Cool atmolsphere with great music throughout the day in all ares. Great location close to the Paseo Maritimo and Bellver Castle. Nice pool area and a lot of space for sunbeds. Very friendly and helpful staff at Breakfast and dinner, the reception staff is very helpful, always attentive. The organized a nice birthday cake for my daughter and even sang a birthday song, just outstanding. The room cleaning was all well done, free verages from the mini bar filled up every day - thank you. We will definitely come back.

During my stay, a personal item—a Loewe tank top—was stolen from my room. The hotel’s General Manager acknowledged that a cleaner accessed my room on the day in question but did not perform any cleaning duties. Despite this admission, I was informed that no compensation could be offered because the item was not stored in the room safe. This response is deeply unsatisfactory and fails to address the breach of trust and security I experienced. Furthermore, the overall service and condition of the hotel were far below the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. The reception staff were consistently unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The environment appeared to cater primarily to stag and hen parties, which may contribute to a dismissive attitude from staff toward guests’ concerns. Given that this property operates under the Meliá brand, I expected a significantly higher standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest care. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable.

Brought the family here for a 25 year anniversary celebration! Loved having a room onto the pool and very near the indoor pool which we used as it was April! No need for extra towels - you’re given them for the pool. A lovely sun deck too. If the gym is your thing there’s a well stocked gym with machines. So lucky with the weather, 20-23 degrees and sunny most days. Breakfast was fab.

Another really pleasant stay within a Meliá hotel. This particular establishment seems tucked out of the way; however, the nice, quiet area it sits in is convenient with local amenities, including good restaurants and specialty coffee shops within a 10-minute walking distance. It doesn’t even require a car or bus to soon be within the city walls of Palma and its cathedral.

Melia Palma Bosque is having a good location, being close to the see/bay, but still not close to a heavy traffic. Also, buses to the city centre are going close by, 10 min to the centre. Good service both at the reception and restaurant. I stayed at premium room with see/bay view and was lucky to stay at top floor, where they had a nice view. Also, Bellver castle close by. 🎯
