We just had a wonderful time at Iberostar Joia Bavaro. Cannot say enough about how great the staff treats you and cater to your every need. I want to particularly point out our butler staff. Reynaldo and Cofe were great and very attentive to our wants and needs. They secured our reservations, made sure our room was stocked were quick with our frequent need for ice. The facility itself seems to have been completely refurbished with new cabanas and the patio furniture. Everything was freshly painted and some redesign was added since our last stay. We will be back and I highly recommend this vacation spot. One if not the best beach in the Caribbean.

We stayed here for 10 days and absolutely loved every single moment! From start to finish, the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our butlers, Houston, Jose, and Victor were absolutely amazing and checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was perfect. Prestige Club members Junior and Rosa were wonderful as well, always happy to help with reservations or even arranging a bottle of wine whenever we needed one. The team at the Prestige Beach, Majarez, Augusto, and Martin were fantastic! They always made sure the cabana beds were set up perfectly and kept the awesome drinks coming. The nightly entertainment was so much fun, and we especially loved the Star Friends dancers Mumba, Chocolate, and Smile, along with the incredibly talented singer D’Bunet. We also want to give a special shout-out to Perla from evening housekeeping. Her thoughtful touches, like rose petals on the bed and an adorable swan couple made from hand towels, made us feel so special and truly pampered. Restaurant hostess Jessica always greeted us with the warmest smile and made every dining experience even better. There was also a wonderful waitress at the lobby bar in the evenings, unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but she has long straight brown hair, usually worn in a ponytail, and the cutest nail art. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, and even when we weren’t at the bar, she would warmly greet us whenever she saw us around the hotel. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Iberostar Joia Punta Cana for six days as a couple and had a really lovely, relaxing experience. The resort itself is quiet, chill, and refined, which we appreciated. It never felt crowded or loud, very much a place to unwind rather than party. The beach was beautiful with soft sand and clear water, and we never had trouble finding loungers. The pool area was equally calm and well maintained, perfect for low-key afternoons. Our room was polished and classy, with thoughtful finishes. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt well cared for. The food was okay, not bad by any means, but not the standout of the trip. There were solid options, and presentation was nice, but it didn’t rise to the same level as the rest of the resort. Overall, Iberostar Joia is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, upscale, couples-friendly escape with a great beach and a relaxed atmosphere. We left feeling rested and refreshed, which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were the best part of the trip. Eduardo, Cesar and Junior were wonderful and helpful.

We stayed at JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar to celebrate Our 15th Anniversary, from the moment your arrive at this hotel you are treated like Royalty.. The hospitality at this hotel is top notch.. The food is amazing, the staff is so friendly and you feel like they are family. But the best is our Butlers Armando and Ray were our butlers and they didn’t just give us great service they gave outstanding above and beyond service it was the best Anniversary that we will never forget. Our butlers gave us surprises everyday of our stay to towels being folded in heart shape and best was our rose petals in our bathtub we absolutely beautiful just paying attention to details is what they did made us feel so good!! We absolutely will be visiting again!! Thank you so much to our wonderful butlers and staff!! Miss you all already!!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Iberostar Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a stunning beach that’s perfect for relaxing. The service truly made the difference during our stay. Our butlers, Eduardo and César, were outstanding—professional, attentive, and always making sure everything ran smoothly. Their care and attention added a special touch to our vacation. A big thank-you as well to our housekeeper, Claudia, who kept our room spotless and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The food was okay overall, with a decent variety available. While not everything stood out, there were enough options to enjoy and the dining experience was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff worked hard to make guests feel welcome. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend Iberostar Punta Cana to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Punta Cana.
