Just got back from our week stay at this hotel and we have a lot of good things to say!
Our double room was clean, a good size and had everything we needed.
Great service from the staff. Varied spread at breakfast with lots of options for a meat eater and vegetarian, with plenty of cooked and continental items.
We loved the location, lovely beach on the doorstep of the hotel and close to the airport for a quick transfer. And plenty of great bars/restaurants nearby. Close to Palma city centre and the aquarium, both of which we visited and enjoyed, accessed really easily by bus close to the hotel.
Other reviews mention the aircraft noise, you can hear this outside but isn’t annoying in the slightest (we actually enjoyed looking at the planes) and you can’t hear it in the room so we still slept like babies.
Outdoor pool was good for a quick dip or have a drink in the bar, and the indoor pool was great for doing lengths (and there was always space to do so). The gym and spa were both great bonuses too.
I’d recommend this hotel for couples and groups looking for a brilliant sunny break in Mallorca!

Very good location close to beach, recent hotel where the architects thought about the details, for example douche at the reception you can you when you leave and are already checked out but still spend the day locally. Hotel is not that big so you don't feel you are a number. Go early to breakfast and you'll see the show with people installing their beach towels on the lounges, it is fun the watch. Go to the beach or beach bars and you'll get in contact with the locals.

A well served hotel close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Good and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. Excellent spa facilities. Gym could be a bit better equipped. Staff is nice and attentive. Room was comfortable and they all have a balcony. Bed had a pit in the middle so mattress wasn't the best. I still highly recommend this hotel!

We had one of the best rooms in the hotel and it was pretty basic. Air conditioning was turned off when you left the room and it was so poor it took hours to reduce the temperature slightly. The buffet breakfast and dinner did not look as good as some places we have been and some items looked as though they were past their best. It looked a good place for cyclists and had a nice indoor lap pool. We were only there one night and wouldn't choose to go again.

Great location and the facilities are brilliant. Well equipped spa with everything you need and I cannot thank the pool barmaid enough, friendly and always happy. Breakfast was mediocre and dress code not enforced for everyone. It seemed they pick and choose who they want to enforce their dress code to. I didn’t appreciate seeing a very hairy armed man in a sleeveless top at breakfast as well as a woman in gym wear. Signs are posted but they only seem to enforce it on the brits. Rooms are good and clean but I don’t see why they change towels every day. Most hotels have a sign advising they will only change towels if they are left in the floor to help with their carbon footprint but ours were changed every day. A little concerned about security as a maid left her key card in our room, I am assuming I could have used this to access others rooms (which I would never do) so make sure you hide your valuables.
Last point would be the sun beds. Again, signs stating you can’t reserve sun beds but this was not enforced. If you want a sun bed here you need to put your towel down pre 9am or they are taken for the whole day. Prices for food and drink are good and would definitely recommend the club sandwich, split between two as it is massive. All in all a good hotel apart from a few negative points.
