We had a great stay here! The staff was so friendly. Nickoy did a fantastic job checking us in & our butler team of Travis and Jamie were awesome. Travis the pool bartender, you made my birthday with your amazing drinks and friendly service. I wish I remembered the name of the lady handing out towels at the pool, she was so kind and sweet. And last but not least Mama Kareen with Jamaica Tours is an amazing asset to the hotel with helping us plan excursions. Overall stay 5/5 stars well deserved!

We visited JOIA to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff is truly exceptional, always attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring every guest’s comfort and satisfaction. A special note of appreciation goes to Rennardo, our butler, whose outstanding service made our stay unforgettable. From beginning to end, he ensured that all our needs were met and that we were fully enjoying our time at the resort. My husband loves to sing, and wherever we travel, we always look for a karaoke venue. Unfortunately, the days we were at JOIA did not coincide with the hotel’s karaoke nights. Thanks to Rennardo’s initiative, he discovered that a nearby property was hosting karaoke and personally escorted us there so my husband could perform. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression and created a memory we will always cherish from our trip to Montego Bay. We stayed at JOIA for four days, but it simply wasn’t enough time to experience all that the resort has to offer. We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything, from the exceptional food and entertainment to the luxurious amenities and impeccable service, was beyond our expectations. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

This is a fabulous place to stay! It was recommended to us by more than one person and did not disappoint. Highlights - the wonderful view, great food, perfect pools and cocktails. The beach was great as well! There are two people that are especially important to mention. Our Butler, Rohan, checked in with us during every shift and was extremely accommodating! He went out of his way to be sure we had a fabulous time. Also, there is a wonderful waitress that worked in the Lobby Bar - Kimeisha. She was so attentive and quick with the drinks! Her pleasant smile and attitude was so friendly. And she makes a great Espresso Martini!!!

I’m going to start with how amazing that the hotel has a cat sanctuary. It’s up beyond the tennis courts. There is 54 cats currently and all well taken care of. The stay was fantastic Rennard and Gary were great butlers, very courteous and left little birthday surprises. House keeping was wonderful as was the rest of the staff. Was a great trip, so recommend. And it’s sweet the hotel runs a cat sanctuary

I enjoyed my stay at the JOIA Rose Hall by IBEROSTAR. The food was good. Our butler service was awesome. I want to give a big shout out to Ms. Sharon, Mr. Rennardo and Mr. Ralston for keeping our room clean. They were great, they made sure anything we needed they had no problem getting. Especially keeping us supplied with ice and beverages. Thank you so much to our awesome butler service.
