We love coming here since many years. It’s wundervoll to see that they invest and renovated the hotel. The new pool is beautiful and baby pool nice as well. The resort is keeped very nice and green with lots of flowers. Both splash parks are beautiful designed for kids. There are plenty things to do for the kids of all ages. Kids club, kids entertainment etc.
All staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the whole resort is very good. And tasty. I like that you can go to the other hotel next door to the buffet, took nice ride with the buggy there.
Saw you can take also the horse for some pictures in the sea, from the stables what belongs to the hotel next to their golf course.
Overall it’s a beautiful resort with lots of pools, since many years and does not get bored to come here.
Also kids like to play mini golf. Nice to have a pool only for hotel guest specially it’s 3

I would rate the Beach Hotel a 6 out of 10. The hotel has an older layout with narrow corridors and low ceilings, giving it a somewhat outdated feel even after the latest renovation. However, the resort surrounding the hotel is stunning, with lush greenery that offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. For a more modern experience, I suggest booking a stay in the Palm View or Lake View rooms within the JA Resort. The adult pool at JA Lake is a peaceful alternative to the other pools, which tend to be crowded with children.
When it comes to dining options, I highly recommend the White Orchid restaurant for its amazing food quality, despite being a bit pricey. For a more budget-friendly meal, the sports bar is a great choice. However, I found the other restaurants on the property to be expensive with bad food quality.

Disappointed with hotel as thought it was a nice quiet family hotel. Sadly not. Too many outside events that don't include residents making very loud rap and club music late at night. Spoilt the whole relaxing holiday break. Also over an hour into Central Dubai with no public transport so have to pay for expensive taxis as only very limited courtesy bus to malls. Views aren't as nice as advertised as next to industrial site and abandoned start of second palm. Food was good. Staff were nice. But a lot of exclusions and extra charges for restaurants and activities. Overall would not recommend or return due to excessive noise from outside events and time and money taken from getting too and from tourist attractions.

The hotel is ok but it's an hour taxi ride to go to any of the sites. There is absolutely nothing in the immediate area of the resort. It's an hour from downtown in an area that isn't built up yet. The palm island is just piles of sand still. The hotel flies the Russian flag out front...which is weird. Most of the guests are Russians and it feels out of place to be there if you're not Russian. The White Orchid restaurant is well reviewed but the actual experience was not great. The sweet and sour chicken dish, for example, looked and tasted like a microwavable meal. Definably not to Dubai standards. The staff give you a bar code to scan to leave a 5* review for them while you're at the table with the server which explains their high rating. It was just a very basic hotel experience. Nothing special at all and a really inconvenient location. The hotel might be suited to Russian families with children that don't plan on leaving the hotel grounds. Business travelers and tourists from other areas might do better at another location.
