I must say that we have traveled many countries and tried many 5-star hotels, and this one is one of the luxurious ones. Our Premium Room, spacious about 55 m2, Kingsize Bed, large Smart TV, large bathroom with bathtub and shower, cleaned twice a day, huge balcony with a large sofa, table and chairs. It meets all the criteria of 5 stars! The staff is amazing, the restaurant is more Asian oriented. The hotel is centrally located in Hua Hin, right across from Blueport - cafe, change room, FoodCort, Western Union and other services. We spent 15 nights here, we were very satisfied with everything. Those looking for 1 class will be satisfied here.

So much great here we had a superb room with private terrace cum garden leafing to a deck to the pool, lovely grounds, only two things stopped five stars. Firstly we had supper included we didn’t expect perfection but the first night chose to dine at their Mediterranean restaurant the portion sizes where tiny - terrible, my partner had a child size pizza and the quality of the food was low. Pizzas are not expensive as it is! The next day we ate at their Thai restaurant a world of difference superb, wonderful set menu to which we added the lamb shank a thing of heaven. Also one of the bars didn’t apply happy hour discounts although did correct it when presented with the bill.

This our first and won't be last time at InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, The best location, It is located in front of beautiful ocean and there is not far from the heart of Hua Hin town and the shopping mall. The rooms were cleaned, all facilities are in good maintained and the garden areas is very gorgeous, it’s such a great handle from the professional team Engineering, Gardening and Housekeeping. Lastly, special thanks to all of the staffs who gave us a very warm welcome and efficient since booking until back home. Thank you all for the most amazing experience ever! 100% recommended !

We stayed at InterContinental Hua Hin( for x-mas)after some fantastic days at InterContinental Bangkok. Unfortunately, this hotel does not come close to the InterContinental standard we are used to, and the difference felt like night and day. The staff were generally polite, and there were many good people. We would especially like to thank Prim, Carl, and Prae for their professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, our experience with Noey was very different. She came across as very fake and surprisingly unfriendly. During breakfast, when we politely declined the table she assigned to us and asked for another one (there were many available), she became annoyed and said, “this is what you get.” Any friendliness from her felt forced rather than genuine. Around the pool area and the bean bags, there was absolutely no service and no cleaning. Trash was left unattended, and no one offered service. Fruit was kindly offered once per day, served on wooden skewers. Unfortunately, these skewers were left lying around. On two occasions my son stepped on them, and once I did as well. No one cleaned the area. However, the day before we were leaving to return to Bangkok, the General Manager (or someone who clearly appeared to be senior management) was walking around, and suddenly everything was thoroughly cleaned. And good lucky finding towels or anyone working around that area. Breakfast was okay, but we experienced a serious and unacceptable issue with food labeling. My son is allergic to pork, and for five consecutive days the labels for pork and chicken sausages were switched. We informed the staff multiple times. Sometimes they apologized, other times nothing changed. As a result of this careless mistake, my son vomited several times. This was a very unpleasant and avoidable experience. We travel to Hua Hin often, and this was our first stay at InterContinental Hua Hin. At other hotels in Hua Hin, including Hyatt and Marriott, the food quality and overall dining experience have always been excellent. Because of our experience here, we ended up eating outside the hotel far more than we usually do. The information provided at check-in was minimal, and we kept discovering basic things on our own throughout the stay. Returning to InterContinental Bangkok truly felt like night and day in comparison.

The hotel was so serene yet packed with fun things to do that we didn’t even feel the need to leave the hotel at all. Days were filled with plenty to do: from the well-equipped gym to lounging at the gorgeous pools, and even hopping on the hotel’s cute mini train activities that really add to the charm. Food-wise, we were spoiled. The breakfast spread was impressively varied, while evenings gave us a feast with Thai fine dining at Jaras (Michelin-starred chefs behind it!), and Beachfront BBQ at Azure The Rooms were spacious, calming, and perfect for unwinding after a full day. It truly felt like a private sanctuary.
