Our stay at InterContinental Hua Hin was wonderful. The hotel has a perfect location, right by the beach, with a sky bridge connecting directly to a shopping mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment very convenient. The vintage mini train inside the resort is very fun, and guests can ride it for free twice a day, which is great for both adults and children. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses to Hua Hin Water Park, allowing guests to enjoy unlimited fun, as well as free shuttles to the largest local night market. Visiting the night market in the evening is a great experience and full of local atmosphere. Platinum members are well looked after—we were upgraded to a pool access room, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast is served in the main restaurant, which offers a wide variety of choices. The afternoon tea at the Club Lounge is unique and very enjoyable. Most impressive is the evening cocktail and canapés from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm—the menu changes every day, and the quality is excellent. This is highly recommended. Special thanks to the Club Lounge staff—their service was warm, friendly, and truly welcoming. We stayed for five days on this return visit and still felt it wasn’t enough. We look forward to coming back again.

This is my third time stay in this paradise. Same as before, I got very welcome hospitality from all the staffs. Their smile and also very friendly make us enjoyed the good time. Special thanks to Front desk team- K.Fiew, K.Annie, K.Jasmine, K. Lisa, Instructor of Thai Boxing: K. UM, Maid at the poolside bar: K. Nhong Azure Restaurt K. Hack. , K. Keng Club lounge also very cozy. It’s the first time that my friend visit Thailand. We all have a very good time here. Above all, their room and facility are good and neat. I will look forward to come back next time.

We stayed there for 5 fantastic night. This is an excellent hotel in every way. The room was very nice and serviced regularly. The entire staff were polite, helpful and respectful. Breakfast was very nice, especially in the way that there were different selections available every morning. The pool area by the beach is beautiful, overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel is great too, with Blueport Mall just there and the other mall a 15 minute walk away.

We decided to try something different this time—a train + hotel package for a 2-day, 1-night weekend escape. Having always driven to Hua Hin before, we weren't sure what to expect. What a pleasant surprise. The train journey turned out to be comfortable and stress-free, and honestly, it made the whole trip feel like more of an adventure. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff at the train station and throughout the hotel were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily some of the best service we've experienced in Thailand yet. The property itself is stunning—elegant and beautifully maintained without feeling stuffy. The pool is gorgeous, and the beach is everything you'd hope for: soft sand, calm waters, and a view that makes you want to linger. Our 4-year-old daughter was in her element, especially riding the little train that takes you around the resort. The highlight for her was getting to ride a horse on the beach for the very first time—she absolutely loved it and hasn't stopped talking about it since. The room was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed and quality amenities throughout. Being located right across from Blueport shopping mall was a nice bonus for convenience, though we barely wanted to leave the resort. We had a truly wonderful time as a family and would happily recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing Hua Hin getaway. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

I must say that we have traveled many countries and tried many 5-star hotels, and this one is one of the luxurious ones. Our Premium Room, spacious about 55 m2, Kingsize Bed, large Smart TV, large bathroom with bathtub and shower, cleaned twice a day, huge balcony with a large sofa, table and chairs. It meets all the criteria of 5 stars! The staff is amazing, the restaurant is more Asian oriented. The hotel is centrally located in Hua Hin, right across from Blueport - cafe, change room, FoodCort, Western Union and other services. We spent 15 nights here, we were very satisfied with everything. Those looking for 1 class will be satisfied here.
