A beautiful hotel that exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Natasha ensured our stay started on the right note—making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable while taking care of all our needs. Honestly, it was the best check-in experience we’ve ever had! The rest of the staff were equally professional and well-trained. Our room was excellent—beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the area, and being right next to a stunning beach was a bonus. We were so delighted by both the hotel and Hua Hin that we wished we had planned a longer stay.

Hotel is nice but my check in was delayed to 4 pm since the room was not available yet but my check out time must be on time. The lobby staffs forgot to give us a welcome drink, it is understandable that there are too many customers. In the end, the staff who walked us to the room brought us a welcome drink to our room. The hotel is still nice and view is great. Breakfast is considered as the best in Huahin area. At the opposite of the hotel is a Bluport where we can find some restaurant and supermarket.

Amazing hotel in Hua Hin. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The hotel has multiple wings, and they are all nice, with the expiation of the city wing. The rooms are nice there as well, and there is a pool on that side, but you have to cross the road to get from the hotel to the main area and back. Not a huge issue, it has a walkway, but it’s a bit of a treck through several elevators. There are multiple restaurants on site and always have events. All in all, we loved our stay and would come again.

I stayed there in March. It’s true that I booked the lowest category room. However, there was no announcement that it would be a room without a sea view, requiring me to cross the road. When I checked in, I wasn’t informed that staying at this hotel would grant free access to the water park either. To make matters worse, they took a deposit due to their mistake, even though I had already paid in full. The refund was processed, but due to exchange rates, I still haven’t received all my money back, even now at the end of April. It might just be a few hundred baht, but it wasn’t my mistake. I still haven’t heard anything from them regarding the payment. It feels like I’ve been scammed. What is IHG’s service supposed to be? Please enlighten me.

Amazing experience! We were traveling with a four-month old baby and without asking, the hotel added a baby cot for us in the room. We were so impressed on how thoughtful the hotel team was. Following that, we booked Azure restaurant and out of consideration, Elf in front team kindly suggested a table good for a baby for us too. The beach and pool also great. Will definitely comeback next year!
