Absolutely fantastic hotel . Staff .Unbelievably friendly absolutely nothing to much trouble. Rooms. Perfect. My favourite bit the food .We were half board .Breakfast fantastic choice obviously unlimited tea and coffee. There is a cafe on site for lunch really good (not included with half board) but reasonably priced for the quality. Dinner.Bufffet starter which again was amazing both in choice quality and availability, something we liked was the main course was served to your table. Incredible puddings and choice of cheese. Because we were HB, included in the price we had al carte dinner in ther 2 reastuarants on 2 nights.The location is 2 min from the beach but the pool area is great and the sunbeds were comfortable. I know this sounds over the top but it's all fact.We will be back asap. Thanks to all of the staff for making our hoilday great. PS no annoying music around the pool or hotel

Just back from a week at this wonderful hotel. Comfortably, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities, location, food and drinks are excellent - the thing that really sets it apart is the exceptional customer service - staff are falling over themselves to help you and all very friendly indeed. The guys who get your loungers set up; the yoga / pilates instructor who gets you moving; friendly bar staff serving you great cocktails; very welcoming reception staff; and the breakfast team who were unbelievably on the ball with clearing plates and being there exactly when you need something - Genuinely, world class service! The breakfast buffet is sublime! First time in an Iberostar, but I will be checking their other hotels first, when booking our next holiday. Faultless!!

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful. Welcoming and friendly staff. La Pergola is a must visit delicious food and great service. Stayed here many times and every time it gets better and better. We Love it! Evening entertainment is great, the singers are very talented. Food was amazing and Service was superb.

We have visited this hotel for several years and have celebrated many special occasions as it is a very special place to spend time with family. My daughter joined us this year and was very excited to return again. Outstanding staff, too many to mention, who make you feel so welcome. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to spend a quiet relaxing time in high quality surroundings. The breakfast is outstanding, cocktails outstanding and the staff are both professional and create a happy environment. The quality of the bedroom suite is so comfortable and serviced by the staff so well. A home away from home with wonderful weather and excellent local amenities within the vicinity of the hotel. A truly outstanding hotel made more special by the people who work in this hotel. Thank you. Anne & Paul

What more can I say that has not been said in previous reviews. We have stayed many times here and love everything about the hotel and location. The staff are amazing , I won't mention names as they are all wonderful and would not want to miss anyone out, however I must thank Tiziana the assistant manager for making sure we are looked after. Everyone from arrival at reception, the pool guys cleaners , waiters and bar staff could not be better. The food also is great, breakfasts and dinner cater for all tastes. Also it is in a lovely location, just a short walk to the beach and sea, plus the promenade in one direction and the lovely village La Caleta in the other. I could go on, but lastly I'd just like to say thank you and keep it up and we will be back next year.
