Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The staff were pleasant, which made a big difference. The room was modern, clean, and tidy – exactly what you want after a long day out. Breakfast was great too, with loads of variety to choose from. There was something for everyone. The only small downside was the air con – it worked fine for me, but my partner found it a bit warm at times and wished it was cooler. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at the INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza. The experience was even better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures— modern and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety each morning and added a special touch to the stay. A special thanks to Alexandra at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm welcome and assistance made a great impression and truly elevated the whole experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza and would love to return!

My daughter (16) & I had a fantastic experience staying here. The rooms are clean & modern like the rest of the hotel (great air con!). The breakfast is amazing, loads of choice & a gorgeous open dining area overlooking the pool & beach. The pool is great & you’re literally steps away from a lovely beach, the rooftop bar is very cool & a great spot to watch the sunset while listening to the tunes. Hotel location is really good, we got a little boat over to cafe Mambo (leaves hourly from little pier right next to hotel & is €5 one way) & walked back (45mins) around the bay/beaches. Another day took same boat across the bay then took the L3 bus from the bus terminal into Ibiza town (35 mins & only €8 return for 2 in comfy air con bus). Lots of cafes, big shops & little traditional parts to explore. We’ll be back as so much we haven’t seen. Make sure if you’re checking out earlier than flights that you book a shower slot (courtesy bathroom) if you want one. Book it first thing on morning of departure as slots go quickly! We left our bags in the luggage room as had hours between check out & airport. We brought our own towels which helped on the last day as you have to bring your pool towels back on check out. Staff are sweet & very helpful. Absolutely no complaints - we’ve loved our stay & are sad to be leaving! If/when we return to Ibiza, we’ll definitely be booking this hotel again.

Great hotel and location, staff excellent and great choice of food at breakfast. Only slight down point is kids aren’t allowed on rooftop bar before 8pm but didn’t affect holiday as was out and about. Drinks and food a little pricey.

Gateway Living Properties LLC

I stayed at this location two weeks ago and left 13 pieces of laundry for them to handle. Out of the 13 items, I only received 4 back. To make matters worse, they still attempted to charge me the full price! It’s been two weeks, and I haven’t received a single call or follow-up. I even sent an email, but there has been no response. Imagine traveling and having the hotel you’re staying at lose your clothes—then take absolutely no responsibility for it!
