The Joy Island All-Inclusive concept includes the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the main restaurant,
  • Afternoon tea/coffee with snacks (4.30pm to 6pm)
  • Bottled water and drinks served by the glass, including soft drinks, beer, espresso, sparkling wine, house wine and pouring spirits such as gin, vodka, whiskey, brandy, tequila, rum, arrack and martini (10am to 12 midnight, drinks consumed after 12 midnight will be charged at the normal rate)
  • Selected cocktails and mocktails

I recently stayed at Joy Island in the Maldives, and honestly, it was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional — every staff member greeted me with a smile and made me feel truly welcomed. The resort is incredibly clean; every corner feels fresh, well-maintained, and taken care of with so much attention to detail. The food was another highlight — delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of variety. Every meal felt like a small celebration. But the brightest part of my stay was Sayuri. She is an amazing person — kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help with a warm heart. She made everything easier, smoother, and more special. I’m genuinely grateful for her. Joy Island truly lives up to its name. Thank you for an unforgettable stay — can’t wait to come back again. 💙✨

I had such a wonderful time on my honeymoon at the Maldives' JOY Island Resort. I was especially impressed by Sayuri, the staff member in charge, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to her, I felt well taken care of during my stay. The food was amazing, from the Honeymoon Dinner to Il Basilico, the Japanese corner, and The Market – everything was so delicious. The view, the accommodation, everything felt like paradise. I definitely want to visit again. All the staff at the resort were so friendly, it felt like being with family

We had the most amazing stay at Joy Island. Everything was perfect, the island was beautiful, the resort was new and everything was designed beautifully. We stayed at a Beach Suite, the villa was spacious and super comfortable. We were especially impressed with The Market which is the main restaurant, every meal was exceptional. Most of all the service was the best! Everybody was so kind and accommodating. We would like to thank Aani and Shify for being the best personal hosts and catering to our every need, Gita for hosting us at The Market and always being kind. Thanks to Raif the photographer for capturing wonderful moments of our stay there. Thanks to Riaz for his service during our romantic destination dinner for my birthday. Many thanks to all of the amazing chefs at The Market, but especially Chanuka and Anton for being super kind and caring. The location was great. Lots of snorkelling location around the island with beautiful corals and plenty of fish and rays. Jazey was a great host, always cool on helping with our stay. Gracia, Gita and Swastu at the "Market" always welcoming during meal times. They even remember us by names (something i've never experienced in other Maldives resorts).

10/10. We really enjoyed our stay. The sea is amazing — the water is incredibly clear, and you can spot tropical fish and even rays close to the shore. There are plenty of beaches, all clean and well maintained, with soft white sand, so swimming and taking long walks along the coast is a real pleasure. The service is truly guest-oriented. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, responding quickly to requests and focusing on guests’ comfort and safety. Thank you to Ako, who welcomed us on arrival — she also speaks Russian and was always happy to help with any questions. Special thanks to our host Hassaan — professional, polite, and very attentive, always ready to help. He is always available, responds quickly to any questions, and makes sure everything is well organized, so the stay feels easy and stress-free. The chefs also deserve a special mention — a highly professional team, and the food quality was consistently excellent every day. Thank you as well to the team responsible for guest service and comfort, especially Haan and Swastu. Special thanks to Issu from housekeeping for keeping the room spotless and cozy, and thank you to Biki for looking after guests’ safety. And of course, thanks to many other staff members who made our stay truly comfortable. The resort itself is in great condition. Everything is clean, well maintained, and clearly well looked after. You can also feel that the resort keeps improving and developing, constantly working on the details and raising service standards. We will definitely come back!
