This place is absolutely perfect we came here for gastronomic Sunday Brunch offers free-flowing champagne, wine, and live music. Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is amazing we been many places for brunch but this one is best. The presentation of the so beautiful and taste very good delicious food to celebrate your holiday and weekend with family. Specially we have toddler and while parents enjoying the food they have kids Area to play and doing some painting the kids staff is very nice they keep our child entertain and play for few hours until we finished our brunch. Swimming pool is so beautiful facing to the beach with nice pine bar in the side. Diffinately 5star hotel service beautiful property the place in Phuket Kamala.

We had a wonderful experience during our check-in at the InterContinental Phuket, all thanks to Franky, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Franky handled everything with utmost professionalism, made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, and even took extra care to ensure we felt comfortable after a long journey. His friendly attitude, patience, and attention to detail really stood out and set the tone for a great stay. It’s rare to come across such sincere and thoughtful service, and we are truly grateful. We stayed at the InterContinental Phuket for ten days as a family group aged 2–80 and loved it overall. We had 3 Club Pool View rooms and 1 Ocean View, all beautiful and spotless. Honey was amazing – our concierge throughout the stay – she went above and beyond for everything. The Japanese restaurant was disappointing, but Soi, the lovely manager from Pinto, handled it perfectly and turned things around. The location is ideal, the Club Lounge team wonderful, and the spa and massages outstanding. We’d just love more food options at the beach, extra seating when it rains, and better cocktails (minus the giant icebergs from the North Pool!) Added bonus: Café del Mar next door – perfect sushi by day and a fun nightclub vibe by night. A beautiful resort with genuinely caring staff — we’d happily return!

my bsf and i didn’t stay at the hotel but we booked dinner at the Pinto restaurant for one of the nights we stayed in phuket and the service was so good that we went back for dinner the next day spontaneously. the staff there; Tik, Sa, Pui, Benz, Nid, and Ain were all so so lovely. we got to talk to Sa and Pui especially, they were so nice and friendly and were so understanding of my friends celiac condition. they helped curate such a comfortable environment. the food was amazing, really high quality and the perfect portion. we highly recommend not only this restaurant alone but also the hotel in which it was situated. can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Best in class in all the aspects. We had the 3rd time stay at this beautiful resort with this time at the beach side and the experience was nothing short from perfection as it always be. From the 1st moment of the check-in until the very moment of check-out, we felt that all the details were specially tailor-made to suit our individual requirements with every single detail was taken into the account. The minor hiccup was solved promptly on the spot in the way that was more than satisfying without creating any negative feeling. I would like to specially thanks to Khun Shina and each individual at the Club while I can’t remember all the names. Their service there was truly exceptional and set the high standard where the other properties might just be able to dreaming of. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well prepared before arrival as well as the vibe and ambient of the overall resort that created a memorable and lasting memory. We will be back next year.
