Honestly, we lived here for about months. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the attentive staff, who made sure our check-in process was seamless. The room itself exceeded our expectations - spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And from the view from 5th floor there was amazing and stunning. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Benoa area.

It is a bit far but nicely secluded. Not next to a beach but a beach is nearby. For the price it is great value. Internet is a bit slow though and the get your own water is a bit of a pain. There is no hot water kettle and you will want to bring your own toiletries.

The staff was friendly & very helpful. The lobby is spacious and has several outlets near the tables, if you want to work. The live birds add to open feeling of the dining area. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn't get breakfast included next time since there are many other options for food within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There are Smart TVs in the rooms, if you want to relax & watch a movie. My only criticism of the rooms is the layout of the bathroom. There is no door separating it from the rest of the room & toilet has no door either. For my husband & I it wasn't a problem, but it might be uncomfortable for other people sharing a room.

Food (1/5): First this is the worst of all. Lacks of option. All courses are spicy except for toast and fruit. I only had breakfast on first day cause it gave me diarrhea, and it also happened to my wife the next day. My kid barely ate anything and they still charge him. Room (2/5): Personally unnecessary chair and coffee table made the already cramp room quite stressful. Neat bathroom but unreliable hot water. AC wasn't good my kid sweat every night. Dispenser instead of bottled water means less plastic is commendable. Service (2/5): Warm welcome from the get-go but check-in took a while. Security also served as bell boy is pretty funny. Location (5/5): Neat location close to water sports activities. Parking was occasionally full. Verdict: Great location if you look for somewhere quiet. Good value for money, but be cautious of their breakfast menu.

Booking Through OTA, Good Value Money & Quiet location. Totally can't sleep, the smells from the exhaust Air-conditioning seems to need to be serviced. I can't breathe the smell of the blower AC exhaust getting strong . Request to change rooms but the results are the same . Then I stayed 2 nights only. I left another day of my booking originally for 3 Nights. Need to upgrade the Rooms facilities, it's better if the seating sofa is removed, it's looking dirty & scary. Doors stop needing to be installed. Staff are friendly, but need to be improving their hospitality culture
