We visited this resort as part of our family vacation. From the moment we arrived at the InterContinental Koh Samui, everything about our stay felt magical. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Koh Samui — a perfect blend of breathtaking views, world-class hospitality, and serene luxury. We were upgraded to a panoramic ocean-view family suite, and the view from our room was simply beyond imagination. The resort features six beautifully maintained swimming pools, each with its own charm — including the beachside pool, the elegant main lobby pool, and four stunning signature color pools (red, yellow, orange, and blue). Every corner of the property reflects thoughtful design and meticulous care. The food was delicious and the best part was club lounge access. But what truly sets this resort apart is its impeccable service. Every staff member we met was warm, courteous, and highly professional — making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, InterContinental Koh Samui, for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return again and again!

My husband and I are having a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. From the minute we walked into the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and helpful stafff who really care about their guests and ensuring all our needs are met. I surprised my husband for his 70th birthday with this trip and arranged a private dinner on the beach. The staff made sure the whole day was perfect from personal birthday greetings, more than one cake, in fact 3 cakes throughout the day, a birthday greeting after breakfast, one after our private dinner and then another one in our room when we returned. There was also a gift for my husband for his birthday. It is not possible to recall all the names of the staff, ranging from the reception and lobby, the restaurants and bars, housekeeping and the buggy drivers and the staff at the Day Spa who were all so humble, friendly and so giving and generous with their time and quality of the service. These are some of the names of staff who attended to us, Donut, Minnie, Jan, Pim, Miu, Kim, Sun, Ing, Somo, Mary, Ingrid, Yam, Dan, Beauty, Gift, Fon, Nok, Taohu. There are so many other staff at the Intercontinental Hotel that would require many pages to mention all of them. We thank you all and wish you all health, love, peace and happiness. We look forward to seeing you again. You all have big hearts and we thank you for everything and making this a most memorable occasion for us.

We stayed at the Intercontinental Samui twice and both visits were genuinely wonderful. The first time we had a suite then on our second stay we chose a villa. Both were excellent. The rooms were beautiful with stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The service was great every time, with a team that is attentive and always ready to help. It is the kind of place where you know you will have a great time and where you already want to come back.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and, while the room had a few inconveniences, the staff absolutely made our stay wonderful. Everyone was caring, thoughtful, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. A special mention goes to Pompam, who was truly incredible. She checked in on us throughout our stay, made sure we had everything we needed, and consistently took the time to see how we were doing. Her kindness and attention made a real difference and made us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you to the entire team — your service really elevated our experience.

We recently had a week long stay at this gorgeous hotel… besides the obvious of it being a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view and a stunning room. I really needed to make sure we gave it the review it deserved. Beyond the standard things that make it a great hotel, food, room, location, view etc… what really set this one apart from many we stay at is definitely the staff. Martin and his team just go well and above every single day to give you exceptional service and let you have a holiday beyond what you even expect. Special shout out to Eden and Beauty ( if you can get a table at breakfast in Beauty’s section do it!! She is devine) both of those staff remembered our orders, our names, what days we were staying at the hotel and offered great suggestions of what to do etc. they absolutely made our stay so special!! As we approached areas their friendly faces and chats made us feel so at home! Thank you to the entire team!
