I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Upon check-in the clerk was unnecessarily rude (we had 2 people checking us in the second one was nice and polite). When we came to the room it was very hot, we thought it was weird so we turned the AC on but it wasn’t really getting cooler. Then maintenance enters the room because they mistakenly thought it was empty (he didn’t say what he came to do). We leave the AC on and leave the room for several hours. Upon return it is still pretty warm, we take a shower and the room turns into a humid hot mess (AC doesn’t work and neither does the air exhaust). We complain to reception and they send (the same) person from maintenance. They replace a filter but it doesn’t do anything. I run into them on the way to reception so I ask what the problem is. Maintenance tells me it is very hot outside (it was about 28 Celsius) and the whole hotel needs AC, and that we have to wait until they turn off the AC at the buffet for the room to get cooler. He tells me to wait 1 hour for it to get better, there is nothing they can do. Reception tells me the same after talking to maintenance on the phone and tells me the hotel is full and we can’t switch rooms. They tell me to wait again for 1 hour for it to get better. After 3 hours it is still the same. We complain again and get told there are no rooms available. When I check online it tells me I can book several rooms for today. Furthermore the food at the buffet is very bland and a weird variety of things to eat. Absolutely not fitting for a 4 star hotel. Drinks are not included. The beach is very nice the way water was nice and clear. The views from the rooftop are nice (on one side). All in all we have never had any of these issues at any hotel we have stayed at. We came for only 1 night to Ibiza to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a worse hotel.

The Vegan Traveller

Awesome hotel that is chic and indie! The rooms are amazing and clean, the pool and rooftop bar are lovely too. They offer a great buffet style breakfast with a few vegan options including salad, fruit, cooked breakfast items such as tomatoes, mushrooms and beans, and plant based yogurts along with non dairy milks. I’d recommend asking if something has dairy in because not everything is labelled with dairy even though it does have it in. Dinner is a buffet style too and offers limited vegan foods. It’s €20 per person so I’d recommend eating elsewhere if you’re a vegan. Service is pretty poor. The rooftop bar is amazing but the staff are so rude and incompetent.

Rooms were nicely done, big shower, balcony etc. communal areas were always spotless. Staff very helpful. Plenty on offer at breakfast - not so much at dinner. The rooftop was ok for this. Good location for San an although we did generally have to get taxis to where we wanted to go.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. really cool hotel, cute rooftop bar, and EXCELLENT SERVICE. everyone from housekeeping to the front desk were delightful. as far any areas of improvements, the modern, cute showers constantly gets water on the floor. the buffet as part of the half board package was pretty good, i only wish they added soft drinks rather than nickle and diming you. heck, just add $10 into the nightly rate, and no one would be the wiser. there's a supermarket right across the street, which was super helpful. i would definetely stay again in one of the loft suites with the balcony. the hotel is also VERY pretty.

We had a very good overall experience at the Innside Melia from 09.07.2024 - 16.07.2024. The whole crew made our stay unique. Especially Jimmy, Jose and Muriel were great to us and made a very good Job at the pool. Thank you guys. We will come back for sure !
