Lovely hotel close to everything in Sharm. Situated in a nice quiet spot away from the hussle and bussle. We had a top floor room overlooking the pool. The staff were all lovely and very attentive. Close to Sparks Bay beach which was only 5 mins in a taxi or take the free bus to the sister hotel that has a private beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Some people just go around in life looking for negative things on holiday. 30c ☀️ sunshine in beautiful surroundings in November. Back to Scotland now where it's close to 0c.🥶 Thank you Jaz Neo. ❤️

This is an incredible hotel and excellent value for money! We have been here for a week and every member of staff has gone above and beyond to help us! Big shout out to Ahmed from housekeeping who looked after us all week and always popped by to see the baby and check if we needed anything! We also loved the towel animals he made for us, absolutely made the whole trip special! Also Amen the bar man by the pool is an angel, kept our drinks topped up and chatted away with us. The staff 100% make this hotel excellent and seem to genuinely enjoy working here!

We wanted winter sun, a chilled peaceful vibe, good food and a clean hotel and Jaz Neo Shark Bay 100% delivered. The food wasn't for everyone (among the british crowd anyway which we couldnt understand), maybe if you want biege, fast food then poss not for you although the fries were amazing!!! We loved every single meal we had here. BBQ was on every night. There was a pasta station so you could make our own. The puddings tasted as good as they looked! The snack bar fresh pizza and burgers were supurb too!!! 10/10 for the food from us!! Cleaniness 10/10, the pool toilets were so clean. I didnt see a single piece of rubbish anywhere. Staff 10/10, so helpful and looked like they enjoyed working here, always smiling and sooooo many of them around, this added to the chilled vibe, they werent running around rushed off their feet. Pool 10/10, a brilliant size for the amount of rooms. Entertainment 3/10, not great but a couple of good singers. This didnt bother us at all. The transfer bus to beach, always early which caught us out. Would we come back, 100%

We arrived with not the greatest of expectations for the price we paid but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised! Yes the hotel is small and yes the rooms are basic but the atmosphere the staff are brilliant! The restaurant is small but with a pasta station and meet or fish being carved served you can’t really go wrong! Fresh salad and veg fresh bread and deserts. Drinks on tap round the pool and food happily being delivered to your sunbed from the pool bar. Tip the staff here and there and you’ll be looked after. Staff can’t do more for you! If you’re after a doing a few trips speak to Amore he is brilliant!! We have had the most wonderful experience and I’m not ready to go home!! 😫 if you have time go to White Island and into the desert for quad biking, camel riding and star gazing 👌👌

Rooms are clean, there are few spots but nothing major as bathrooms are spotless. Amazing staff very friendly and always with smile. They love to work here. Location is ok as max of 10 min by taxi everywhere. Entertainment is nice as there is something every day on the pool and every evening at the bar. Overall amazing experience at the hotel.
