My husband, my son, and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We truly enjoyed our time, especially the experience at the restaurant during breakfast. Every morning, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful with us. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more special. Our stay at the InterContinental Malta was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful Club team (Sameer, Vinay, Nisha, Njambi, Ann from the kitchen and Manana (room cleaning)). Throughout our ten-day stay, they took extraordinary care of us with warmth, professionalism, and sincere kindness. A very special thank you for thoughtfully accommodating my dietary requirements - always attentive, proactive, and with a smile. Their dedication truly made a difference and elevated our entire experience. We would also like to sincerely thank Tarek, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding support and impeccable service. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence contributed greatly to the smooth and enjoyable nature of our stay. His leadership and guest-focused approach are clearly reflected in the high standards of the hotel. The overall atmosphere, the quality of service, and the warmth of the entire team make this hotel a place we are always happy to return to. Outstanding hotel with excellent service throughout. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spacious, modern and very comfortable. Food quality was excellent and the overall experience felt premium in every detail. A perfect location and a hotel that truly understands guest satisfaction. 10/10 experience.

Presented as a 5 star hotel, but that wasn't my experience. Staff are doing their best to be fair, so I have no complaints regarding their efforts. But it felt as though they couldn't cope with the amount of people in the hotel. 10 minute queues for breakfast each morning, only to be put in the backroom on a make shift table. 20 minute queues to get a fried egg. And no gluten free bread, or any gluten free option for my partner. The floor we were on felt unfinished, as in, still under construction, maybe it is. Strange that this Intercontinental or a 5 star hotel doesn't offer a place to work other than being charged 110euro for a place that has 3 desks. The gym was okay, but its a third party gym that the Intercontinental is allowed use, so it was incredibly busy. You are given a complimentary drink on arrival, but the bar in lobby doesnt take it, you have to go a different bar, which was fine. Nobody there and my partner couldn't get served. The man completely ignored her, so we just walked out after 5 minutes, to being met with a response of 'goodbye'. The rooms were fine, clean. It was nothing major, just small things that add up, and unfortunately when you pay high prices, you expect quality service.

Huge thank to Katerina our guest relationship manager for the warm welcome and the upgraded room. Our stay in the suite for the Valentin’s day was memorable. 60m2 of pure happiness. This hotel is highly recommanded. All was perfect. A five stars experience !
