From the moment we arrived, the Lounge staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. Amit, Uday, Asal, and Sonia have been consistently professional, warm, and attentive—always ready with a smile and genuine care to ensure every guest feels welcomed. A very special mention goes to Mohamed, the Club Lounge Manager. I had a wonderful conversation with him—he was incredibly professional, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in the details of our stay. His approach exemplifies true hospitality, the kind that is rare to find—even as a Platinum guest. This level of personal, heartfelt service has made a lasting impression on us. We feel genuinely cared for, and it has made all the difference in our experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout my stay. I want to give a special thank you to Mina — she was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

We had a pleasant stay. In the double room, beds aren't so big for 2 persons but they are comfortable. We had a poor view and that's a shame as the hotel was far from being full and we could have had a room with better view. It wasn't so pleasant to stand on the balcony because of this. We overlooked machinery of the neighbor building and we had a huge commercial screen lighting up the room all night long... Wifi is terrible. Outdoor pool is not heated but pleasant and inside pool is a bit small and quickly crowded. Rooftop pool was closed the whole stay (3 nights) and we were never informed. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is very pleasant and diverse.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that is perfectly situated in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly stood out as incredible hosts; they were not only very welcoming but also exceptionally good with children, making our little ones feel special and at ease. This warm atmosphere really set the tone for our stay and made it all the more enjoyable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. We chose the half board option, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. The hotel offers a selection of three different restaurants, each serving high-quality food and boasting attentive service. It was delightful to have so many dining options available, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals every evening. Upon check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel at home right away. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist us with any questions or requests throughout our stay were commendable. It’s clear that this hotel is committed to providing an exceptional experience for its guests. While I can’t really find anything significant to complain about, I did notice that the rooms could use some updates here and there to enhance their appeal further. Nevertheless, this did not detract from our overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, as it truly exceeded our expectations.
