Excellent experience! The service was truly exceptional. Our butler, Cofe, was outstanding—he made the trip incredibly enjoyable by staying on top of everything and organizing all of our activities seamlessly. His attention to detail and dedication ensured that we could relax and fully enjoy our stay. The highlight of our dining experience was at Casa de la Playa. The authentic Dominican food was absolutely amazing, and the service matched the quality of the cuisine. Our host, Idelfonso, stood out as one of the nicest and most welcoming individuals in the entire hotel, making the meal even more memorable. This experience was truly one of a kind. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

We are at the end of our 1 week stay at the Joia Bavaro by Iberostar (formerly the Grand Bavaro). It is a beautiful resort for adults only. The attention to detail from the staff, the out door landscaping, rooms, butler service, food, facilities, activities and entertainment is truly a 10/10!!!! Our butlers Victor and Valentine made sure that we had everything we required from morning until night, and they are kind, respectful, responsive and easily get a 10/10 rating. They take care of approximately 35 to 40 rooms per day and yet made us feel like they were only taking care of us. The sweetest guys ever!!! The drinks at the room, pool, beach, bars and restaurants are 10/10……anything from carbonated water, Shandy, Aperol Spritz, Gin and Tonic…..and Champagne all day long, anytime, anywhere you want…..if you desire!!! The food was a 10/10 both at the buffets and at the a la carte restaurants. We were pleasantly impressed by the authenticity of the cuisine (Italian, Japanese, French, Surf and Turf) I kept busy during the day with the various activities such as: Yoga, archery, and pool classes (boxing, pole, cycling, noodle fitness)…..and Bingo. The rooms are very comfortable, larger than what you normally get, with a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. It felt clean and fresh…….and no bugs not inside or outside…..a very pleasant surprise!!!! Your wrist band is your room key 10/10. Lots of live music in the evenings that was lovely to listen to and evening shows in the indoor air conditioned theatre were entertaining!! This was our first time at the Joia Bavaro by Iberostar, and look forward to coming back again.

Our stay at JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar was incredible from start to finish, and our butler, Cofe, was a huge part of why it was so special. He anticipated our needs, handled every request with professionalism and warmth, and made us feel completely taken care of the entire time. Thanks to his attentive service, everything from dining reservations to small day-to-day details felt effortless and customized just for us. The resort itself is beautiful and relaxing, with well-kept grounds, great pools, a stunning beach, and excellent food and drinks at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment of our vacation. We would highly recommend JOIA Bávaro—and especially the butler service with Cofe—to anyone looking for a memorable, luxurious getaway.

We had an incredible honeymoon at Joia Iberostar. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff is genuinely friendly, they do their best to speak a bit of your language, always with a smile, which makes the whole experience even more special. The food exceeded our expectations with great variety and quality every day, and the drinks were excellent, whether at the pool bar, the lobby, or the drink bar, each one was very well made. It’s easy to understand why so many guests return multiple times. A very special thank you to our mayordomos, Jose and Houston, who made our stay unforgettable. And to the fantastic pool bar team, Jacinto, Tobias, Ery, Lely, Eliezer, and Bruno, sorry if we missed a name, but each of you made every day more fun. We also want to thank the animation crew, who create such a fun and vibrant atmosphere throughout the resort, they truly know how to keep guests smiling and engaged from morning to night. And our heartfelt thanks to our room keeper Anyi, who kept our room spotless every day, always with kindness and attention to detail. It was a pleasure coming back to such a welcoming space. One of the highlights of our trip was the private dinner by the beach, beautifully prepared and served. Our waiter Rafael was not only attentive but also made us dance, making the night even more memorable. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. 11yr Anniversary NOV 22-29 2025 Our stay @ JOIA Iberostar Punta Cana was amazing. We upgraded our room upon arrival already having a Butler Suite we weren't sure how much better it could get from Ocean View to Ocean front. 1000 times over we would do this again. View was amazing We have never before upgraded to a service like this and were not sure what to expect. Jr & Valentin were our Butler's for Rm 7123 and we could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail they had. Junior - First thing every morning ,he checked in with us asking how he could make the day that much better than it already was. He single handedly planned a special night and celebration for our 11th anniversary. Bubbles bubbles bubbles 🫧 Always around for a good laugh. Jr is a fine gentleman and strong asset to any place he works Valentin- Always making sure things passed his high standards, nothing slips by him and that guests always come first. He is not happy until your happy with the service being provided.. Thanks to these gentlemen we had a vacation that will forever be remembered.
