Our staying in the hotel is about to finish and I want to thank all the staff and management. It is rare case when you pay a lot of money but want to repeat 😅. The hotel is beautiful, the villa is beautiful (though a bit big for us three, one family member could not come unfortunately), the view is spectacular, the breakfast is the best. There are always small things you would correct but all in all the management makes a great job, I must confess. Among those minor things: is not obvious that you may ask mango or watermelon during the breakfast; the prices are really high in restaurants but in some cases the quality is not up to the price range… like cocktails and mocktails… well, it was really bad pina colada and mojito 🫣; some staff forget about orders in pool bar, others are great though. All in all, great experience for a few days of relax without leaving hotel premises

We stayed at the Intercontinental Samui for around 7 nights, and wow. It was the most beautiful stay. The staff treat every guest with the upmost respect and nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are clean and resort has many facilities and fun activities. Lots of pools to check out too !! We were also extremely impressed by the cleaning team, who never failed to magically have our room in top shape every time we returned to it. We were looked after very well by concierge Monica, who always did her best to make sure our trip was always enjoyed, especially through our room upgrade !! Especially whilst i was sick, Monica always ensured that anything i needed adjusted (as i couldn’t leave the room) was more than possible, and felt so much love during this time from the staff !! Secondly, doors person Fon, always went out of her way to make sure we were having a great night. She always greeted us with a friendly smile and hello, and always asked what she could do to assist with the satisfaction of our stay. Fon dramatically improved our stay at the resort by making us feel like valued guests, and would always brighten up our day but having a friendly chat with us. Thanks so much again !!

The most iconic view of the Five Islands and the endless horizon can be seen from this lobby. Watching the sunset vanish behind the islands is a magical experience 🌅. For those staying nearby and looking for an adventure, the public pier is just a few steps away. It's the most convenient spot to hop on a boat and explore! I highly recommend booking with Oceana Samui, as their boats are stationed right there. You can easily head out to see the Pink Dolphins, snorkel at Koh Tan, or visit the famous pigs at Koh Madsum in no time. A perfect addition to your Taling Ngam getaway! ✨

An exceptional stay at InterContinental Koh Samui. The service throughout the resort was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The pool villas are stunning, offering privacy, comfort, and breathtaking views, making it hard to leave. The spa experience was world-class; I enjoyed several treatments and each one was exceptional. A special mention to Ms. Koy, an outstanding spa therapist whose skill, intuition, and professionalism made the experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and impeccable hospitality. The staff and service were exceptional, with everyone from the buggy staff, guards, reception, pool attendants, club lounge and restaurant staff always making sure that we were well looked after. A special mention to Ms. Natcha at Amber who made us feel more than just guests. Thank you to everyone!

Beautiful spa, treatment and therapists, Ja and Poys. Thank you for spoiling me on my birthday! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui! I also wanted to share my gratitude for Monica, Eden from Reception and Concierge, Green and Natcha from breakfast. These staff members were standout team members from the very moment we arrived. Nothing was ever a hassle for them, and they went above and beyond in every way, including making sure I was comfortable after arriving with an injury, making all the stairs very hard!
