Beautiful hotel by IHG, although the interior of the hotel can be a bit dated, there are cracks around the building especially from the main restaurant. Now where should I start? First foremost the club lounge located at 18th floor was closed for refurbishment and that put me off a bit as I have club membership and was hoping to get private service experience in the hotel. The hotel alternatively allow us to use the main restaurant in evening for food, piano lounge for afternoon tea and the the Belgian cafe to get drinks. The inconvenience of moving towards different location to get the service wasn’t what I wanted. Now, the next bit is the swimming pool, though the one on the 3rd floor was massive, there wasn’t any shades by the kids pool. Though the kids pool by the beach area does have shades, but to walk from the main building to the beach, you kind of walking under the sun. We were hoping to come to the hotel and enjoy some water play and when you have a 3 years old with you, you don’t want them to play under the sun in the pool for hours! We didn’t go to the pool at all. Lastly, thankfully the hotel has EV charger, however despite mentioning we want our car to be parked in shaded are, it was left just outside under the sun and was told there wasn’t enough space at all after my car was charged. My car was filled with bird poop at the front. Though not sure if I would visit this hotel again in the future. The nicest bit of the hotel was the view, you do get a sea view and the marina for you to walk around. It’s nice when weather was pleasant but when it’s 35-40 degrees Celsius hot sunny, guess you want to try and stay away from them. Nice thing was the room was decorated to accommodate my child’s 3 years old birthday much appreciated for the nice gesture to it.

We had a really brilliant stay here with our 5 year old. So good we have been twice in 1 month! Lovely facilities including several pools, water slide, beach. Great grassy area too and table tennis and kids club. Really fabulous value and lovely welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

This hotel is highly recommended for a staycation within the city! Pools are big & heated during winter, and the beach is accessible too! Rooms are big, comdortable and clean! I must commend the housekeeping for making our room smell like a spa and for sanitizing it properly. Rooms are spacious and really comfortable, I got lucky that I was provided a room with a great view on the 16th floor, I was able to watch the fireworks during my stay. Food at the Selection Restaurant on the 3rd floor, serves great breakfast with lots of choices but I got a little disappointed with the lady getting my order at the cooking station for my egg, a little rude and bratty. She asked where my table was and since I cant remember, and just described it as the 1st table by the entrance, she insisted for me to get it first and come back before getting my order. I don't mind doing it but got a little annoyed on how it was said. Anyway, it was well compensated by almost all of the staff I encountered. A big shout out to Rezaul for being so pleasant, attentive and respetful. He was on the corridor and stopped what he was doing to provide some assistance to me with my luggage. Keanu of the check in counter was also very welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was always a great experience staying at this hotel!

I really this hotel. First time going to it, and it was for my wife birthday, and she rated the experience as 11/10 as an overall. The staff are extremely friendly. Ms Nina and Mr Saad provided great support during the stay. The great thing that the room service as re responsive. The facilities are beautiful. The third floor pool is very beautiful and peaceful. The beach club is beautiful, but it should be noted that the slide is only for children, and it is easy (soft). The life guards were quite supported of my 2 year kid. However, the pool has DG which was very disturbing for me, along with a bar in the middle of pool, and I left the pool and went to the beach. The breakfast is decent. I liked that they offer fresh juices and their service is beautiful.
