I stayed at Ivy Garden Hotel with my family, and we had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The spa was amazing — very relaxing and clean — and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for everyone. The whole place felt cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

I loved my stay at this hotel! The reception staff were suuuper cute and kind always welcoming us with a smile, saying goodbye, and wishing us a great day every single morning. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the design of the hotel was really cool and creative. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. As for the breakfast team they were just amazing! So friendly and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying the food. Special thanks to ❣️ Nuray ❣️she was extra sweet and made our mornings even better!

I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. We spent three nights at the hotel, and the most unpleasant thing that happened was that $100 went missing from my wallet. It was my fault for not putting the wallet in the safe; it was just lying in my bag. I knew the exact amount of money I had left in the wallet, and only one bill was taken from several—probably assuming that I wouldn't notice. I suspect the bill was taken during the daily housekeeping. Unfortunately, I only counted the money when I was already at the airport. I wrote a letter to the hotel, and what is especially unpleasant—I never received any response! Complete ignorance! As for the stay itself: the hotel advertises a spa. In reality, it's just a sauna and a tiny pool. The two other steam rooms are out of order—the doors aren't sealed, so they can't heat up properly. Secondly, the breakfasts. I'm not a very picky person, but the food is frankly bad. It might seem like there's a wide selection, but in reality, there's nothing good to choose from. The coffee is terribly tasteless. The staff is a whole other story. They are constantly pestering guests to write a review on Booking.com. What I found the most amusing was that upon our departure, the girl at the reception didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay. She just asked, "Please leave a review." Well, here it is. I highly do not recommend it. For the same price, there are better options with more convenient locations and with much better service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Baku. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa experience. I want to especially thank Aysu, who made the experience truly exceptional. She was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. Her attention to detail and calming approach made me feel completely relaxed and well cared for.
