Myself and my partner stayed for 9 days and everything about this trip was amazing, the staff were brilliant and very welcoming, always stopping to say hello and ask if we needed anything. Every single area was clean and all meals were great with loads of selection. The entertainment was amazing, with the entertainment always happy to showcase their talent and passion for their work. The rooms were great, air conditioning was a saviour from the heat and the beds were incredibly comfy. Always cleaned every morning with bottles of water refilled and clean towels! The use of two bars was amazing with great service and loads of options! We'll definitely be coming again!

The entertainment staff are so helpful and friendly. They go beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time. Darts, aqua aerobics and water polo are just some of the items on their menu. The ground staff keep the lawns and plants maintained to a high standard. The restaurant staff are efficient and always have a smile on their face. On the down side (my issue) the hotel is in the flight path and for the majority of the time you can block out the sound of the jets. All round a positive experience at this hotel.

The animation team at the hotel are great, very friendly and try and get you involved without being too pushy. They will always come and say hello, which was really nice. The evening entertainment has been good with bingo, belly dancers, African night and a party. The team work very hard and are a credit to the hotel.

The entertainment has been a real highlight – from live music to engaging activities, there’s never a dull moment. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every meal has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded expectations. Natalia and Ash have truly made our stay unforgettable with their amazing entertainment! They bring such energy, enthusiasm, and warmth to every activity, making everyone feel welcome and included. Whether it’s games, shows, or just a friendly chat, they both go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having a great time. Their passion and dedication really shine through – they’ve been a huge part of what’s made this holiday so special!
