The room matched the presentation exactly. While it could have been a bit cleaner, we understand that it’s challenging to thoroughly clean a room in 30 minutes during peak season. We chose the half-board option for our 7-day trip. Breakfast was impeccable with many tasty options. However, dinner was basic compared to other Innside hotels we’ve stayed at. It wasn’t bad, but we would have been better off dining at nearby restaurants. The staff was always nice and friendly. The pool area was clean, had a beautiful view, and featured a DJ to set the right mood.

I stayed at here for a week and found it to be a charming and relaxing property. The highlight was definitely the rooftop restaurant with its stunning views and a long transparent pool. I particularly enjoyed sheltered area of the restaurant.
The breakfast menu was just fine. There's room for improvement in some areas. The front office often had long wait times, especially during peak hours. Having more staff or implementing self-check-in and out's kiosks would be helpful. Additionally, the rooms, though clean, lacked the polish expected from a 4-star hotel. There were minor maintenance issues like visible access opening on the bathroom ceiling and dirty debris on the corner walls.
However, the biggest drawback was the lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and hallway noise, significantly impacting my sleep quality. This is a major concern for a 4-star establishment!
Despite these shortcomings, I appreciated the unique nature of the property with its beautiful outdoor spaces and convenient shops. With some improvements, this hotel could be a truly exceptional stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Meliá in Mallorca, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every corner of the hotel was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
The staff's friendliness and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart. Special thanks to Juan and his team, who ensured every aspect of my stay was perfect, attending to the smallest details with care and professionalism.
Thank you, INNSiDE Meliá Calvià Beach, for a wonderful stay! I look forward to returning soon.

It is a respectable hotel. The services are very good, cleaning is done daily, with a sense of responsibility. The rooms are ok, with all the necessary facilities, but with a big, big problem, at least the room we stayed in. The windows were of poor quality or broken because you could hear any noise from outside, as if they did not exist. Although we were staying on the 3rd floor, we could hear people talking on the street. Because of this, the nights were many without rest, being conditioned only by our fatigue. The food at breakfast was very good, fresh and very varied, so that we could not try all the dishes offered in a week. The swimming pool is very OK, clean, with a bar, terrace and very attentive staff. All in all, I think it's an excellent hotel that deserves its stars.
Completion, after your answer: Before answering my review, did you check the condition of the door to the balcony, from the room where I stayed? Can you clearly see how the window seal is repaired with window putty?

Unfortunately, I'm really incredibly disappointed. There were about twelve very large parasols, ALL of which were supposedly broken. So there were only two small parasols for the whole back terrace - actually unbelievable at over 30 degrees and blue skies. You couldn't enjoy your cold drinks and food because there was only one question that you were constantly confronted with: "cash or card". That was the only communication you had with the staff - give me your money!!! It was not at all about having a pleasant stay and enjoying your time at the resort. It was just about offering you what I considered to be overpriced products and collecting them immediately. It was a very unpleasant feeling. Actually, the hotel's idea should be that the customer has a good time and that they don't "squeeze the customer like a lemon" financially.
