Disappointing stay, all style no substance. More like a 3 star hotel. Arrived early and as we couldn’t check in we stored our luggage and sat around the pool. Pool area nice, neither pool heated so they were freezing cold but it is only April. Checked in to find we had been put in a twin with no bed for our child. Back down to reception and are moved to floor 5, still no bed set up for our child which was disappointing as we wanted to rest after a long day traveling. We’re told that it could be anytime before 5, which isn’t great the room should be ready. Room was grotty, lots of damage and not very clean. Came back after an evening out and the bed still wasn’t made up, had to call someone to come and do it. The main issue we had with the hotel was the noise, we were put right above the noisy bar area and then when we finally do get to sleep we get woke up at 8am by the maids up and down, no problem try to get back to sleep, but can’t because then the work starts on the hotel next door, drilling, clanging and shouting. Terrible three nights sleep couldn’t wait to go home!

My four-day weekend stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The service was excellent, with the staff always eager to assist and accommodate any requests. However, I did encounter some disappointment with the breakfast at the restaurant. While there were plenty of options available, I found some of the items, like the scrambled eggs, lacking in taste. Despite this, my overall experience was positive.

Had a lovely long weekend stay here in February with friends. Pool area was lovely, rooms were perfect and clean. Bar area very pleasant and staff were very friendly! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is fine and pleasant, nothing special but good value for the price. Advantages: -Bed was huge and comfortable. -The pools were nice, as was the gym. -Breakfast was decent, a good selection of sweet and savoury items including eggs, cheese, cereals, breads, meats, fruit, cakes and pastries, although often items were cold. -Near the trendy Santa Catalina area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, and a pleasant 25 min walk to the centre of Palma. -Bus stops very near to get you to many destinations on the island. -Staff were very helpful and quick service. Disadvantages: -The toilets in the rooms didn’t have extractor fans. -The rooms were quite noisy - we visited end of September so the hotel was not very busy but was still noisy, I think in peak summer it would be too noisy! -The ‘bay view’ rooms don’t have a great view, not worth paying extra just for the view. -There is only one lift for the (large) hotel and it is tiny (2 people with suitcases maximum). You will be waiting long times to get on! I believe another one was out of order but I didn’t see any attempt to fix it. Overall a fine stay and we cannot complain!

Very clean and comfortable. Only ate breakfast which had masses of choice once you had found your way around. More cut up fresh fruit would have been nice but this is being picky. Staff very nice as usual in Mallorca. 20 moins walk to old City and Cathedral. Wanted to visit Abaco but found it did not open til 20hrs so had to give it a pass. Great cocktails served there in style.
