It is my 3rd time staying here and I absolutely love it. Their service is always top notch. Breakfast is delicious and has various options from authentic Thai dishes to western cuisine and classic bakery. Beachfront view is breathtaking and has great atmosphere. I spent a whole day sunbathing and swimming and you also can order some drinks from the bar which is convenient. It’s my first time trying their afternoon tea, I personally love the way the serve sandwiches and sweets in Pinto containers which is stunning and delicious. Can’t wait to go back again next year!

We stayed here with our family of 5 (3 young children) from Australia in September. It is paradise! Grounds and our private pool villa absolutely immaculate and world class. Service with a smile everywhere you go. Amazing kids club, personal concierge (butler) service. The beach it backs onto is also spectacular with the most incredible sunsets. The staff and food at Pinto buffet breakfast are also incredible. Thank you all for a very memorable stay!

We booked this hotel before departure very last minute for 6 nights, but we extended our stay for 3 times up to 17nights when we were staying here. Amazing design and luxury hotel, and I can just get downstairs and walk out of hotel swimming pool for surfing everyday, then you can back to lounge for afternoon tea or various drinks. The staff in kids club really play with kids instead of only monitoring them, which were quite helpful and well trained. This really helped us to save time for work especially after breakfast as the kids club is next to breakfast. The front desk staff are really impressive as professional and efficient communication instead of kindness only, especially when they handle some questions from me about membership and various affairs. No doubt this encourages me to stick with this brand and assist me to extend my stay 3 times from 6 nights to 17nights this time. Mr. Ice( very impressive name) is very professional and can really assist me on all things and gave me many really useful tips, his team member Deuce as well. Another lady is also very nice and help me changed room when it is available and saved me from my wife's complaining. staff in restaurants are also very kind, some ladies and gentlemen are very professional and very careful on hygiene and safety. Can see the chef every day which looks busy both morning and evening. Japanese dinner is good but we can't say it’s great value if we compare with other premium ones in Thailand. The Thai restaurants next to beach pool very good as well. Pine bar is nice as well. But quite confused as all these 3 restaurants don't offer any discount for member. Frankly it will definitely encourage us spending much more if any regular discount for members as other luxury hotels. We can’t say it’s perfect hotel but we plan to stay here 1 month next year but with early booking, and I have recommended it to my friends family already and they quite interested but they will book it earlier instead of last minute booking…

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in our luxurious 2-bedroom pool villa. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Franky at the front desk provided a warm and friendly welcome, efficiently checking us in and ensuring a smooth start to our stay. He even treated us to the hotel's signature afternoon tea set while we waited for our room to be ready, a lovely gesture that set the tone for our visit. Our butler, Honey, was truly a highlight - she took fantastic care of us and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. The luxury room was spotless and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing home base. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's food offerings as well, with delicious meals at all of their restaurants. As club lounge guests, we also had access to the excellent afternoon tea and evening cocktail services, which were real treats. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay, and will definitely be returning in the future. This hotel is a true gem, providing a luxurious and pampering experience that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We left feeling refreshed and impressed by the attentive service and outstanding amenities. We will be back for sure!!

I had an amazing meal at the Pine beach bar thanks to the attentive service by Sean, Beer, Matty and especially the most lovely Bee! Thai food here was delicious as well, and the signature cocktails recommended by Bee (Pink Panther) was divine! Hope to come back xx
