Nice resort worth going premium for better quality spirits and full use of all bars, great beach area and water activities available, book at the beach hut for snokelling trip which was good. Food quality is okay with lots of options. Reception team i found to be very blaise as we booked a king sized bed and got a small double, after asking numerous times to the butler service (Inc with premium) and reception we gave up after 3 days chasing with no proper answer. I don't expect the hotel to read this review, but if offering a butler/contact service, then they really should be responding to messages. Premium pool and bar (nice staff) very good varied with activities to fill the day. Evening shows were decent. If you book premium, once you get there, try and pre-book the restaurants on offer as these book up very fast. You can use the hotel link once there. $35 in cab from airport, took just under 30mins. Not a great deal outside of hotel apart from few restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Bring USD as ATM is only DOP and ATM's outside were mostly out of service. Ask questions if needed. Overall a good hotel to book.

Overall, the vacation was enjoyable — the location was lovely, the food was tasty, and we did have some relaxing and fun moments. However, there were also several unpleasant experiences, mostly related to the staff and service. Let’s start with the reception. We had booked an all-inclusive package, but during check-in, the staff insisted that we pay extra to upgrade to a higher category (Silver or Gold) in order to get “better service.” It wasn’t just a suggestion — it felt pushy and uncomfortable. We were also told that because we only had the basic all-inclusive plan, the level of service and access we would receive would be noticeably lower. That was very disappointing and not the warm welcome we were expecting. Throughout our stay, it became clear that the color of your bracelet determined how you would be treated. If you have a blue bracelet (standard all-inclusive) and don’t tip regularly, the service drops significantly. Waiters and bartenders often ignored us — we had to chase them down to get water, coffee, or drinks. Service was slow or nonexistent unless you were wearing a higher-category bracelet. Certain bars and lounge areas were also off-limits for basic all-inclusive guests. It honestly felt like second-class treatment, which is not how guests should feel at a resort. The general attitude of the staff wasn’t very welcoming either. Some team members came across as irritated or uninterested in helping, which made the atmosphere feel less hospitable than we had hoped. Another disappointing moment: on a birthday, nothing was arranged in the room. Not even a small note or card — which would have been a kind and simple gesture. It seemed like only local guests received any special attention. As for the food — it was generally very good. We especially enjoyed the red wine, grilled meats, and fresh fish — they were flavorful and well-prepared. Just a tip: if someone offers you a coconut, we’d recommend skipping it. They cost around $10 (can be bargained down to $5), but they didn’t taste fresh or worth the price. One unpleasant detail: in the main buffet area, we repeatedly found long black hairs in the food trays. After that, it was hard to eat with confidence — definitely something that needs improvement. In conclusion, we had both good and bad moments. The hotel has potential, but the attitude of the staff and the level of cleanliness — especially in the dining areas — need serious attention.

I spent 1 week with a friend at Impressive premium Punta Cana. We had a great time! Everything was lovely. The staff is incredible!very kind and helpful whenever we need. Special thanks to Jose ,Francois and Jerry!!:-) The rooms suite are very big, clean . The activities during the day are nice we had fun playing handball and dancing on the beach. 6 different restaurants where we can enjoy different food every night. I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday with friends or in couple.

The food is delicious and offers a great variety to suit all tastes. Overall, the service is outstanding and makes you feel completely at home. The beach is very clean and well-equipped for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again
