Came with my best friend to celebrate our 40th. The resort was beautiful, great drinks and service.All staff were friendly and attentive. Cassandra near the pool bar was the best bartender! So happy, personable and remembered our order every time! Also went out of her way to come up with different drinks for our tastes. Would highly recommend for a very relaxing and laid back vacation!

This was another amazing stay at the Joia Iberostar Hotel. Our butler Rohan took great care of us and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. I really enjoyed the poolside activities. Alrick, Ace and the rest of the staff did a great job at entertaining us. The fitness classes were fun. I especially enjoyed boot camp with Mo Mo and water aerobics with Shaq (Aquaman). Jimmy, the lifeguard was also very nice and helpful. Our room attendant Tashae did an excellent job of keeping our room clean. I am looking forward to coming back again next year. Great food. Great entertainment. Great staff. Who could ask for anything more.

This was truly an amazing experience from the airport to the time we departed. The entire staff was helpful and did not one time appear disgruntled. The level of hospitality shown to us was beyond my expectations. Angel Watson was an amazing cherry on top to our vacation, she became more of a friend and made leaving hard for us! Not many times do we visit a place and want to go back to that particular place but we would definitely come back here and we will soon!

We stayed as member guests. That included wonderful service such as a butler. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Kadeen did such an amazing job setting up the cutest birthday decorations in my room. It made me feel so special! For our anniversary, Rohan filled our jacuzzi with bubbles and flowers and topped it with a bottle of champagne. Sharon did a wonderful job making sure our room was spotless and always greeted us with a warm smile. The food was AMAZING. The best buffets I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life, not kidding. Fresh seafood, wonderful Jamaican flavors, and tasty drinks. We were able to attend shows in the theater, hear live music in the lobbies and enjoy lively beachside shows from our balcony. JOIA owes us nothing! 10/10 recommend!

Our experience was exceptional. This trip was for our Honeymoon, and we could not be happier with our experience. With it being our Honeymoon, we upgraded to the Ocean View Suite, which included Butler Service. And the Butler Service was a game changer. We had several different Butlers throughout our stay, and every single one was professional, informative, friendly, caring and ready to help out at any moment, with any request. Ralston, Rohan, Kadeen, Gary and Dwayne are the real deal, and took our Honeymoon to the next level. Even things that aren’t on the room service menu, they will go out and get for you. They even had our bed set up with Origami Swan Pillows, with rose petals and a romantic setup upon arrival, without even requesting, just based on them knowing it was our Honeymoon. And we were not the only ones that had this service, yet they remembered both our names and made sure to find us throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed. They’re incredible. We could not be more happy with our overall experience. It was the perfect honeymoon!
