My room was amazing, spacious, luxurious and clean. The service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was also exceptional. Our waiter Ahmed did everything to make us evening extremely pleasant:).

Being an IHG diamond Ambassador i am accustomed to some sort of upgrade and welcome gift of fruit or chocolate. Neither was offered at my recent stay at this hotel. I was hoping for a marina view, at least, but got mostly road with a glimpse of water. That was disappointing. The whole experience was disappointing. My (paid) room was a junior suite. Quite large with good light. Refrigerator stocked with mini-bar supplies so not usable. The daily mini-bar check up by staff gets a bit tiresome. The king bed was equipped with the delightful IHG linens. The bathroom was large with a big tub and a very welcome walk in shower with full glass door. The Club Lounge access is cumbersome. One must take elevator to 12. Walk around a corner to another elevator to get to 39. The way down to the room entails a trip all the way to "G" ground floor to change elevators to go back up to your room. The lounge staff is phenomenal. Breakfast offerings a small buffet and eggs to order. It was quiet and peaceful. The ground floor restaurant has a larger buffet and large menu selection. Hallways are dated and the access to my assigned room was a hallway connecting the "wings" which looks and smells like a hospital ( white unadorned walls and floor). Housekeeping staff was great, but left a cart in the hallway 24 hours a day. The pool area is quite nice and no road noise.
