Stayed here for work. The resort is really nice and our room was large with a balcony and had a great view over the sea. The food I. The restaurant was tasty and the staff were friendly and efficient. Lots of wildlife around and we saw a couple of (harmless) snakes - one on our balcony and one at the entrance to the lobby. The staff were great in catching and later releasing them. Cocktails and nibbles are in served every day from 5-7 pm. The three downsides are: 1) it is built on the side of a steep hill and so some villas are up a steep pathway. This means buggies are needed and is inconvenient if you leave something in the room. 2) our room was fortunately attached to the lobby annex so was only a 1 minute walk to the lobby. However, the planning was not good - Thailand is a tropical country so heavy afternoon rain and thunderstorms are not unusual. There was no continuous cover from our room to the lobby, only cover along part of the corridor. Incredibly, the last 10 metres from the corridor to the lobby is completely uncovered so you either get a bit wet or you need to try to attract the attention of the staff for an umbrella. 3) the location is quite remote which may suit some. But it essentially means that unless you want to pay for transport to a nearby town for a massage or local meal, you are somewhat confined to the resort. As I said, this may suit a lot of guests.

I had such a wonderful stay here! They kindly upgraded my room to an ocean view, which gave me the perfect spot to enjoy a stunning sunset right from my terrace. The staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout my stay—especially Hunter, who was incredibly welcoming and really great at his job. Pompam made check-out quick and smooth, which I truly appreciated. The design of the hotel is beautiful in every detail. I love how well the architecture blends seamlessly with nature—it feels peaceful and thoughtfully planned. Highly recommended! I’d definitely come back again.

Location: Perched high with uninterrupted 180° ocean views and a peaceful, crowd-free beachfront. The only downside is limited ocean access due to a coral reef. Villas and rooms are well spaced for privacy and quiet. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and well maintained with classic attractive interiors. Not new, but very comfortable. Atmosphere: Beautiful, calm and subdued (during our low season visit), with plenty of poolside lounge chair/cabana choices and two dining-room options. Value: Excellent for a 5-star resort. Spa treatments are pricey but comparable to other international menus. Some of the best massages and facials we've ever had - consistently outstanding across several family members. Service: 10/10! Every staff member — from front desk to housekeeping — went above and beyond. Amenities: Impeccably maintained pools (six in total), restrooms, and all public areas. Daily beach grooming. No mustiness despite the heavy rains and timber interiors. The resort always felt warm and serene.

The best hôtel I have ever been. I can’t even describe how beautiful is this place. The staff are getting out of their way to make you feel like you are in heaven. The villa on the beach feels like you are in heaven. The flame - the grill restaurant serves delicious food , I ate there twice. They keep asking you all the time if you need anything. Perfection. The only thing is to know that this place is secluded.

Incredible view, villa-style stay with friends. Private beach property with a lot of amenities. Something for every age, as there are free equipment rentals, ping-pong, fully-equipped gym with water view. As expected with this level of hotel, the staff is friendly and hard-working. The villas are a little dated, but roomy, nice furnishing and the hot water and AC works just fine. Still, spectacular because of it's cliff setting. There are many hidden pools along the property so enjoyable to hang out in different settings beyond the beach. The hill can also be a con because you are constantly climbing up and down the hill-stairs to get to the bar, restaurant, gym, beach or lobby. They have golf carts to take you but you are constantly waiting. The roads on property are also small so they only fit one cart or car going one way, so more waiting. The property is also very remote, so there is not much nearby, though a short walk can get you to the two local eateries if you don't want to pay the high hotel restaurant rates every day.
