken The air conditioner in the room didn’t work nor we couldn’t fine the controller (we did report these) If coming here and you want quiet then make sure you book Block B. Block A is very noisy it’s for families with small children. The good is ok. Nothing to shout about.
