First time in Jaz Makadina and it won’t be the last! The hotel is amazing facility so clean , great food , great animation team , the pools are so clean the rooms as so spacious and luxurious! But the most important is the team then the team! The restaurant staff from the Executive Chef Nageh to the cleaners in this hotel are all super! Have never seen such a wonderful team! Also what really makes my heart happy that the staff eats during their lunches in the buffet with us! That makes me feels that good humans and kind hearts are running this place! No wonder why it’s so great!

Best hotel in Hurghada. The staff from Entertainment to waiters to housekeeping, they can’t do enough for you. We had to Visit the Dr also for our son and treatment was so professional and quick, so thank you again. The food is unreal, head chef pays attention to his guests. The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are absolutely stunning. Great hotel for children and couples. Stay here you will not regret it!!! We don’t go the same place twice for holiday but will 100% come back here!!

We had an interconnected room, which made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The kids' club was a hit with our little ones, and they loved the playground! - **Beach and Pool Access:** The private beach was beautiful and had shallow areas that were safe for our kids to play in. We also enjoyed the pools, especially the kids' pool, which was just the right depth for them. - **All-Inclusive Convenience:** The all-inclusive package was fantastic! There were so many dining options, and the kids loved the variety of meals available. Snacks and drinks were always within reach, which is perfect when you have hungry kids! - **Activities and Entertainment:** We appreciated the range of activities available—snorkeling was a highlight for our family. The evening shows were entertaining, and our kids were always excited to participate in the family-friendly events. - **Cleanliness and Service:** The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This wasn't an issue for us, but just something to keep in mind! - **Distance from Hurghada:** The resort is about 30 kilometers from Hurghada city. We didn't mind the distance, but if you're planning excursions or shopping, you'll need to arrange transportation. - **Crowds During Peak Times:** The resort was quite busy during our stay, especially at the pools and restaurants. We had to wait a bit for loungers at times, which can be challenging with kids. - **Extra Costs for Some Activities:** While many activities were included, we noticed that some services, like spa treatments and motorized water sports, came at an additional cost. **Final Thoughts:** Overall, our stay at Jaz Makadina was fantastic! It was the perfect spot for a family vacation, and we made so many wonderful memories. I highly recommend this resort to families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to return! Would definitely recommend it for families!

We love the animation, they are the best 😉. Naomi from the Animation Team is really a kind and lovely person. The rest of the team, including the waiters, chefs, and other employees, are always friendly and helpful, constantly striving to ensure the well-being of their guests. The rooms are super clean, the food is delicious, and it's simply always a dream to vacation at Jaz Makadina. This is our second time here and we'll be back in two months 😉
