We attended Sky Beach at the Intercontinental in Malta and may I say, It was something special. The view was incredible, overlooking the beautiful Malta, the food and drinks were luxurious and very much so worth the value. Our amazing waiter Edwardo was phenomenal and a true role model to how service should be. I wish you all the best my friend and please if you get the chance, visit Sky Beach.

Great hotel, excellent service. Corrective maintenance could be improved, as it seems the hotel is no longer in shape than it once was. Panorama pool is now in the shade of the new building being built across the street. Breakfast is well organized, the restaurant is big, but not as big compared to hotel size, yet it was never busy. Hotel beach is less than 5 mins walk down the street.

Wonderful stay and experience in Intercontinental Malta. Strong points: - This hotel owns half of the beach and has the best seatings, food and waiters overthere. - Excellent service, real matching 5 star service as expected from Intercontinental hotels. Service is personal, at breakfast the waiters already remember what kind of coffee I like. - Rooms were maintained very well. Santa took care of my room and has done excellent work, well above expectations. - The people from the hotel really think in solutions. When leaving, they arranged the taxi, wake up call and breakfast during 03:00 AM. - Excellent location in the middle of everything. Will definitely choose this hotel again! Thanks for the excellent service and stay.

We chose this hotel in Malta to stay at a 5-star hotel at a relatively low price. Considering its various advantages (comfortable size, diverse facilities, excellent breakfast, etc.), I believe this hotel must have been really impressive when it first opened. However, the both rooms my & my friend's families are currently staying in have some problems like a bathroom with a non-functioning ventilator, a noisy air conditioner (with a slight odor), and most importantly, a poorly soundproofed balcony door that lets in the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit and the loud nightlife outside. As a result, we were unable to get a comfortable sleep since the first night. The location is great, especially for young people, and the staffs are friendly and really professional, but an environment where one cannot sleep properly at night is a quality management failure unbefitting a 5-star hotel. * Please note that rooms facing other directions may have different reviews :)

I was there for a week in 2023. Very big and comfortable hotel. Great infrastructure: swimming pools, restaurant, gym. What I didn't like in comparison with other hotels in Malta is location of the hotel. It's quite far from the city, so you need to take a taxi, if you wanna go to sightseeing. Also you need to spend few minutes to get to the beach (they have an elevator, so it's not a big issue if you like to walk to the sea).
