We arrived in Phuket in a cruise ship which overnighted there so we opted to disembark and stay at the Intercontinental. The cruise authorities could not release our passports to us immediately so I called and spoke with Frankie. We had a photo copy of our passports and drivers license and Frankie assured us we could check in with that. Upon arrival we were greeted with tea and a cold towel, our room was not ready so Frankie gave us drink coupons and a changing room so we could use the pool. He was so kind and polite and very professional. We had delicious “welcome cookies” in our room. The grounds were beautiful, they had plenty of swimming pools and restaurants to choose from. The lunch at the beach bar was delicious as well as dinner in the restaurant. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at InterContinental Phuket was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible food, warm hospitality, and impeccable customer service. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making our time there feel special and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to Mam, Benz, Dear, and Tao for their outstanding service during the buffet breakfast each morning. They made the experience seamless and so enjoyable with their attentiveness and genuine care. It was the perfect way to start each day. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming escape in Phuket!

Have a really great stay here for 3 days 2 nights. Got upgraded on the arrival by the lovely staff, K.Make with the beach-front view room. His hospitality is very excellent - really appreciate his assistance and the way he ensures the guests will have the best experience here as well as other staffs. The room is very nice and clean. The food is excellent. There’re a lot of activities and facilities to enjoy while staying.Will definitely come back whenever we visit phuket again. Highly recommend.

We're checking out today after a wonderful, albeit short, visit. The entire team at the Intercontinental Phuket was excellent, from Lady at check-in, to the bellboy, breakfast staff, and pool attendants. Everyone was clearly well-trained. The head chef at Pinto was particularly welcoming, preparing special dishes for us that were a delightful start to our day. For constructive feedback, I'd suggest that some areas, like the condition of sun beds and the leaves around the hillside pool, pool lounge by the upper floor of Jaras restaurant appeared a bit neglected. If the team paid closer attention to these details, similar to the meticulous care given to the Pine bar area, I believe the overall guest experience would be even more enhanced. However, overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Love this luxurious hotel! Will definitely come back again. I wasn't expecting to love it so much, the food and service are amazing and the rooms and amenities are all 10/10! Pine Beach Bar is great, Bun served us everytime and he's super friendly and attentive! Haven't checked out yet but I already cannot wait to come back and stay here again on my next holiday 🤩
