A great stay overall. Rooms are dated but perfectly adequate. Bar service could be slow at times but the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to help. Food is good and varied and the speciality restaurants offered a nice change from the main buffet. The beachfront location is fantastic, and makes a great staring point for many great excursions. Special shout out to Eslam and Honey who made a good stay great!

Exceptional facilities and accessibility to the beach and surrounding areas, multiple pools and bars - staff friendly and positive. Restaurant has a lot of options and changes variety day by day. Entertainment staff are particularly outstanding, they never fail to make you feel comfortable and ensure you have an amazing time - special mention to Eslam and Honey :)

My stay at Jaz Royal Palmariva Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The resort strikes an ideal balance between comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy.

We had a great stay at the hotel with only a few issues. The hotel is at a lovely location on the Makadi Bay with a great beach. The food was excellent with the main buffet doing different themes every night. As there are so many a la carte restaurants, there is so much choice. The all inclusive deal was definitely worth it due to the variety of food and drinks. With numerous pools and beach access there were always sunbeds available as well. Rooms were kept nice and clean, although decor was a little dated. The animation team also did a great job at putting on entertainment every night, including one night with fireworks and dancers. The only issues we had were with the reception staff. We had an issue on the first night with getting the correct room we booked; this was late at night and we were given two different insufficient rooms before they gave us the correct room we had paid for. Additionally, one night a cat was stuck high up in a tree and this was reported to reception twice who claimed to be sending someone but no one came, eventually I ended up getting the cat down myself with the help of some restaurant staff. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to others!

I liked my room the room cleaner is very good I liked the restaurant food ok god staff very smiley welcoming staff need to improve public washrooms in cleanliness and add some nice aroma when people visit washrooms need good smell keep record of cleaning washrooms either signature when last cleaned reception staff very bad need to improve the customer relations not friendly at all thanks 👍swimming pool are excellent sometime need warm water if weather gets cold should be heated pool There are no lifts in hotel whatsoever I have been to do many places in world for holidays and seen lifts in every hotel this hotel is so big and spreader in big area but there are no lifts in hotel i have seen many old people coming to visit in this hotel and I noticed they struggle to climbed stairs with marble effect stairs and they do long to climb and get down if only one person makes a mistake in missing step will fell down from top to bottom on reception stairs and will end up in broken skull and will die this will be a huge loss to hotel and no one will come to this hotel which has been built with pride and do much expense will end up in a collapse worth keeping lift as soon as possible to avoid any future accidents if happens also need some BBQ service available at or near pool bar on a good spot for people to enjoy fish and chicken bbq with salad and bread rolls or do nice to see palm trees planted I liked that also liked sun beds there are plenty available towel sae ice is good need travel huts so we can give and collect towels everyday by the pool area and beach area I did not liked the drinks quality very poor most hotels give premium drinks but this hotel spirits are absolutely rubbish which can rot people’s guts are not advertised to drink any spirits it seems it’s mixed with some methylated spirit very bad for health beer is only good everything else is rubbish might as well throw all spirit in gutter not recommend to anyone please improve this service more people will come to stay if improved Thanks
