⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best hotels in Phuket! We’ve been living in Phuket for 5 years and have stayed at many hotels - and this one truly stands out. The service and cleanliness are absolutely impeccable. The staff create a warm, caring atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. The territory is stunning - full of lush greenery and elegant architecture. Room service is the best (and most delicious!) we’ve ever had - we didn’t even want to go out for dinner. They also remembered my birthday and surprised me with a cake and nuts, which was so thoughtful. The rooms are pure comfort - the kind you never want to leave. The mattress and pillows are perfect, the bathroom and toiletries are high-quality. I managed to rest here in 3 days more than I usually do in 10. Thank you so much to the hotel and the wonderful staff for making our stay unforgettable! ❤️

I had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing from the moment you arrive. The facilities are excellent, and the beach and pool areas are truly stunning. I would like to give special recognition to Zeus at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, provided great recommendations, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and effortless. Thanks to the hotel’s high standards and Zeus’s exceptional service, my experience was unforgettable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!

My family and I had the privilege of spending four days here to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. Our room came with a king size bed that managed to be compatible with the queen sized baby bed rails we brought from home and the toiletries provided smelled so good! The highlight of our trip were the meals we had at Pine Beach Bar and Tengoku; the truffle pizza at Pine Beach Bar was so good we ordered it twice in the same meal and the Wagyu Yakimeshi from Tengoku was to die for. Mom also got to have a little time away for herself at the Sati Spa and I've never been more jealous. Also a shoutout to the housekeeping staff and front desk man Pun! The housekeeping staff was amazing bringing extra cups, waters, and towels for our family the first night and keeping them stocked throughout our stay.

Amazing Stay at InterContinental Resort Phuket! I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The place is beautiful and very well maintained — everything was spotless and the cleaning was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The services were top-notch, from the restaurant to the pool area. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Phuket!

Our stay at the InterContinental Resort was an absolute paradise from start to finish. This is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful beachfront properties we've ever visited. The resort's private beach was stunning, with clean, pristine sand that was a pleasure to walk on barefoot. We spent our days basking in the glorious, sunny weather by the magnificent pool, which was so comfortable and inviting. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The culinary experience was another highlight. Every meal we had was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. The service was impeccable; every team member we encountered was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect holiday.
