The only positive impression from our stay at Jazz Belvedere Hotel was the housekeeping department – the rooms were perfectly maintained, clean, and tidy, and the staff worked with professionalism and great attention to detail. Special thanks also to guest relations manager Olga, who was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, that’s where the positives end. The hotel does have a good location, close to the beach, but it is not suitable for families with small children, even though it’s advertised as family-friendly. The animation program was extremely disappointing – repetitive, lacking variety, and poorly organized. There is a board displaying daily activities, but the schedule is never followed; it changes on the go every day, creating confusion and frustration. On the board, activities such as Arabic language lessons, trampoline fitness sessions, and “Drum Fit” workouts were announced, but none of them actually took place. The overall animation program and atmosphere seem more suitable for pensioners or elderly guests, not for active people looking for engaging or dynamic entertainment. I even gave the animators a chance to improve things, but they did absolutely nothing to change the situation, which made the experience even more disappointing. There are almost no sports activities, making it unsuitable for guests who enjoy being active during their vacation. Another major downside is that the animators are pressured to ask tourists to leave 5-star reviews on Google, which is a dishonest and unprofessional practice that damages the hotel’s credibility. As for the food, it was monotonous and limited, with almost no seafood or fish dishes, which is disappointing for a seaside hotel. Overall, I would not recommend Jazz Belvedere Hotel. It has potential, but the management and organization need significant improvement to meet the expectations of a quality tourist experience.

If you think this is a 5 stars hotel, you are wrong. Services are low. You need to ask the staff to get a beer, wine etc. They do not speak English well and not too polite. Room service / cleaning was great. See was as well great. On the other hand the hotel requires renovation, seems old(ish) but it is clean. Breakfast was as well the same every morning. Speaking about meal, you won't starve but fo not expect too many choices. Overall it is ok but definitely not 5 stars hotel

I congratulate everyone who plans to relax in this hotel. I will not write for a long time, since most of the previous reviews are true, the infrastructure is well thought out, a beautiful and green hotel, the sea with a sandy sunset, the cuisine is delicious. I would like to especially thank Mahmoud Abo Elmajd and his team, since he can solve any questions and problems, you can and should contact him, he is a person who is really in his place!

The hotel grounds are stunning — lush, green, and perfectly maintained. You can truly see the amazing work of the gardeners — everything is clean, tidy, and full of life. 🍽️ The food was delicious and varied, with a grill station offering something new and tasty every day. 💛 The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Muhammed, the beach bartender — so positive, cheerful, and always smiling! His cocktails were fast, creative, and super tasty! 🍹 🤿 Huge thanks to Nouri and his team for the unforgettable trip to Ras Muhammad, the diving, and the White Islands — the best excursion ever!
