I had an incredible experience at the InterContinental Malta and can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The standout feature for me was the gym — honestly, it’s the best hotel gym I’ve seen! Well-equipped, modern, and spacious, it made working out a real pleasure. The spa was equally fantastic — relaxing treatments, serene ambiance, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The pools are beautiful and well-maintained, offering a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. The overall facilities really exceeded my expectations, making my stay both luxurious and comfortable. The only minor downside is the hotel’s location. It’s very close to the clubs and nightlife, which can get quite lively in the evenings. While I appreciated that noise isn’t an issue in the rooms, the area can become quite crowded and bustling at night. However, this is understandable given its lively surroundings, and it certainly didn’t detract from my overall experience. In summary, I highly recommend the InterContinental Malta for anyone looking for top-notch amenities, excellent service, and a vibrant location.

A truly wonderful and relaxing stay! I had a great experience at this hotel. Check in process was very good although a lot of information given. Hotel and room cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast buffet plentiful with a great choice of food and fresh coffee made for you. Evening meal in Waterbiscuit restaurant cooked and presented well. Ample sun loungers around pool and on the Hotel’s private beach. Plenty of building work going on around the resort although this is not the fault of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that is perfectly situated in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly stood out as incredible hosts; they were not only very welcoming but also exceptionally good with children, making our little ones feel special and at ease. This warm atmosphere really set the tone for our stay and made it all the more enjoyable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. We chose the half board option, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. The hotel offers a selection of three different restaurants, each serving high-quality food and boasting attentive service. It was delightful to have so many dining options available, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals every evening. Upon check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel at home right away. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist us with any questions or requests throughout our stay were commendable. It’s clear that this hotel is committed to providing an exceptional experience for its guests. While I can’t really find anything significant to complain about, I did notice that the rooms could use some updates here and there to enhance their appeal further. Nevertheless, this did not detract from our overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, as it truly exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the Lounge staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. Amit, Uday, Asal, and Sonia have been consistently professional, warm, and attentive—always ready with a smile and genuine care to ensure every guest feels welcomed. A very special mention goes to Mohamed, the Club Lounge Manager. I had a wonderful conversation with him—he was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in the details of our stay. His approach exemplifies true hospitality, the kind that is rare to find—even as a Platinum guest. This level of personal, heartfelt service has made a lasting impression on us. We feel genuinely cared for, and it has made all the difference in our experience.
