Our stay was excellent. The check in process was lovely, the lady was very efficient and nice, the rooms were sparkly clean, spacious, imaculate with all sorts of amenities. We asked for late check out and they were very accommodating with us. The pool was lovely and the guys working there always made sure we have out fresh detox water by our side. The hotel underwent some construction so they gave us complementary welcome drinks as a compensation. Simply the perfect weekend stay.

Very happy with the stay, the reception is service minded and solution oriented, as well as flexible when it comes to guests needs. The rooms are well taken care of and cleaned. The staff overall is very professional. The breakfast area has friendly staff and I would like to point out Ahmed who went above and beyond in service and friendliness. Thank you.

Overall I loved my experience, breakfast was a highlight for me because of the many options we were given that were included in the buffet. We had a waiter named Nisam for 2/3 days we stayed and he was so attentive and helpful. He kept my drinks refilled and even recommended I intake vitamin C and if I forgot to grab something from the buffet, he didn’t tell me where I could find it, he went to get it without question. I also want to talk about the bellman, Rafi. When we arrived it was midnight and most of the food places were closed except Pizza Hut. They asked me for my what’s app number and room number but never contacted me for the pizza. After coming downstairs to explain that my pizza delivery didn’t come, Rafi quickly stepped in and used his personal phone to contact them and get us our pizza. Apparently it’s not enough for them to have our contact info but we also must tell the hotels front desk, I appreciated having a bilingual translator to help and bring the pizza to our door. Please keep these guys employed!
