This is a luxurious, high-class hotel for adults only. The hotel is quiet, there are sports activities in the mornings in the pool area. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The rooms are large and spacious and equipped with everything you need! The breakfast is wonderful, pampering with an abundance of fresh, high-quality food. The service of the hotel staff is simply excellent and they helped us with every question and concern. There is a drop from the hotel to the beach and the promenade, which offers a variety of restaurants. Simply a perfect and beautiful hotel and we enjoyed every moment.

I have stayed at this beautiful hotel before, but this was the first time on my own. I was a bit nervous about coming alone but I needn't have worried. Everyone really looked after me and made me feel very special. I couldn't possibly mention everyone who gave me such special attention - the list would be endless. I fell in love with Tiziana as everyone does. She is Wonder Woman! Despite her many managerial duties, she treats every guest as special and nothing is ever too much trouble. I also have to give my warmest thanks to Victoria, who went out of her way to accommodate my every wish with such kindness. After that everyone in the restaurants, house keeping, reception and poolside. On top of all that, the hotel is just stunning, set in a fabulous location with beautiful gardens. And NO Sunbed Wars. If you've stayed here before, then you know what I mean. If you've never stayed here, then Go! You will love it!

This was our third time visiting Tenerife, but our first stay at Mirador - and it absolutely did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredibly friendly and professional team. The food, views, and service were nothing short of exceptional, making it a truly unforgettable trip. Although we usually avoid hotel buffets and had initially chosen the breakfast only option, we quickly changed our minds after experiencing the quality of the cuisine. We ended up dining at Mirador every evening - it was that exceptional. A special mention to Carlos, who was not only wonderfully professional but also added a thoughtful touch by remembering our favorite wine each night. Huge thanks to Taziana for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her warmth and attentiveness made our experience feel personal and unique - prestige service through and through. Taziana and Alexandre in particular, deserves a heartfelt thank you for helping my partner plan our engagement, which was the cherry on top of an already perfect stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained pools overlooking the sea, a great central location just minutes from the beach, and fantastic evening entertainment. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. This hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts. This is the perfect hotel, fabulous rooms, fantastic and friendly staff and views to take your breath away if you choose a sea view room. The bar makes great cocktails as well. I have stayed here three times and will be back again.

I daydream about this hotel. This hotel has a lot of older clientele, so if your looking for party's and some kind of shot that burns, your in the wrong place. My wife and I (30s) were very much in the correct place. No loud obnoxious music playing by the pool, no one playing music on some portable bluetooth speaker, it was so peaceful that in the hallways we felt we had to whisper. Absolute bliss. Your also pretty far from any hotel of that type as well. So none of the other hotels music would carry over, except for one day where some one was "singing" happy birthday on a loud speaker, I think from, a boat (Suggesting it was singing might be an offense to the art form in general). We had virtually no issues and only one issues that arose were promptly sorted by the amazing staff at this hotel. Exceptional staff. The staff here, from the MDs to the waiters, the pool people and the room cleaners, receptionists to bartenders, everyone is spectacularly friendly and polite. They are all willing to help, and their English is pretty flawless, but naturally being able to speak some Spanish can go a long way. We were welcomed with a choice of drinks we could have as we were shown around the hotel and eventually to our room. Architecturally beautiful, functional layout. This hotel looks huge. It doesn't feel it though, everything feels accessible and easy to reach. The main pool is also incredibly secluded, like the rest of this hotel people would have to climb on the walls to be able to see in. Even the entrance is secluded and guarded by a security person. It feels completely discontected from your surroundings. Despite this, you can visit either beaches, or plethora of shops just outside the keycard controlled exits located at each pole of the hotels main pool area, a spar shop is only a brisk walk up a hill incase you forgot some suncream. The design of the hotel is amazing, the entry was breathtaking. The neoclassicism meets moorish architectural twist creates the unique facade of this spectacular hotel. The entrance is light and airy and the hallways ooze with that spanish design that allows for flow of cool air. The brilliant juxtaposition of tiles, sandstone, wood and marble creates a calming effect that spills into the rooms. There is a secondary section that is hidden behind doors and gates that is operated by a key card as well, these are the star prestige sections. We didn't book this section this time round, and I must admit there does appear to be a lot of extras that you are provided with in those sections, thus it may very well be worth it. However the only reason we had any interest in booking it was because of the private lounge area. But the balconies are very sizeable in my opinion, and the one we had came with a rather large balcony and sunbed. So we were pretty much over the moon with what we had. Food, glorious food! We booked half board as, neither my wife or I, are big eaters. If you did get peckish you can order things from your sunbeds be it drinks or food. I can personally recommend the club sandwich or the chicken wings. If bar food isn't your type of thing there is a wide range of things you can request. Sitting by the pool doesnt fail to be an amazing experience either, from my understanding the star prestige sections has its own butler staff, but the staff do walk around the pool sections and you can order by pressing a button on your side table. They also walk around with free drinks occasionally or one day we got ice-cream as well. Eating on your sunbed or choice of shaded and unshaded seated areas adds an extra touch of laid back relaxation I so enjoy on holiday. The dinners and breakfasts are likewise incredible, with each night being a different theme. Dependent on how long you stay you can book either two of their restaurants that are included in your halfboard. We stayed for 8 days and we're able to book two, so by my maths I assume it's either 3 or 4 days stay = 1 restaurant booking. Although it's not particularly expensive, for the food you get to eat, if
