We visited the restaurant buffet as a family with children and had a wonderful experience. It was an international shared buffet with a great variety of dishes from different cuisines. The children were especially happy — they loved the wide selection and found the food very tasty and enjoyable. It was great to see so many options that suited both adults and kids. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service truly stood out. I would like to especially thank the waiters Imran, Kamal, Khant, and Shafary for their kindness and professionalism. They were very polite, attentive, and made our visit even more comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience, and we would be happy to visit again.

Service • Staff were very well trained, polite, and attentive. • Special thanks to the Club Lounge team — Camille, Shaira, Agnes, Goma, and Obi — for their outstanding service. • One minor issue: at arrival, we were left to figure out where to go for Club Lounge check-in. This was quickly resolved after asking the concierge.

Amazing hotel with a great location and an excellent spa. Dinner at the Coral Restaurant’s open buffet was outstanding, a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried tasted very good. Special mention to Adil, Hussain, Masum, Choki, and Jane, who truly made us feel welcome. They were always attentive, checking in on us and taking great care of us throughout the evening. The desserts were equally impressive, all of them were delicious. Overall, a true five-star dining experience. Highly recommended.

I would especially like to mention Agnes from the InterContinental Lounge. She is absolutely amazing — very caring, friendly, always smiling, and incredibly efficient. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, and we are truly happy with her service. I would also like to thank the manager, Shaira, who is very professional. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Doha. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and truly enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for families. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Brian, the lifeguard, who was absolutely outstanding. He was fantastic with our son—very caring, attentive, and reassuring—which made our time by the pool completely stress-free. On top of that, his thoughtful sunglasses cleaning service was a lovely touch that really stood out and showed the level of care and attention to detail. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and the service truly made the difference. We would highly recommend the InterContinental Doha and look forward to returning.
