I wanted to take time to write a strong review of the Intercontinental Phuket Resort by IHG, especially after staff took careful consideration and efforts to make our stay both luxurious and cozy. They greet you with warm smiles and offer a drink at reception, and Deuce was most kind to go over our stay and the resort’s amenities — which all lived up to the expectation. The gym (OPEN 24 HOURS) was spotless and updated, and maintained well by staff. We got massages and facials with Sati Spa onsite and I truly am glowing still days later, they don’t make you feel rushed at all and really listen to your needs as a client. Every morning the breakfast was rotated so we could try something new and despite it being a buffet, you can see that dishes were being swapped out constantly for fresh food. Please try their additional vegetarian menu if you can as well! Staff was just so conversational and kind, and honestly they were funny! They had warm personalities outside of customer service that made us feel so welcome that we were actually sad upon check out. Special shout out to Sa and Zeus and all other staff for being so sweet in my birthday, my room was decorated so carefully and I got a little personalized card during birthday breakfast. Also if you’re worried about not being beachfront, don’t be! They have a beautiful, mural-decorated tunnel going from the lobby to the beach. We were so grateful!

We had an amazing 5 day stay at the InterContinental Phuket. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We were upgraded to an ocean front room and the service was exceptional. A special shout out to Joe at the poolside restaurant, who truly made our trip unforgettable; he looked after us every day, always checked in, and made us feel like VIP guests. The buffet breakfast was standard but had plenty of variety, lunch and dinner were consistently delicious, and the spa massage with steam sauna was one of the best we’ve ever had. The pools were spacious, the beach chairs were always available, and the room was spotless, very private, and comfortable with good water pressure and daily fresh fruit platters. The hotel also made our anniversary feel incredibly special with a personal welcome note, flowers, dessert, and champagne in our room. We were impressed at every level and can’t wait to return.

The two Michelin star awarded best luxury resort in Phuket for the first time visit. We have stayed at here for honeymoon stay here and there is no reason to return for celebrating wedding anniversary in the future because the all of the service was impeccable and personalised from pre-arrival moment by dedicated concierge team. When emailing to them about using public areas of hotel for wedding photo shooting, they kindly said, enjoy your memorable moments. So, we could take beautiful photos, which will be the lasting memories for us. Please tell my compliment to Chief concierge Buay san, Concierge supervisor Q san. For F&B, Pingto staff Ms. Dear is the best waiter during my stay as she genuinely took care of us when breakfast time with her professional recommendation for local spots and cuisines. And also, 333 at the beach, Ms. Best kindly explained me about Nicolas Champagne limited promotion. The story telling will be most important for InterContinental Hotels to curate guest experiences. As same as resort activity staff Mr. Top, and manager Ms. Tan was so kind. Also, as a new platinum ambassador member, they offered me late check out till 4pm, although same room type is not available, but we could enjoy another room view. I stayed here for our honeymoon. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. I had planned to take wedding photos at a nearby beach, but the hotel staff kindly allowed us to take them on the hotel grounds instead. Everywhere was so beautiful that I ended up taking almost all of our photos within the hotel grounds and hardly any on the beach! lol.The activities team Mrs.Top was very friendly, and I had a great time. Meditation is a great way to refresh yourself. Feeling the sand between your toes, listening to the sound of the waves, and taking deep breaths – it was so refreshing to have this mindful time after being tired from our first long trip abroad. I felt the hospitality of the concierge and all the staff, and it was a heartwarming and happy honeymoon. Thank you so much.

A truly amazing experience that I recommend. We were upgraded to the suite with private pool, a big thanks to the IC team and our butler, Make. We were greeted warmly the moment we arrived, check in was smooth and understandably we waited a bit for the room to be cleaned. Staff invited us to the club lounge for afternoon tea while we were waiting. Afternoon tea is not the best but definitely a 8/10. The room is spacious, private and fun. Butler service is always quick and efficient, you can book a buggy easily to travel anywhere across the resort in under 5 mins. Breakfast at club lounge is truly amazing with a great selection of local and international food. I highly recommend ordering the Thai selections as they are cooked with fresh local ingredients. 10/10! (Oh their croissants, must try! Just look at the beautiful layers)
