Cool atmolsphere with great music throughout the day in all ares. Great location close to the Paseo Maritimo and Bellver Castle. Nice pool area and a lot of space for sunbeds. Very friendly and helpful staff at Breakfast and dinner, the reception staff is very helpful, always attentive. The organized a nice birthday cake for my daughter and even sang a birthday song, just outstanding. The room cleaning was all well done, free verages from the mini bar filled up every day - thank you. We will definitely come back.

Lovely stay beautiful hotel. Pool bar prices quite expensive compared to the surrounding diners / restaurants. €18 for a burger is quite steep for a poolside frozen burger considering a fresh burger and fries is €13.95 max in surrounding restaurants. Otherwise, lovely stay and would return

Brought the family here for a 25 year anniversary celebration! Loved having a room onto the pool and very near the indoor pool which we used as it was April! No need for extra towels - you’re given them for the pool. A lovely sun deck too. If the gym is your thing there’s a well stocked gym with machines. So lucky with the weather, 20-23 degrees and sunny most days. Breakfast was fab.

During my stay, a personal item—a Loewe tank top—was stolen from my room. The hotel’s General Manager acknowledged that a cleaner accessed my room on the day in question but did not perform any cleaning duties. Despite this admission, I was informed that no compensation could be offered because the item was not stored in the room safe. This response is deeply unsatisfactory and fails to address the breach of trust and security I experienced. Furthermore, the overall service and condition of the hotel were far below the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. The reception staff were consistently unhelpful and unwelcoming, and the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The environment appeared to cater primarily to stag and hen parties, which may contribute to a dismissive attitude from staff toward guests’ concerns. Given that this property operates under the Meliá brand, I expected a significantly higher standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest care. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable.

The only thing great about this hotel is its location and the friendliness of the cleaners. Nothing else lives up to the 4 stars it was given. Consistently over the 4 nights we were there, we had to remind the reception at least two times after requesting for additional items. On one occasion, we were worried that we might have left the iron plugged when we left so we asked the hotel to check on it and take it away as well, but hours later when we returned, the iron was still there at the same spot (unplugged luckily). The rooms were also not in good shape as well. There were floor tiles that were coming off, desk that had seen better days, trousers hangers that didn’t work and the air conditioning that didn’t allow you to adjust the speed of the fan. Overall very disappointing stay I have to say, the staff at the reception definitely needs more training and instead of just chitchatting away, they could have made sure that guests’ request are actually fulfilled.
