I have just checked out today and couldn’t wait to post how perfect this hotel is! Stayed for 3 nights and was really impressed by the service, room and staff! Room was really good and always being kept clean. Breakfast was also really good and heaps of variety. The hotel staff were amazing and really attentive to your needs. I must say it was awesome to see Sabrina (Hotel GM) taking time talking to the guest and check everything was good, this was the first hotel I stayed where the GM was really present and personally made our stay really special. Really shows why the overall hotel experience was awesome! I will definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to come back here!

It was my first time staying here, and I was very impressed. The room was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hallways always smelled nice, which made the atmosphere relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back to stay again. It truly felt worth every baht I spent.

Smooth check in, super friendly staff, well maintained facilities, excellent taste from f&b. I was escorted to the room by non-Thai staff who only looked down at the key all the way to the room. To break the ice, and destroy the awkward silence situation, I kept asking about the pool, the restaurant, some basic information about the hotel. Once we got to the room, he opened the door and “here is your room, have a nice stay” Nothing else at all. I needed to ask about mini bar and details. I don’t really like that. Ps. The hotel is trying their best to fix mosquito problem. PS2. Don’t swim in the sea or you need to be wear about jelly fish.

A beautiful hotel that exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Natasha ensured our stay started on the right note—making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable while taking care of all our needs. Honestly, it was the best check-in experience we’ve ever had! The rest of the staff were equally professional and well-trained. Our room was excellent—beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the area, and being right next to a stunning beach was a bonus. We were so delighted by both the hotel and Hua Hin that we wished we had planned a longer stay.

Hotel is nice but my check in was delayed to 4 pm since the room was not available yet but my check out time must be on time. The lobby staffs forgot to give us a welcome drink, it is understandable that there are too many customers. In the end, the staff who walked us to the room brought us a welcome drink to our room. The hotel is still nice and view is great. Breakfast is considered as the best in Huahin area. At the opposite of the hotel is a Bluport where we can find some restaurant and supermarket.
