My recent stay at the Intercontinental Hotel Times Square was a delightful experience. The hotel, with its luxurious decor, spacious rooms, and top-tier amenities, truly stands out. What made my stay truly memorable is the excellent service, particularly from Cheryl at the front desk. Her warm welcome, professional manner, and constant assistance made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a superb hotel experience in the heart of New York, I highly recommend the Intercontinental. And don't forget to check-in with Cheryl, her exemplary service will surely enhance your stay.

If you are up for shows on Broadway, then this is your place. You can fall out of bed and be at the St James theatre in just a few minutes - we left for shows at 6:30! Corner rooms are best, but this hotel is not cheap. The breakfast is overpriced and they fish for tips even if it is included in the package you booked. Don’t get the breakfast there - there’s a plethora of cheap eats nearby. The cleaning staff are hard working and wonderful. The front desk and other staff less so. Watch out for the 40 dollar a day extra amenity charge. Couldn’t really figure out how it worked or what it was really for, and the staff were no help at all. It basically seems to be another way to stiff some more money out of you. All this said, we very much liked the convenience of the location, and the corner room was comparatively large with a big shower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Times Square, and I must say, it was nothing short of an exceptional experience. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer a stunning view of the city skyline. However, it's not just the physical attributes of the Intercontinental Hotel that make it stand out. The service, as we found out, is top-notch. One staff member, in particular, deserves special mention. Cheryl at the front desk was the epitome of hospitality. From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond in assisting us throughout our stay. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to stay that offers excellent service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location, the Intercontinental Hotel Times Square should be at the top of your list. And when you're there, do say hello to Cheryl at the front desk. Her warm smile and extraordinary service are sure to make your stay a great one!

The location is great for all the activities we had planned. Close to Subway as well for the longer planned routes. The staff is first class. Highly recommend it. The room was nice, but it had a couple of issues in the bathroom that I didn't like. The shower head was clogged with mineral deposits, and the ceiling had brown condensation dripping from it. Minor stuff in the long run. It's definitely worth the location.

My family and I had an awesome stay at this hotel. We received amazing service from Latoya at the front desk, extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again simply because of our experience with her. Hotel is in a great location, very short walk to times square, broadway shows, and excellent restaurants like Juniors. Room was very clean, awesome shower, and comfy beds. Best place to stay in New York!
