Stayed at this hotel twice and so far it’s my favourite hotel to stay at, the rooms are spacious clean and has all you need to be comfortable. The staff are brilliant, helpful and polite, you can also request your room to be clean every day if you want. There is a good variety off things for the kids to do at the hotel and they have shows in the evening, they have a brilliant bar and restaurant opened to the public. The hotel is situated central to all shops, take always, restaurants and the beach. There is a bus stop around the corner of the hotel where you can jump on to take you 3 stops to the town centre and boat port where you can rent boats and go on boat tours, there are also loads of shops and restaurants. I would recommend visiting Alcudia and staying at this hotel 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This hotel is very friendly. I actually wouldn’t go there if I didn’t have any kids because it’s mostly families that stay there. Location is next to the beach, which is great. Lobby is renovated And nice. The rooms however, are not the most updated but they are very clean and decent. We stayed in a loft suite which was big enough for a family of four. We were facing the street, so it was noisy at night. Staff was very nice and very friendly, It’s unfortunate that I encountered an issue regarding a smelly room and the AC which I only mentioned at the end of our stay…. I was told that the manager was going to email me back, he never did. I actually emailed them and they haven’t replied back. Again, it’s unfortunate because the staff is very nice and it’s not a reflection of them. I would’ve wished for the manager to try and resolve this with me. Customer service follow up is 0

The building is a bit old and needs some more maintenance, The hotel is catering to families and mass tourism. It's fine for what it is... the breakfast is decent with plenty of options, the pool area and gym are rather small. There are better hotels in this class but this one ain't too bad either..

Kaleigh Fennah

This is a lovely hotel. The aesthetic and decor is really well done. Great value for what you get. We had a loft room and was super spacious for two people. We did ask for a quiet room but our room faced out to another hotel resort and a bar so was loud in the evenings but didn't go on too late. We stayed half board, the food selections in the restaurants were great. My only negative is the lack of water at dinner and around the hotel in general... It appeared water dispensers are only available at breakfast with juice. On our first couple of evenings we ordered water but on the third night they came round and charged us, on the fourth night I brought a water bottle with me and was asked to remove it from the table. I find offering water free with a meal and in warm weather really should be expected. The pool and public spaces are lovely and really friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. It's in a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants and also handy for the public bus to the airport which was only €6.

Good hotel! We spent a week in this hotel in July. The hotel was renovated a few years ago and is in very good condition and fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. The loft room is spacious and very functional. The soundproofing was not the best possible, especially on the street side, the noise of the nearby bars could be heard in the room at night, which might make it difficult for a light sleeper to sleep. Rooms facing the pool may be quieter at night. The breakfast was tasty and varied, there was plenty of space. The pool area is large and there was always room. A few residents reserved sunbeds in the morning, but luckily there weren't many of them. I can recommend this cozy hotel, I could go again.
