Rooms were generally good, but bed was a little comical, 2 squeaky beds pushed together. Also toilet had a wonky flush. Also air con cooled the space by the exit door wonderfully..... rest of the room not so much. However lovely comfy layout and providing a fridge to keep water and fruit juice (no alcohol allowed!) Was a nice touch. Breakfast was superb, great spread (awful machine coffee though). Staff superb and incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite niggles we had a great time and would stay again.

Part of a scam with sister hotel. We NEVER booked this hotel but on our arrival at 1am to the sister hotel we were told they were 'overbooked' and we were being sent to the sister hotel. Hotel reception resembles a brothel. Pictures of naked ladies all over the walls. A disgusting vibe. Rooms were dirty and not maintained well. The food at this hotel is terrible with most things inedible as it is either stale or bad. Staff were rude throughout. A very poorly managed hotel, in a poor area. Like I said we would have never booked this hotel and wouldn't recommend booking with this company due to the blatant scam they are running.

the room was clean, but unfortunately relatively noisy. the only thing that really bothered me during my stay was the high pressure cleaning in the morning, which was very loud and unpleasant in the morning. A highlight for me was the roof terrace with pleasant music. Beyond that, I can't judge the service, as I didn't make use of it.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Indico Rock Hotel during my vacation, and I must say that my experience was far from pleasant. I feel compelled to share my honest review to help potential guests make an informed decision.
Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the uncleanliness. The floors appeared to have not been vacuumed in ages, and there were dust and dirt in every corner. To make matters worse, the beds provided resembled camping beds rather than proper hotel beds, which made it incredibly uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep.
Speaking of sleep, the noise levels in the hotel were absolutely unbearable. There seemed to be a complete disregard for noise control, constant chatter echoed through the hallways throughout the night. It was nearly impossible to get any rest, and this seriously impacted the quality of my stay.
The mini bar in the room was completely empty, leaving me with no option to drink even water without leaving the hotel premises. This lack of basic amenities was highly disappointing and did not meet the standards one would expect from a 4 star hotel .
One of the major issues I encountered was with the reception staff. They were not only unhelpful but also struggled to communicate in English. It was incredibly frustrating trying to convey my concerns or ask for assistance, as they seemed indifferent and dismissive of my needs.
Both pools at the hotel were in dire need of maintenance. The pool on the rooftop, in particular, was visibly dirty, and the water appeared unclean. Furthermore, the pool area was overcrowded, with no space to even attempt entering the water. This lack of proper pool management and cleanliness was a major disappointment.
The hotel also seemed to be severely understaffed. It was evident that the employees were overworked as they were trying to multitask across different sections. This resulted in delays and a lack of attention to detail in their service.
On a positive note, I must acknowledge that the breakfast and dinner provided were satisfactory. However, this alone does not compensate for the multitude of issues I encountered during my stay.
In contrast to the overall disappointing experience, I must mention that the cleaning ladies were consistently kind and friendly. Their warm demeanor was a small consolation amidst the numerous shortcomings of the hotel.
