We had a wonderful experience at this resort. It’s a quick, short ride from the airport. The staff and service were excellent—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The resort and beach were very clean and well maintained. The food was good, 5 dinner restaurants that are included in your stay with a few options for lunch and breakfast. Whether you want to relax or party, this resort offered a nice mix of both. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation at the JOIA. The resort was beautiful. Our room was great, especially the swing on the balcony. We had a pool view room but we could also see the ocean. The food exceeded our expectations, especially at dinner. Our favorite restaurant was the Galleon and we also loved the lobster at the Italian restaurant. When we were there it seemed like they weren’t at full capacity, which meant we didn’t have a hard time finding chairs by the pool or the ocean most mornings. One really nice thing about staying at the JOIA is that you can also use the other two neighboring resorts, so there was always an activity happening. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered at an all inclusive. All smiles and so helpful in every moment. A few standout moments on our trip included Karaoke with Angel and the white party at the beach with the fire dancer. We also loved the lazy river and poolside ice cream at the adjoining Iberostar Selection resort. Amazing escape from the winter weather back home. We will be back!

4.5 stars! I had an amazing time here! Lots of fun activities all day and night. Amazing gym. Tennis and pickleball courts. Bracelet making with Angel and Twinkle (so friendly and nice) by the pool was so fun and I was able to make little souvenirs for my girls back home. The place is clean and grounds well kept. The inside could be updated in a few places to help with the mildew smell in some areas but overall it’s still very nice. Food was yummy although not everything was to my taste I was always able to find something I liked. Lots of variety. Tons of fruits. Lots of fresh grilled options for meats. I truly loved staying here!

We had the best time in Jamaica ay the JOIA Iberostar. The service was exceptional. Every staff treated us like we were celebrities. Our butler Rohnan went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration memorable. Glen and Orain were also very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return again soon. Keep up the great customer service. You deserve more than 5 stars.

This resort is beautiful and so relaxing! But what makes it great are the people who are amazing, friendly and fun! A special shout out to our butlers Rohan and Oraim, if you want that extra special something, definitely take advantage of this perk at the resort. From making reservations to checking in on us at the pool or the lobby bar and of course helping our anniversary to be extra special. Thank you Mo Mo and Lala for kicking my butt with super fun classes. And Delano for being the best tennis pro and teaching us pickle ball :).I loved the sunrise yoga and water classes! Again, take advantage of these opportunities. Major shoutouts to Cassandra, Devon, Mayogal, Tyanna and Moesha for excellent bartending and service skills! The servers at the lobby bar are also incredible, a great place to hang out after dinner or a show. Which brings me to Daevey and Mr Fresh for amazing entertainment and shows! Making pool time and crafts a blast are Angel, Twinkle and Smiley! Thank you Iberostar and Jamaica for another wonderful and beautiful vacation!
