Had a fabulous week at the Jaz Neo. It's a small hotel but with amazing staff who are so friendly. The restaurant team of waiters are really helpful and friendly and I got my morning cappuccino brought to my table most days without asking. The food was great , lots of middle eastern things to try which were amazing but also the usual Brits abroad meat and veg if you like that. Pool bar and snack bar are also amazing , great service and food there for a snack bar was spot on, freshly made pizzas and burgers. It was fairly noisy in the morning , with people walking around but obviously that's nothing to do with hotel just how it is set up. A fun week away. Only marked down a star as it's very isolated and you need a bus to beach but don't let that stop you visiting.

We have enjoyed a lovely week in this hotel. The room was small and slightly tired. The cleaning of the room was good and the attendant made some fabulous displays with the towels. However good cleaning products would help them in their jobs. The entertainment was poor at the beginning of the week but definitely improved when the staff changed . Mina on reception was absolutely outstanding, and from the first moment we walked into the hotel until we left was a total Gentleman and did everything to assist us in having a very good holiday. ( He even sorted a cake for our first Anniversary ) Thankyou for a really enjoyable holiday.

This is my 2nd time staying here. When I come to Sharm I stay at this resort. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff are super friendly and kind. Rooms are always kept clean and mosquito free. Food is lovely, always fresh and chefs are amazing cooks. Shops inside If you want to buy snacks or souvenirs. I plan to come again later this year or next year and stay at the same resort. Highly recommend!

I honestly didn’t expect the animation team to be THIS good! 🎉 From morning stretching to night shows, they kept the vibe alive the whole day. The hotel itself is beautiful and super clean, but what really made our trip unforgettable was the animation crew. They’re not just entertainers, they feel like friends by the end of your stay ❤️✨

Traveling with family can be tricky, but thanks to the animation team everyone had fun! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Kids loved the mini disco and we enjoyed the evening shows. The hotel food was fresh and varied, and the service was outstanding, but the animation energy made the stay unforgettable 🎈🌺
