We're used to very large resorts so this was a different type of holiday for us. Really good value for money, we booked 3 months in advance as paid a lot less than others there for the same 2 weeks. Very rarely queued for drinks and never for food. Plenty of sunbeds, we went down at 10am every morning and always beds available. Not a lot for families or young couples but if you're looking to sunbathe and relax this is maybe your next hotel to choose

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Foid is better than other all inclusive holidays I have been on . I would have given the hotel five stars had either of the pools or jacuzzi been heated , they were icy cold . Not one person in this busy hotel using the pools ( I wouldn't bring kids here until the weather warms up if they love the pool )

We have enjoyed a lovely week in this hotel. The room was small and slightly tired. The cleaning of the room was good and the attendant made some fabulous displays with the towels. However good cleaning products would help them in their jobs. The entertainment was poor at the beginning of the week but definitely improved when the staff changed . Mina on reception was absolutely outstanding, and from the first moment we walked into the hotel until we left was a total Gentleman and did everything to assist us in having a very good holiday. ( He even sorted a cake for our first Anniversary ) Thankyou for a really enjoyable holiday.

This is my 2nd time staying here. When I come to Sharm I stay at this resort. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff are super friendly and kind. Rooms are always kept clean and mosquito free. Food is lovely, always fresh and chefs are amazing cooks. Shops inside If you want to buy snacks or souvenirs. I plan to come again later this year or next year and stay at the same resort. Highly recommend!

Just returned from Sharmel sheik having spent a week at the Jaz Neo sharks bay and have to say the hotel is a lovely medium size with great service , staff are all extremely helpful and friendly , the whole vibe is relaxed and warm and you can relax being assured of great service. The rooms are a little dated but some are currently being re done so would imagine all will be freshened up eventually , having said that the rooms are a lovely size and kept very clean by a brilliant house keeping team , our room 352 was great and just sitting on the balcony in the sun was very relaxing, our housekeeping guy Mohammed was brilliant and made some amazing personal touches to the room each day , on our last day we made a towel sculpture for Mohammed with a little reward for his great service, we hope he liked it! Front of house team were superb , Mina and Abeer really looked after us . The restaurant was fine with good varied food each day and very efficient and attentive staff always happy to help. The whole experience was very good and we were happy to give the team a small monetary tip every now and again, they all deserve it. Lastly the drinks, wine and beer were very good and there was lots of it if you wish. The cocktails were a little strange if I'm being honest and maybe could be worked on to make them a bit more stronger and authentic but this is a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience. The animation team were very good and made sure there was plenty to do every day in and around the swimming pool , fun and exercise all in one, Sinem was a fun and bubbly part of the team who genuinely wanted to make sure everyone was having a great time and was definitely a highlight of the Jaz Neo, a absolute star and credit to the hotel. All in all my wife and I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to visit again in the future. Well done Jaz Neo Sharks bay and thank you for a great week. Peter and Joy.
