Lovely hotel - excellent staff who make the experience of being in such a big hotel very personal. Good spot on the beach and we enjoyed a lovely evening having dinner and drinks. The staff especially Renata and Sukra definitely enhance the experience. The views and peace make it a super fun way to relax and soak up Jimbaran. The only downside has been the length of time it took to check in and then a further couple of hours delay to get the room - well.past 5pm by this time - only to.find the room allocation was not what had been requested and agreed. However, the hotel and staff are a good choice in Jimbaran.

Our feedback about this awesome resort is very, very positive. Last year we stayed at the Bali Intercon and loved it and so returned again last week and honestly, this is an amazing hotel. The staff are professional yet friendly, the food is excellent and the grounds are superb. The beach location is brilliant to top things off. This stay was a special one for my wife and I as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We received an upgrade which was unexpected and very thoughtful - we hugely appreciated it. We stayed (two rooms) with two teens and they love it too - no mean feat!

Beautiful rooms and service. The club rooms are great as you can eat by the club pool instead of going to the lounge . The only downside is the food service is slow in Jimbaran Gardens, which was hard with kids but they were super apologetic. Food was delicious though. Just order early when having kids is my recommendation:)

Recently had an eight day stay…our fifth visit. No complaints at all. A fabulous hotel in every regard but especially the service. The Club Lounge was wonderful…special mention to all the staff there and especially the client service ladies. Spa was exceptional and we loved all the restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Excellent buffet breakfast, and the floor staff at Taman Gita are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Family room was spacious and comfortable, if I’m being picky pillows could firmer as they were extremely soft and sofa bed for kids could have been firmer. Swimming pools, outdoor playground, beach access , spa sauna access, sunset views 👌👌. Service needed to be quicker at Jimbaran Garden and definitely at sunset grill - order early if with kids. Afternoon tea in the lounge was a lovely touch. Would recommend more additions to kids club room to cater for kids 5 plus - activities were great and my kids enjoyed making kites and fishing. Overall an excellent stay, very friendly staff especially at breakfast, would love to stay again.
