Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was excellent – the service, the attention to every detail, and the way all our needs were met. The level of service was outstanding, and the quality of the rooms was very high. We would especially like to thank Pun, who warmly welcomed us upon our arrival and also said goodbye to us at the end of our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and excellent service truly made our experience even more special. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!

Leo, Bee and Matti i were absolutely amazing! The beach service was the best and they worked extremely hard catering to all of us on the beach. Always with a smile and always polite. The entire hotel staff were a joy and super professional and kind. The food always came out quickly and delicious. The Hotel is extremely large and well kept. The rooms are very clean, definitely up to the high Thai standard. There are five pools and several restaurants serving a Variety of dishes. I enjoyed the atmosphere on the beach the most It was quiet and relaxing, even though it was a pretty busy beach. Again, thank you so much for the beach crew for making this vacation wonderful.

We just returned from a family stay (my wife and I with our three kids) at InterContinental Phuket Resort, and honestly… it was close to perfect. From the start, everything felt smooth and genuinely welcoming. The location on Kamala Beach is beautiful and peaceful, and the resort itself is so well looked after. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The kind of place where you can relax immediately because you can tell the details are taken seriously. What really made the difference for us, though, was the people. From the moment I made the reservation, the reservations team was incredibly helpful, a special thank you to Sutima Maneemai (Kookkai) for being so responsive and kind. During our stay, Nuch at Club InterContinental went above and beyond in a way that made us feel truly cared for, and Sun was also wonderful, helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. We also loved the food. The restaurants were excellent with lots of variety, and we always found something that worked for the whole family (which isn’t always easy with kids!). Service everywhere was warm and professional. A heartfelt thank you to the management and every single member of the team. It genuinely shows that staff are well trained, supported, and proud of what they do. You created a stay that felt effortless, relaxing, and memorable for our family. If you’re considering this resort in Phuket, I wouldn’t hesitate. We’re leaving grateful, and already hoping to come back

What an incredible stay! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were completely spoiled the entire time. Service was amazing, the private villa with pool was serene and relaxing, and all the restaurants were delicious! Our butler Sofia was amazing, very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. She gave great local recommendations and suggested itineraries to explore. Sati spa was the main stay, and let me say WOW! We did a different spa treatment each day of our stay, the service was impeccable. HIGHLY recommend staying here for your visit to Phuket, Thailand!
