The Joy Island All-Inclusive concept includes the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the main restaurant,
  • Afternoon tea/coffee with snacks (4.30pm to 6pm)
  • Bottled water and drinks served by the glass, including soft drinks, beer, espresso, sparkling wine, house wine and pouring spirits such as gin, vodka, whiskey, brandy, tequila, rum, arrack and martini (10am to 12 midnight, drinks consumed after 12 midnight will be charged at the normal rate)
  • Selected cocktails and mocktails
  • In-room minibar, including soft drinks and water (refilled once daily)
  • In-room tea/coffee-making facilities
  • Non-motorised water sports

The Joy Island Extreme All-Inclusive concept includes the following:

  • Selection of premium wines from all around the world available in restaurants and bars, including sparkling wine, unlimited cocktails and signature drinks, fresh juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee blends
  • Premium in-room minibar, including beer, wine, soft drinks, water and snacks, refilled daily

We had amazing experience in Joy Island. We loved the hospitality of Joy and especially our island host, Sayuri. The meals, rooms, services, facilities, views, the ocean was fantastic and we just felt we were in heaven and no regrets for choosing Joy for our honeymoon. What I liked more was the Joy culture, Joy Island provides fun activities and night event parties everyday. The staffs who are all so nice and friendly made me so happy. BIG THANK YOU TO JOY :) hope I do come back! Thank you to Sayuri as well!

The island has a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and a team whose kindness and professionalism stand out from the start. Big thanks to my host Simona — she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, especially when it came to finding the ideal villa: quiet, comfortable, and with an amazing view. She also arranged a beautiful welcome surprise with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. A special mention to the restaurant team — Dita, Shasha, Nihaa, and GTA. I wish I could name everyone, but there were so many kind people — from the chefs and waiters to the bar staff, buggy drivers, and reception team — whose warmth made me feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, the service exceptional, and the overall atmosphere calm and relaxing — the perfect place to switch off and recharge. A true gem in the Maldives — highly recommended. 10/10.

We had the most incredible stay on Joy Island. The people were very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. The lovely Sayuri looked after us during our stay. Our room was a lagoon suite which was spacious and clean. The all inclusive was value for money, with a variety of food from different parts of the world served up 3 times a day, with sufficient variety each day at the Market. Lots of different activities to do. Large pool area that we all enjoyed. The only bug bear would be the buggy service which was a bit hit and miss. They have an app for various services, including the buggy which was a little inconsistent. Perhaps a suggestion for improvement is to offer the buggy as a “shuttle” service to transport those who are particularly located at the lagoon end of the island, as it is a bit of a hike to get to the main area. Other than that, it’s hard to fault this beautiful place and I hope to be able to return one day.

This was our first time taking a big family vacation of 10 to the Maldives, and since we had 4 kids with us, we wanted a resort where both adults and children could truly enjoy. Joy Island turned out to be the perfect choice. We spent the finest 5 days here, creating memories that we will treasure forever. The family villa with direct access to the pristine white sand beach was ideal for us, giving the kids freedom to play while we relaxed. The food was exceptional, with a different themed buffet each night that kept every meal exciting and delicious. There was never a dull moment—a relaxing pool with the poolside bar for the adults, abundant water activities that kept everyone engaged, and the kids were always entertained and happy. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the heartfelt hospitality of our host, Shahil. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Joy Island not only lived up to our expectations, it exceeded them. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and can confidently say this was one of the best family trips we have ever taken. We will definitely plan another trip in the future to Joy Island.

I had a fantastic stay at Joy Island! The place is cozy, comfortable, and truly welcoming. There a lot of activities to be done in the island and there are each day a different thematic party. What made the experience even more special was the host, Sayuri. She is always so kind and friendly, with great attention to every detail and to her guests’ needs. I was really impressed with the way she finds solutions for different situations, always making sure everything is perfect.
