We stayed at the InterContinental Bali Resort for a week, and it was a truly relaxing and satisfying experience from start to finish. The amenities and overall upkeep were top-notch, with staff actively tending to the gardens and keeping the resort spotless throughout the day. Our favourite hangout was the Sunset Bar, where the atmosphere was perfect and the staff were incredibly lovely, hospitable, and friendly. We enjoyed live music every day, from jazz to pop, and danced our hearts off. Our little daughter made so many new friends, both with fellow guests and especially with the wonderful staff. A special thank you to Dinda - our daughter keeps asking to come back just because of her - and also to Indra, Cantika, and Sinta for your exceptional hospitality. Thank you for helping make our stay so memorable. Would we come back? Definitely yes!

As a stopover before our next flight and it was perfect. Close to the airport yet incredibly peaceful, it felt like a proper resort stay rather than just an overnight hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also a standout. An ideal choice for a relaxing stopover in Bali — we would happily stay again.

This has excellent service! And the location, amenities and so on were also excellent. We booked a stay for 3 nights and found ants in the room 2 nights. We complained and they upgraded us to a 2-story suite and gave us free dinner as well!! As soon as we called they sent a pest control guy with equipment up and upon our move to the new room, he treated the old one with some cool bug spray machine. They also were fine with us checking out 2 hours later, because my partner was sick. The breakfast is really tasty, although I would recommend to go early because there are a lot of people between 9.30-10.30 and this makes for little waits for coffee, omelets and the stuff they make upon request. They forgot some orders but this didn’t bother us as we simply reminded them and they solved it directly. The rooms are great, clean, byredo stuff in the toilets, good mini bar and nice views from the balcony. We also loved that we were so close to the beach👌 The only complaints we had: The restaurants are a tad bit expensive, we’re talking like 6 euro for a beer which I find a little much for bali? Also the big pool is a little dirty, especially since we saw the “club pool” that was way cleaner, which made me wonder why they don’t clean the bigger one as nicely. But in general, reeeally good experience, I would definitely recommend, especially for the really nice staff🙏 thank you!

A big thank you and special shoutout to Agus Dharma from Sunset Bar & Grill. While all service throughout the hotel was excellent, he truly made the experience exceptional. Remembering me from a previous visit added a thoughtful, personal touch that made my stay especially memorable. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine approach reflect true 5-star hospitality. I hope to see him at the front desk on my next check-in. Agus is a valuable asset to IHG InterContinental and deserves formal recognition and reward. If anyone visits the property, be sure to visit Sunset Lounge and ask for Agus. The cocktails, service and people are 20/10. Will be back next time!

Staying 6 days - 5 nights in Intercontinental Jimbaran is The Best decision we ever made. Service is impeccable, everyone is ready to give us the very best, offering their sincere and high quality hospitality. All personel make us feel safe, comfortable and happy - Intercon became our home away from home. Close from the Airport, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the big white sand beach. The room is big, cozy, clean and comfortable. Full amenities and if you need anything more, the service is a phone call away - 24 hours. Wonderful variety of activities from swimming in various swimming pools, surfing, outside playground, tennis, game room (billisrd, table tennis, video games, board games), massage, jogging track, renting bikes, gym, spa ... all are in the hotel. But ... if you just want to have a relaxing time by the beach - you have many instagrammable spots to enjoy your day through sunset. Food - 5 stars quality and service. From the Breakfast buffet with endless choisces, Sunset Grill, Taman Gita, Ko, Bella Cucina and neverending supply of infused water/ice tea around the hotel, we are truly spoiled. If you want to experience dining by the beach, eating fresh grilled seafood while sinking your feet in the sand, you only need to walk 2 minutes from the Hotel. It is right there. A shout out to Ibu Geina and Ibu Melia at front desk, Bli Meika who is always very helpful, and unforgettable Bli Ananta - who always greet us every morning at our breakfast table with a great warm smile and fabulous service. Thank you for making our stay very memorable. We shall come back. Happy New Year, Have a blessed and prosperous year ahead. 🙏🙏💥
