Khalid from reception is very helpful. We have a lovely room poolside. Ground floor over looking pool. The pool guard is very good. Everywhere is clean and staff are polite. Food is varied and lots to eat. All in all a lovely hotel. Lovely people and lovely weather.

A bit of a mixed experience. We were mostly in Sharm for diving, so for the first week we didn't see much of the hotel until week 2. Check in was quick even though our flight was delayed 2 hours. Room was a bit tired, but right by the adult pool and with a view of the sea. Staff were friendly & attentive. Meals were varied and generally good quality in the main dining room, but it seemed too small at times to cope with the number of guests - people wandering around trying to find empty tables was normal. It was disappointing to see some gluttonous behaviours, plates & tables piled high, half of it left when they left. What a waste. All-inclusive isn't. One pool bar available for drinks, the other pool bar at cost. Reception pirates bar at cost, a-la-carte restaurants not available to AI guests. The gym was OK, elliptical & treadmill, a selection of weights, a cable station and a multi gym that didn't work because the cables were frayed, no pins for the weight blocks and it hadn't been serviced. The adult pool next to our room was nice for a cool down swim, but sometimes children used it and got in the way. Some lifeguards stopped them, some didn't. The pool bar staff were really friendly, the bar could have been better supplied with plastic glasses for poolside. The beach was lovely, with a couple of small reefs to snorkel on (beach bar not all-inc). Unfortunately some guests were standing on the corals, despite the signs not to do so. We like Naama Bay and have stayed in 7 or 8 other hotels in the area, not sure we'll be back to this one.

I will start with positive points, location is very good on NAEMA BAY, the sea is more than great, food is nice, service is OK, animation team is active, rooms need some renovation but OK. My main problem with them is the beach bar which is very poor, service is very bad, no alcohol is served. They have a long beach that serve two hotels, the strange thing is that they have another beach bar at the end of the beach but out of order!!! you have to go very far to ask for a small cup of cola . If you want any alcohol you have to go to the swimming pool bar!!! . The swimming pool bar is very nice and service is great.

Good place for a peaceful stay. We enjoyed our stay in here. Good food, good service. Rooms are a little bit small, but it’s enough for two persons. The beach is nice and picturesque. Restaurant food is nice and always tasty. Big thanks to all hotel staff for making our stay nice and pleasant. Special thanks to restaurant manager Muhammed Ibrahim and all reception staff for hospitality, attention and help.

Amazing hotel, very attentive, food was lovely, 100% recommend the all inclusive package includes free cocktails! Me and my girlfriend had a very late flight and asked for a late checkout around 5pm and a taxi to transfer for us, which the guest relation teams said was not a problem at all! Overall lovely place!
