In this hotel is fantastic photographer - he really is professional in him field. He explained how be right poses for a photo. Photographer even told how have balances in different poses. He made a lot of professional and beautiful photos during short time (half an hour). About hotel: - Very good beach but often we had need reserved beach chairs beforehand. - The selection of food is small but as for me sufficient and meal is pretty delicious. - Hotel rooms as for me need renovation. - Free gym is big plus. - Many crows. - friendly personnel but majority haven't English or have little knowledge. - Coral reef when is lot of colorful fish. - Territory around hotel is very beautiful. Many palm trees, several fountains with goldfish, comfortable sofas and other things.

I spent 4 days with my family as it was my mum’s birthday. I have been to too many hotels around Egypt, Europe, etc., but the price and the service quality were over the top. The resort is 2 min away from the beach, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Honestly, I was surprised with the quality of the staff, food and rooms. Thanks to everyone involved; too many people to mention.

Excellent location close to beach. Staff is super helpful. Room furnishings can be improved as they show signs of wear and tear. Pool timings are limited, opens around 8 to 9am and closes at sunset. Overall a refreshing experience.

Good hotel with chalet type rooms set in well kept gardens. Closeness to a superb beach with some of the best “off beach” snorkeling. Rooms are a bit tired and not 5 star but all good efforts made by staff to make for a comfortable stay. Food in dining area is pretty good and is buffet style kept at decent temperature. The separate Italian (Al Fresco) dining experience is not so good, dishes a bit short on flavour and rather tepid. Shout out for beach life guard Ahmed; keeps the beach and beds very clean, and he is a friendly knowledgeable guy. See photo. Others to mention Muhmood on security at the hotel beach walkway always happy to chat and also hotel beverages manager Yaseem who helped us settle in. One issue which is a pain but probably outside the hotel control is the noise at night (midnight to 4am) from hotel across the bay. Sound carries disco at that time not our cup of tea! Nevertheless we are going back in a couple of months.

Stayed with Jaz group before on previous holidays. This time room upgraded on check in to suite....Thank you for this. Was very lovely. Quiet with seperate livingroom, large flat screen T.V. with around 7 English language channels. Beds comfortable, slept extremely well. This is smaller resort than some so we quickly orientated. Went to beach daily, wide and long area for hotel and sister hotel across road. Sunbeds steadily fill by about 10.30 so we go East (walk down onto beach, turn left) almost to white gate separating next beach area. Always plenty of sunbeds here, well spaced, away from music and quiet. Stayed half board so didn't use bars but looked nice with seating looking directly onto beach promenade walk which takes you into central Naama Bay area in only 10 mins, easy walk, well lit and flat. Buffet breakfast and dinner was fine. Not largest selection but usual salads, rice, chicken etc. Never went hungry and thankfully did not see plates piled, leading to waste. Staff work hard but always friendly. Overall a good solid resort at a fair price. We enjoyed and would return.
