One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! The atmosphere is vibrant, fun, luxurious, and extremely clean. The service was outstanding, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the entertainment team—especially Ashraf, Badry, Bogy, and Afro ,for making the stay so enjoyable. Hasan at reception was amazing and very helpful. A big thank you as well to Mamdouh, the Head of Housekeeping, for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the dishes prepared by Chef Nageh. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

It is a beautiful hotel; the rooms as well as the entire complex are very clean and well maintained. Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly staff, who take care of you with heart and dedication. The entertainment team makes an effort to bring variety to your sunny vacation day without being intrusive. Sunny, in particular, deserves special mention, as she always has a listening ear. The food is outstanding, offering variety and great taste at any time of day. The cocktails are not only visually appealing but also taste exceptionally good. All in all, a top hotel. We booked it because of the many positive reviews and absolutely did not regret it.

This was our 2nd time at Jaz Makadina and we enjoyed it even better!(if this can be possible) The rooms are very clean, spacious and quiet. The beach is very close and the bars are near the beach. The food is wonderful (very happy they have a lot of vegetarian options too). The waiters are very friendly and they make you feel at home, smiling every time and spreading good vibes! The animation team is great and they entertained us every day with games on the beach, yoga various activities! (thanks to Badry and Viki). We really enjoyed all the artistic shows every night which were super fun and exquisite!

Having visited multiple resorts in various countries, I can honestly say that Jaz Makadina is the very best all-inclusive accommodation I have had the pleasure to experience. First of all, the staff is incredibly and genuinely friendly. Nothing you ask is too much; from the reception to the waiters and from the chefs to the animation team, they are all equally incredible. Then the rooms; we had an ocean view room that was spacious, very clean, well equipped and had great beds. There was nothing that we could mention here that we missed. Next up is the food; what can I say? The variety, quality and quantity is simply unrivalled when compared to any of the other resorts I've visited. From vegetarians to meat-lovers and anything in between; I don't doubt you'll enjoy the various cuisines you can revel in at Jaz Makadina. Moving on to the location which is, of course, just as amazing. Makadi Bay is an oasis of luxury in the Hurghada area that truly makes you appreciate what you are able to experience here as a guest (and appreciate the gigantic effort the Egyptian people put in to take care of us tourists!). The beach and house reef are stunning and brimming with sea life, the large pool is perfectly sized and shaped and the small gym offers just the right balance to keep both cardio and strength enthusiasts happy during their break. With an awesome diving center on the resort's grounds, multiple jacuzzis, an enthusiastic entertainment team, access to the Makadi Water Park and plenty of local shopping amenities in the Makadi area, Jaz Makadina and its great staff are truly worth its 5-star rating.
