I recently had the pleasure of staying at Meliá in Mallorca, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every corner of the hotel was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart. Special thanks to Juan and his team, who ensured every aspect of my stay was perfect, attending to the smallest details with care and professionalism. The room matched the presentation exactly. While it could have been a bit cleaner, we understand that it’s challenging to thoroughly clean a room in 30 minutes during peak season. We chose the half-board option for our 7-day trip. Breakfast was impeccable with many tasty options. However, dinner was basic compared to other Innside hotels we’ve stayed at. It wasn’t bad, but we would have been better off dining at nearby restaurants. The staff was always nice and friendly. The pool area was clean, had a beautiful view, and featured a DJ to set the right mood.

It is a respectable hotel. The services are very good, cleaning is done daily, with a sense of responsibility. The rooms are ok, with all the necessary facilities, but with a big, big problem, at least the room we stayed in. The windows were of poor quality or broken because you could hear any noise from outside, as if they did not exist. Although we were staying on the 3rd floor, we could hear people talking on the street. Because of this, the nights were many without rest, being conditioned only by our fatigue. The food at breakfast was very good, fresh and very varied, so that we could not try all the dishes offered in a week. The swimming pool is very OK, clean, with a bar, terrace and very attentive staff. All in all, I think it's an excellent hotel that deserves its stars. Completion, after your answer: Before answering my review, did you check the condition of the door to the balcony, from the room where I stayed? Can you clearly see how the window seal is repaired with window putty?

Hotel is not far away from the beach, rooms are clean, service uncomplicated and food from breakfast is good and extensive. The hotel has also a rooftop club with swimming pool - glass floor, bar and restaurant. A guest of the hotel is the access for free. Overall a nice hotel, well located, even the A11 bus to/from hotel is not far away.

Just home last night after a fantastic week away at the hotel! The staff were fantastic, went out of their way to make sure mine and my girlfriend’s stay was the best it can be. For anyone wondering the hotel itself is in a fantastic area, plenty of shops around, places to eat and the beach is literally 2 minutes away. The pool was fantastic, the food was even better! Rooms, facilities… whatever you can think of was so well looked after and clean. The thing that made me smile the most was that the staff went out of their way to make me have a great 23rd birthday, we appreciated it so much and can’t thankyou guys again, we can’t wait to come back to your hotel again!
