My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The loft suite we had was spacious and had everything from a full size fridge, microwave, good comfortable beds and more. (The only downside was the television reception was poor but to be honest it was a relief not to listen to the news for a few days.) We were on a bed and breakfast basis. The breakfast was excellent, everything was available, well presented and cooked. The hotel itself is wonderful and has been beautifully decorated with loads of quirky items and pictures everywhere. The staff are really helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The pool facilities are excellent as is the onsite gym. The housekeeping is first class. This is without doubt the premier hotel in Alcudia and deserves a higher rating than 4 star. Credit to everyone at the Innside hotel alcudia for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Thank you.

Incredible hotel, incredible staff, food is the most wide-ranging I've ever experienced at a hotel. Great pool and there was always a lot of space in the two pools and for sun-lounging. Kids club was great and the area with artificial grass was perfect to let kids run-around, and has lots of shade. It's the nicest hotel in the area, everyone that walks past loves the decor and wants to stay there. 10/10.

Lovely hotel, perfect location and clean and modern room suites. Breakfast was great can’t fault a thing. We had an issue with our room but the staff did so much to help us make our stay as smooth as possible and moved our room. They also left a note and provided us with macarons as a way to say sorry which was very thoughtful of them! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This is a lovely hotel. The aesthetic and decor is really well done. Great value for what you get. We had a loft room and was super spacious for two people. We did ask for a quiet room but our room faced out to another hotel resort and a bar so was loud in the evenings but didn't go on too late. We stayed half board, the food selections in the restaurants were great. My only negative is the lack of water at dinner and around the hotel in general... It appeared water dispensers are only available at breakfast with juice. On our first couple of evenings we ordered water but on the third night they came round and charged us, on the fourth night I brought a water bottle with me and was asked to remove it from the table. I find offering water free with a meal and in warm weather really should be expected. The pool and public spaces are lovely and really friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. It's in a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants and also handy for the public bus to the airport which was only €6.

Good hotel with better perspectives if small changes are done(cleaning service, sound proof isolation of the rooms). Great lobby area with plenty of rest spots, gym, and so on. Pool is also pretty nice.
