We had an amazing stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well organized. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and high-class. A very special thank you to the animation team — they were outstanding! Full of energy, friendly, professional, and they really made our stay even more enjoyable with great activities and shows for all ages. The staff in general were kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel truly welcomed. Honestly, everything was super nice and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

However, the highlight of our stay was without a doubt the animation team, who took our vacation experience to a whole new level. Ella, Tag, and Michelle were absolutely amazing! Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to making every guest feel special were evident from day one. Ella's infectious smile and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were part of the family. Tag's charisma and sense of humor had us laughing non-stop, while Michelle's grace and charm brought a sense of calm and joy to every activity. Together, they truly embody what it means to create an unforgettable holiday atmosphere. Whether it was a morning stretch, poolside games, or the lively evening shows, these three were always at the heart of it all, creating an engaging, fun, and inclusive environment for everyone. It was clear that they genuinely love what they do, and their passion was contagious. We loved getting to know them and participating in the fun activities they organized – from dancing to games to themed parties – they made our stay so much more enjoyable. The staff consistently provided friendly, attentive, and professional service. Accommodation & Beach The rooms were generously sized, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. The beach area was equally impressive—beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Entertainment & Atmosphere The animation team truly stood out with their enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism, offering excellent evening entertainment. The Christmas program was thoughtfully planned and created a festive and welcoming atmosphere that made the holiday season especially memorable. Impression In summary, this was a flawless and relaxing vacation experience. We would happily choose this hotel again for a future stay.

We had a wonderful stay at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar in Egypt and were very satisfied with everything. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. The service deserves special mention. The beach staff, especially Amr and Magdy, provided outstanding service and always made sure we were comfortable. At the UNO Bar, Islam impressed us with his friendliness and professionalism. In the main restaurant, Ammar and Mohammed Ahmed took excellent care of us and ensured a pleasant dining experience every time. We were also very happy with the room service, which was reliable, attentive, and always delivered high quality. Overall, everything was perfect, and we can highly recommend the JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar. We would definitely come back again.
