We stayed as member guests. That included wonderful service such as a butler. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Kadeen did such an amazing job setting up the cutest birthday decorations in my room. It made me feel so special! For our anniversary, Rohan filled our jacuzzi with bubbles and flowers and topped it with a bottle of champagne. Sharon did a wonderful job making sure our room was spotless and always greeted us with a warm smile. The food was AMAZING. The best buffets I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life, not kidding. Fresh seafood, wonderful Jamaican flavors, and tasty drinks. We were able to attend shows in the theater, hear live music in the lobbies and enjoy lively beachside shows from our balcony. JOIA owes us nothing! 10/10 recommend!

Had an amazing vacation at Joia! The location/rooms/amenities were amazing as well as the service! We can’t say enough great things about the staff, everyone was so friendly and genuinely happy. Cassandra at the pool bar was the star of our trip, always making the best drinks. And when we were relaxing by the pool, Trishtan was always checking in on us bringing whatever we needed with the brightest smile! Also shoutout to Karen who was a great server for a memorable lunch at Cornwall Terrace. I would highly recommend Joia Rose Hall to anyone looking for all inclusive beach resort. We hope to come back!

We had an amazing first time stay and will be back. Snorkeling at the beach , living it up with Travis at the pool bar, and pools and sauna at the spa were all exquisite. Our beachfront suite room was luxurious, clean & so comfortable! The French and the Jamaican restaurant were the standouts (if you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by Shaniece with her amazing smile!) Lobby Bar was always bustling. And of course, our extremely attentive butlers Kadeen & Rohan made sure my friend and I had whatever it is we needed. Already planning our trip back!

The stay was amazing. First time in Jamaica and we loved it. The staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. Angel, Bubbles , Ace ,Smiley Travis, Alrick and many others I can’t remember of the entertainment staff were extremely wonderful had so much fun. Deviy has done a wonderful job with the entertainment. Our membership ambassador Cedric was extremely helpful and always checked on us. Made us feel special. Trip was so amazing that we will definitely be back.

Our butlers — Alain, Andre, and Glen — provided flawless, attentive service, making us feel like royalty. The breathtaking views were absolutely mesmerizing — endless turquoise waters, and sunsets that felt almost too perfect to be real. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, with flavors as vibrant and rich as the scenery. JOIA Rose Hall is truly a luxurious escape; I’m already dreaming of my return.
