One of the best Intercontinental hotels definitely. Massive resorts but everything is spotless clean and well structured. Spoiled with so many good dining options within the hotel. Breakfast hours were always full but we never waited for too long. We stayed at the pool access room and it’s fun to be able to jump in the water from the back patio and light swim to the center pool and back.

The Intercontinental Phuket maintains the high standards of the Intercontinental chain, offering excellent hotel amenities and beautifully designed rooms. The facilities, including the pool and spa, are top-notched and contribute to a luxurious stay.
Service at this property was impeccable. We were exceptionally well taken care of by the club staff, particularly Khun Make, who assisted us throughout our stay with remarkable attentiveness and professionalism.
One minor issue was the breakfast service, which can get very busy. To avoid the queues, it’s best to arrive early.
Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we will definitely be back again.

Had an excellent time at the Intercontinental!
We arrived after a long flight, our room wasn’t ready so ICE from the reception upgraded our room without charge! The room is large and just beautiful! Everything is clean. The staff is extremely kind and gracious. Truly amazing place. The hotel is very far from Phuket’s center(30 min drive) but we didn’t mind being remote. The hotel has a very nice beach.

Breath taking hotel with amazing views. I absolutely loved the beach pool. when I first checked in, I have booked a pool access room and I was disappointed with the view and the pool by the room. It was dirty and not well maintained. I have talked to the Reception and Zeos from the Reception team helped me and change the room to another room with amazing pool access side. I loved the new room.
The hotel is amazing. I highly recommend staying there as part of the experience in Phuket. The only thing that I didn’t like is they did not offer chicken nuggets in the room service menu and when you have children sometimes that’s all what they eat. I wish the hotel can reconsider. Also, Pizza was not offered after nine or 10 PM as part of the room service. The spa service was also very nice and the beach is clean and had amazing views.

Just stayed in a pool villa at the Intercontinental with my family. It is a beautiful resort with a nice beach and friendly staff. We had club access for drinks breakfast etc. The villa was lovely great pool beautiful space. The breakfast at the club lounge and the club evening cocktails, snacks were a real disappointment. The same tiny selection each day. Whilst it’s not the most important thing about the resort you do pay extra for it and it’s not worth paying for. We had dinner at Hom restaurant which was ok but not worth the cost. It feels like someone at head office is trying to save money and forget that the experience is worth paying for. I have stayed at the Intercontinental in Sydney recently and it also has lost me. It’s the little things that matter.
