We stayed there for 5 fantastic night. This is an excellent hotel in every way. The room was very nice and serviced regularly. The entire staff were polite, helpful and respectful. Breakfast was very nice, especially in the way that there were different selections available every morning. The pool area by the beach is beautiful, overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel is great too, with Blueport Mall just there and the other mall a 15 minute walk away.

Our stay at InterContinental Hua Hin was wonderful. The hotel has a perfect location, right by the beach, with a sky bridge connecting directly to a shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment very convenient. The vintage mini train inside the resort is very fun, and guests can ride it for free twice a day, which is great for both adults and children. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses to Hua Hin Water Park, allowing guests to enjoy unlimited fun, as well as free shuttles to the largest local night market. Visiting the night market in the evening is a great experience and full of local atmosphere. Platinum members are well looked after—we were upgraded to a pool access room, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast is served in the main restaurant, which offers a wide variety of choices. The afternoon tea at the Club Lounge is unique and very enjoyable. Most impressive is the evening cocktail and canapés from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm—the menu changes every day, and the quality is excellent. This is highly recommended. Special thanks to the Club Lounge staff—their service was warm, friendly, and truly welcoming. We stayed for five days on this return visit and still felt it wasn’t enough. We look forward to coming back again.

We had a pretty perfect week at Intercontinental Hua Hin. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained, with excellent pool facilities and direct access to the beach. Has all the fine touches of a true five star hotel - those little things, like staff remembering your name and coffee order in the morning. We actually had a small issue with the room we were initially assigned - when we raised it with the Front Desk, Jennie was extremely efficient at dealing with the issue, insisting we were moved to a superior room as a compensation. Really well handled, and enhanced our stay greatly.

This is my third time stay in this paradise. Same as before, I got very welcome hospitality from all the staffs. Their smile and also very friendly make us enjoyed the good time. Special thanks to Front desk team- K.Fiew, K.Annie, K.Jasmine, K. Lisa, Instructor of Thai Boxing: K. UM, Maid at the poolside bar: K. Nhong Azure Restaurt K. Hack. , K. Keng Club lounge also very cozy. It’s the first time that my friend visit Thailand. We all have a very good time here. Above all, their room and facility are good and neat. I will look forward to come back next time.

So much great here we had a superb room with private terrace cum garden leafing to a deck to the pool, lovely grounds, only two things stopped five stars. Firstly we had supper included we didn’t expect perfection but the first night chose to dine at their Mediterranean restaurant the portion sizes where tiny - terrible, my partner had a child size pizza and the quality of the food was low. Pizzas are not expensive as it is! The next day we ate at their Thai restaurant a world of difference superb, wonderful set menu to which we added the lamb shank a thing of heaven. Also one of the bars didn’t apply happy hour discounts although did correct it when presented with the bill.
