Excellent in every sense I can only praise the excellent service provided by very hard working staff at this hotel. From the team at reception, concierge and the bell boys who were excellent. Barsha in house keeping did an excellent job in keeping my room clean & fragranced. Guys & ladies in Coral restaurant, Adel, Errk & John and Philippine ladies at breakfast and dinner did an excellent job with a very friendly & prompt service. I had one of the most relaxing times. Not to forget the team in the kitchen . A fantastic choice of salads, deserts and main dishes cooked deliciously. Thank you everyone

I recently visited Coral, and I was very impressed by both the atmosphere and the service. The restaurant has a pleasant, welcoming vibe, and the food was delicious — well-prepared and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Adil, who provided exceptional service throughout my visit. He was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that everything was perfect. His recommendations were spot on and made the dining experience even better. Overall, Coral offers great food, a comfortable setting, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it, especially if Adil is taking care of your table!

Our stay at the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hospitality and attention to detail made our trip truly memorable. A special mention goes to Usman, who looked after us every morning at breakfast — always with a smile! Whether it was an iced Spanish latte or a freshly made omelette, he knew exactly what we liked and ensured everything was perfect each day. Also, a huge thank you to Hamza and Shuaib, the lifeguards by the pool, for keeping a close eye on the kids and making sure they were safe while having fun. Their friendly and professional attitude gave us real peace of mind. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the service throughout was exceptional.

The hotel experience has been amazing. The staff have all been so friendly, helpful and kind. They always make you feel special and nothing is too much trouble. In the restaurant area, for breakfast, Jane, Philip, Khant and Choki went above and beyond everyday. They were all so kind, helping my children and I all the time. They made the whole experience of staying at this hotel more than a 5 star experience. Thank you all for your kindness and great hospitality, we will be back soon.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel. We found all staff to be very friendly and professional, and the facilities and rooms were excellent, particularly the pools and the beachfront. We would also like to thank some of the staff who were exceptional. At the Coral restaurant, Choki, Adil, and Pauline were very helpful in organising seating and accommodating our toddler and his food. Special thanks to Choki for keeping him engaged during brief encounters, which made our meals more enjoyable and relaxing. We also want to thank Achal for outstanding housekeeping work, Felix for organising the luggage transfer, and the kitchen staff for the fantastic meals and the great variety. Overall, we had a delightful experience and would happily stay at the intercontinental again.
