Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Naama Bay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Sharm Dreams! The location is perfect—just a short stroll to the private beach and right in the center of Naama Bay’s action. The pools are massive and beautifully maintained, and the staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a great retreat after a day of sun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a central location!

LOVE IT MY FAVORITE HOTEL EVER!!!! The staff is soooo nice i just have no words I LOVE IT I am sa sad to leave i would like to stay here a little longer and i have made so many friends and memories here i hope to come back next year and the room cleaner’s were so so so nice they made cool animals. I hope to come back soon

Our stay at Jaz Sharm Dreams was absolutely wonderful. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully managed, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a comfortable vacation. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and cleanliness was maintained at a very high standard in rooms as well as common areas. The overall atmosphere of the resort is peaceful, positive, and family-friendly, and everything is thoughtfully organized for guests’ comfort. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy quality time. A big thank you to the entire team at Jaz Sharm Dreams for their warm hospitality. We had a lovely experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. 🌴✨

Would like to point out to people looking to stay here that the hotel staff do ask (push) for 5 star reviews so I think its skewed. I dont think its a 5 star luxury resort. More 3.5. Pros: - It is a excellent location, beach and snorkeling location close by, short walk to a couple shopping centres - beautiful sunrise at beach - room was clean and cleaned well - spacious room - most staff are lovely but some were rude - all inclusive drinks. - the cooked food by chefs was better than the buffet by miles . But they didnt cook much variety. - lots of desserts to try but only likes a few - loungers to relax in - entertainment in the evenings was fun Cons - hard selling by staff - bad first impression of egypt when the luggage bellman wouldnt leave until he got a tip. Made us very uncomfortable. He was ungenuine and Over exaggerated. I understand tip culture is big but this was very uncomfortable. - food overall to be honest was below average and had massively better food outside the resort - there is one tinyyyyy and overcrowded heated pool in january. the main pool was freezing. I think the main pool should be the one thats heated?? - some parts of the hotel are old and could do with a renovation - rooms especially are out dated from the phones to not having plug sockets near the bed. Shower old too. - when we were there there was building works at some parts. It was near the wellness centre too so less relaxing. - waterpark is closed in winter - this should be clearly advertised on the website - as most hotels overpriced excursions and wellness spa but convenience if you prefer. Concierge Taxis overpriced too. Would we stay here again? No, I think there are better stays. But the value was overall really good and I did have a nice relaxing holiday at the end of the day.

Fabulous, clean hotel in a perfect location, easily accessible for all activities. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to be on hand to assist and very welcoming!! Unfortunately the only thing that brings the review of this hotel down is it is over run by Russians who are incredibly rude and aggressive with other nationalities and witnessed a few occasions where they shouted at staff in front of all guests and it ruined the atmosphere. This however is no reflection on the hotel itself or their very accommodating staff!
