We had a great time With our two kids, one teen. Probably the best hotel with fun activities including surf and great big swimming pool. Very friendly staff and parking on site. On the beach with a small pier you can swim to and jump off! Small Shops right outside and lots of bars. Highly recommended. Good breakfast

If you want to party until 4 am with college kids, blast music non stop and not let anyone sleep, pay for sunbeds at the adult pool, deal with terrible management, this is your place. Otherwise, stay away. The pictures make this place look like a resort, it doesn’t feel like one at all. The entrance is almost on the street, anyone can hop on the elevator and come up to the rooms. No lobby or resort type of amenities. Also, most of the pictures(adult pool, sunbeds, restaurant, etc.) they are marketing belong to a private beach club called Hadley’s, not a part of the hotel.

I feel ripped off, the hotel bears the name of the artificial wave and this one is put forward whereas it is paying! 35€ per hour per person, and more in multi-person sessions. Not all the hotel's pools are free, and in the worst case you have to pay to use them. Too much noise in rooms overlooking adjacent streets.

We had an amazing stay, best hotel in calvia! Location top, front of the beach near the bars like bondi beach bar. Everyday you get free drinks in you room like orange juice, water and lemonade. Our room was new, i think they renovated everything, very clean and spacious! See you next year Melia Wave Calvia 😁

The hotel is very nice and clean, with friendly staff, and could be an oasis in Magaluf. But unfortunately it has a series of rules that make it not. Although it is on the beach, direct access to the beach is blocked until 11 o'clock because that pool area is not open. Not even a gate is left for hotel customers so if you want to go to the beach you either go around through other properties or through the street. The pool area is very nice but the free sunbeds are only the ones at the back. Those next to the pool and those in front cost 80-100 euros/day. Money with which you can consume products from them, but if you don't drink alcohol, you don't have anything to buy for the whole amount. It is also worth noting the non-respect of quiet hours. Theoretically after 10 pm parties should not be allowed in the room. But nobody does anything unless you go to complain at the reception. And even so it just stops them and the next day it starts all over again. You should go again to report the noise every night and then wait for them to do something. Guests who come to the hotel late can make a lot of noise on the way to the rooms because there is no one to say anything to them. The breakfast is ok but after a few days you don't have much to eat. It's exactly the same food every day. It could be a nice hotel but it is sabotaged by their own rules. I can't figure out which customers they want to attract?!
