Super for kids, loads spent on facilities, pools, water park, fun park, bars, restaurants, spa etc but whilst our accommodation was very big well equipped and very clean and practicable, it was showing it's age. Staff brilliant. Food great.

If your a family that enjoys inflatables in the pool don't bother coming here, they are not allowed the only time the life guard looks up from their phone, is to enforce this rule, also ants in the room.

Lovely resort. We spent a week all inclusive here however the weather let us down. Food selection could be improved but we would definitely stay again. Staff service was excellent as was the cleaning service. Rooms were immaculate and entertainment fantastic. We never made full use of the kids club, we should have used it more as it was a brilliant service.

My balanced review as a British holiday maker who is coming to the end of my second visit.
Location:
Simply stunning with a 5 minute walk to the beach and small shop front with restaurants.
Food:
The outside bar and grill has been great with consistently good food. Unfortunately, this only opens for lunch. The hotel 100% need to deal with the seagull problem with some netting as they do tend to invade and I did see one walking in the sweetcorn tray.
The indoor food buffet in the evening was hit and miss. Unfortunately, I did have sausages on two occasions that were not cooked properly and the food was occasionally bland. Out of the 5 nights I've been here so far, they knocked it out of the park on 2 of them, but others were not so good.
Rooms:
The rooms were clean but, the showers flood the bathroom due to inadequate water sealing on the doors. I was here with three other families that had the same issue and Tui acknowledged this problem. This proved a major slip hazard for me and my children. I do not expect to visit a 5 star hotel and spend 15 minutes twice a day mopping up water with towels.
Entertainment:
This is a frustrating one. The entertainment wasn't bad but due to the government law stating air con in public areas cannot be turned on until the heat rises to 27 degrees, this made it impossible to sit inside and watch comfortably. The law is not the hotels fault but they should put other options on the table. Currently, you can either sit inside and melt or sit outside, miss the entertainment and get eaten by mosquitoes.
