We stayed one night in Alhambra room (impressive superior double sea side view). Only thing i felt was missing from the room was coffee machine. Room was large, comfortable and well appointed.
Spa was lovely, cost extra €20 each for 90 mins, but worth it
Parking also costs extra
Food...it kept us alive, but wasn't particularly impressive (the ice cream is delightful tho)
Drinks are extra but they do have very cheap wines and beer on tap for free
Coffee..,make sure you use the coffee machine with the beans on the top.
Will we go back? Yes!

Disappointing: We took the all inclusive package for the various activities (archery ping-pong, pool, play room, table soccer, etc) for our 2 young and very active boys. We are disappointed with this hotel, did not get to do archery which was hidden in a secret corner of the immense hotel property. After we spent 1 hr looking it had a line up, and then the "archery hour" was up. Poor quality foods at buffet dinners, kids were sick. Barely any options for vegetarians. No pool. The only indoor pool was for the costly spa. Table soccer needed Euros every few minutes...so kids barely played. 2 Ping pong tables, in very poor condition. We paid for all Inclusive, which is not inclusive. Save your money and stay in a little place instead.

I really liked the location of the resort and the overall layout of the resort buildings. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. I didn't get a chance to check out the beach or the pools because I was there in late December. However, the hotel organized animation programs that took place every day, so if I wasn't visiting nearby sights, I could join in.
The hotel was quite expensive compared to similar resorts in the area. In addition, the room equipment was somewhat worn out - rusty things in the bathroom, some stains on the walls, damaged wardrobe doors.... It really deserved some maintenance.

Great place at the sea. Suits those traveling alone or with family. Great pools. The place has a relaxed feel. Shame the gym's equipment isn't in working order.

Overall not impressive. The outdoor pools were closed when we arrived. The indoor was costly at 15 euros per adult or 10 euros per child for only 1hr 30 mins. They food options were OK not much range. The entertainment was satisfactory a lot of repetition though. The sports options limited. Furthermore its quite secluded not much aroind costly to visit around landmarks or mall via taxi. Overall wouldn't recommend very disappointed for our family Christmas break .
