We stayed as member guests. That included wonderful service such as a butler. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Kadeen did such an amazing job setting up the cutest birthday decorations in my room. It made me feel so special! For our anniversary, Rohan filled our jacuzzi with bubbles and flowers and topped it with a bottle of champagne. Sharon did a wonderful job making sure our room was spotless and always greeted us with a warm smile. The food was AMAZING. The best buffets I’ve ever eaten at in my entire life, not kidding. Fresh seafood, wonderful Jamaican flavors, and tasty drinks. We were able to attend shows in the theater, hear live music in the lobbies and enjoy lively beachside shows from our balcony. JOIA owes us nothing! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience. Andre and Alain made sure every detail was perfect. Both were so professional and incredibly kind. We look forward to staying again and are hoping we can request both gentlemen again. I can’t say enough about them and the accommodations they provided. The hotel is wonderful by itself, but the amazing staff put the cherry on top. We had a concern shortly after check in, but it was fixed in such a timely manner. It didn’t interfere with our vacation at all.

Had an amazing vacation at Joia! The location/rooms/amenities were amazing as well as the service! We can’t say enough great things about the staff, everyone was so friendly and genuinely happy. Cassandra at the pool bar was the star of our trip, always making the best drinks. And when we were relaxing by the pool, Trishtan was always checking in on us bringing whatever we needed with the brightest smile! Also shoutout to Karen who was a great server for a memorable lunch at Cornwall Terrace. I would highly recommend Joia Rose Hall to anyone looking for all inclusive beach resort. We hope to come back!

This was another amazing stay at the Joia Iberostar Hotel. Our butler Rohan took great care of us and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. I really enjoyed the poolside activities. Alrick, Ace and the rest of the staff did a great job at entertaining us. The fitness classes were fun. I especially enjoyed boot camp with Mo Mo and water aerobics with Shaq (Aquaman). Jimmy, the lifeguard was also very nice and helpful. Our room attendant Tashae did an excellent job of keeping our room clean. I am looking forward to coming back again next year. Great food. Great entertainment. Great staff. Who could ask for anything more.

We had an amazing first time stay and will be back. Snorkeling at the beach , living it up with Travis at the pool bar, and pools and sauna at the spa were all exquisite. Our beachfront suite room was luxurious, clean & so comfortable! The French and the Jamaican restaurant were the standouts (if you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by Shaniece with her amazing smile!) Lobby Bar was always bustling. And of course, our extremely attentive butlers Kadeen & Rohan made sure my friend and I had whatever it is we needed. Already planning our trip back!
