We had an incredible stay at Intercontinental Phuket and it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The resort is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers an amazing sense of relaxation and luxury. Our room was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and always felt fresh and welcoming thanks to the great housekeeping team. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding every morning — an impressive variety, great quality, and really well presented, making it something we genuinely looked forward to each day. One of the real highlights of our stay was the New Year’s Eve dinner at HÔM Restaurant. The food was amazing, and the hotel organized a special table for us to watch the fireworks afterwards, which made the night completely unforgettable and truly memorable. The staff deserve special recognition. Bee, who worked at the beach, was always incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, and made us feel so welcome every day. Nira was equally fantastic, handling every request we had with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, nothing was ever too much trouble. Overall, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended and we would love to return!

An outstanding luxury resort that truly delivers on elegance, comfort and atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, everything feels beautifully curated — from the lush tropical gardens to the architecture that blends seamlessly into the natural landscape. The beachfront at Kamala is pristine and peaceful, with soft sand and calm water, offering a rare sense of privacy for Phuket. The pools and the overall layout of the resort create a very refined, resort-style experience where you can completely relax without feeling crowded. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, with high-end finishes and a very comfortable, quiet ambiance. Housekeeping and service were flawless — attentive, discreet and genuinely warm. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented. Every detail, from the service to the grounds, reflects true five-star hospitality. This is the kind of place you choose when you want privacy, sophistication and effortless luxury. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.
Raad Felemban
We stayed from 19–25 Dec 2025, and it was genuinely one of the best family stays we’ve ever had — especially with a 6-month-old baby. We booked the King Classic Pool View (41 sqm with balcony) and everything was spot-on from the moment we arrived. The service is incredibly fast and consistently kind — you feel it everywhere, like the staff actually enjoy taking care of guests. Breakfast deserves a special mention: the variety is huge, with multiple cuisines and excellent quality every day. It never felt “hotel standard” — it felt special. The resort is also perfect for families. The kids club had activities (even if your baby is too young for most of them, the family-friendly atmosphere really shows), and the beach was clean and well-managed, with towels available all day and lifeguards present — which gave us real peace of mind. The whole property is beautiful: trees and greenery everywhere, very calm, and everything is maintained immaculately. Housekeeping and amenities were super clean, and the buggy cars were available all day, making it very easy to move around with a stroller and baby gear. One small personal highlight: Pui, a waitress at Pinto restaurant, was absolutely wonderful — she not only took great care of our table, she also made our baby daughter laugh and smile every time. That kind of warmth is unforgettable. Location-wise, it’s in Kamala, so it’s far from Old Town and Patong — but for us that was a big advantage. We wanted quiet, chill, and family-focused, and that’s exactly what we got. 10/10 — we’ll be back next year for sure.

This place is absolutely perfect. We came for the gastronomic Sunday Brunch with free-flow champagne, wine, and live music. The staff are friendly, and the food is amazing—one of the best brunches we’ve had. The presentation is beautiful and everything tastes delicious. It’s also very family-friendly. Our toddler loved the kids’ area, where the staff kept them entertained with games and painting while we enjoyed our meal. The swimming pool is stunning, facing the beach with a lovely bar on the side. Definitely a 5-star experience and a beautiful property in Kamala, Phuket.

⸻ We had the absolute pleasure of spending several afternoons at 333 Bar at the InterContinental Phuket Resort, including their Christmas brunch, and every visit was exceptional. The setting is simply stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that create the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and luxurious experience. The Christmas brunch was a real highlight — the food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and complemented by fantastic entertainment that added to the festive atmosphere. What truly made our experience memorable, though, was the service. Fha and the entire team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly looked after from start to finish. An amazing venue with beautiful views, fantastic food, great entertainment, and impeccable service. We’ll definitely be back.
