A Truly Fantastic Stay! From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was truly exceptional, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay. The food and drinks were absolutely top-notch. Every meal was an absolute delight, and we especially appreciated Vickie’s thoughtful recommendations at lunch—each dish she suggested was spot-on and incredibly delicious. Now, a very special shout-out to Jessica, the very best cocktail maker I’ve ever encountered! I’ve had my fair share of cocktails over the years, but hers were in a league of their own, beautifully crafted, balanced and every single one absolutely delicious. She is a true artist behind the bar! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality experience.

The pool area is fantastic plenty of sun loungers the service at the pool is exceptional all staff very friendly and welcoming,especially Miriam what a wonderful and pleasant staff member . wonderfull place to stay and relax. This has been a wonderful holiday, with beautiful views and the soothing sound of the waves. It's the perfect place to relax, and there are bars and shops just down the road. The staff here are lovely, offering great service and making you feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning!

Currently staying for a short break at the JOIA Salome. Wow! The trip is nothing short of amazing. The facilities are all gorgeous and the staff could not have done more. Jessica in particular has been outstanding. Her cocktails are just incredible, honestly the best I have even had. Such a hard worker, she never stops and yet still takes the time to meet your unique requests. She goes above and beyond to make your day with expert execution and flair, all done with a huge amount of warmth, kindness and humour. The food has been equally amazing with a huge Thankyou to Vicky for making personalised suggestions and amendments the made our stay even better. After spending 5 days being treated like royalty, We would love to return as soon as we can!

Never had an experience in a hotel like this before. You are truly treated like a guest. Members of staff who went above and beyond were the lovely Jessica, Ruth and of course the mind reader Francisco. We have been coming to Adeje for 10 years and tried this for the first time. Definately would not go elsewhere after this adults only indulgence break.
