The hotel stay was excellent. They were very accommodating and even provided a celebratory cake for our anniversary. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options. Our waiter Ahmed was very attentive and polite.

All perfect. The staff is always willing to help you or answer your questions, they are very kind. The breakfast has a huge variety of food, you can even ask the chef for eggs, pancakes… The facilities are beautiful and modern, it’s necessary to highlight the cleaning staff they do a great job as well as the workers of the whole hotel. If I come back to Dubai, I will stay again in this hotel without hesitation!

Special thanks to Giuzel, who was extremely friendly and made my stay even better by upgrading me to a suite and providing a free drinks voucher at check-in. Her exceptional hospitality contributed to a first-class experience throughout my stay. I also had breakfast at the Accents restaurant. The service was attentive, with Ahmed providing helpful assistance throughout the meal. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from freshly baked pastries and cereals to live cooking stations for eggs and pancakes. The food quality was good, featuring both international and local dishes. Overall, it was an enjoyable start to the day with a nice selection and good service.

You can notice their pursuit for perfection everywhere and in the small details. From the cosy bed, their selection of materials, and hotel facilities. The hotel has a very good location and offering good views. Breakfast was great with a variety of food selection (Western, Asian and Arabic). The staff were helpful as well. A very recommended hotel to stay in.

They were incredibly helpful and seemed to anticipate our needs even before we expressed them. A special mention goes to Everline and Shah at the coffee bar. They were an outstanding team, demonstrating remarkable attentiveness and intelligence in learning our preferences. Their swift and thoughtful service greatly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend the Intercontinental Dubai for its impeccable service and dedicated staff.
