Myself and my partner stayed for 9 days and everything about this trip was amazing, the staff were brilliant and very welcoming, always stopping to say hello and ask if we needed anything. Every single area was clean and all meals were great with loads of selection. The entertainment was amazing, with the entertainment always happy to showcase their talent and passion for their work. The rooms were great, air conditioning was a saviour from the heat and the beds were incredibly comfy. Always cleaned every morning with bottles of water refilled and clean towels! The use of two bars was amazing with great service and loads of options! We'll definitely be coming again!

The hotel pleasantly surprised from the first day: everything is very clean, neat, the territory is well-kept, lots of greenery and flowers. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, towels and bed linen are always fresh. The staff is polite, responsive and always ready to help - special thanks to the guys at the reception for the fast check-in and good mood! Overall, the hotel left a very warm impression. An excellent option for a quiet and comfortable holiday at a good price. We will definitely come back again!

Overall a lovely stay here. The rooms are a good size, food is decent and the location is good in terms of proximity to airport and Soho Square. The staff are what make this hotel though. All very friendly and happy to help with anything at all. The entertainment staff are so friendly and go out of their way to keep you involved without being pushy. Sheila, in particular is so smiley and such a lovely person. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Overall, our stay at Jaz Sharks was decent. Most of the staff were absolutely brilliant—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was generally good, though it became a bit repetitive after a while. A concern was the food labelling, especially for guests with allergies. My partner has food allergies and felt uneasy due to occasional mislabelling. For instance, there were stuffed peppers clearly topped with cheese but labelled otherwise. If you have dietary restrictions, it’s best to double-check with the head chef before eating. Our room was a good size and kept clean throughout the stay. I did enjoy aspects of the trip, but I’m not sure I would stay again. That said, for the price we paid for two weeks, it offered fair value.

Hotel staff make this hotel a 4* hotel, in reality I’d give it 3* It’s good for couples and old people although there’s no lift for anyone with a walking stick or using a wheelchair for access to the night entertainment in the upstairs bar. Which is ok, the violinist was the best. The pool is nice but the jacuzzi is never warm or hot. If you have kids I’d advise to stay at a hotel with some slides.
