A luxury resort location in a quiet and beautiful section of the Chaweng beach. Rooms are kept clean and comfortable. Very nice amenities such as a pool, beach, gym and restaurant. Our stay was enjoyable, cannot relate to the other negative reviewers. The only complaint I have is that the prices of food and drinks are VERY expensive. We ended up just walking 5 minutes away to 7 Eleven and local smaller restaurants and got the same meals and drinks at less than x3 the price. Other suggestions I have is to provide more options. They are well suited to rent out snorkelling gear, beach games, laundry, and others, but do not offer it as of writing this.

Avoid this place at all costs. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, would not even give it 2. I have traveled extensively all over the world and this is one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had. First of all, the room we paid for was misrepresented as a balcony with ocean view- got placed into a very noise street view room with no balcony. Staff was very familiar with this complaint and were quick to divert my questions, they must run this scam frequently. Property is overall extremely run down, poorly maintained and mismanaged. Beach is poorly maintained with lack of sunbeds on beach or pool deck. Room is super dingy, old and dirty. Bed is so uncomfortable. Bathroom with terrible lighting. Our room smelled very strongly like a dead animal immediately upon check in, complained repeatedly and staff just came and sprayed air freshener. Asked to switch rooms and they said they couldn’t. No hot water any of the days, complained repeatedly with no help. Would call the front desk and they would repeatedly hang up right away to avoid having to speak - particularly the front desk attendant “Nam”. So unfriendly and unhelpful. Restaurant is horribly over priced for disgusting food. Breakfast below average. Bar is totally unequipped and uninviting. Tried to ask for cancellation of the rest of our stay and they wouldn’t help. Hotel right on a busy highway, horrible traffic noise with poorly insulated rooms. Worst hospitality and service I’ve ever received in Thailand. Take your money elsewhere.

It was the worst, most horrific stay we've ever had. I've been to many countries on different continents, but I've never experienced such a terrible and incompetent hotel and service before. The rooms are right next to a busy highway. The windows are leaky and you're constantly bothered by the loud noise of custom exhausts from motorcycles and cars. The air conditioning is very old and loud. Even if you turn it off despite the heat so you can sleep, the air conditioning motor from the next room is right under our window, making sleeping impossible. We arrived on a Saturday and said straight away that we wanted a different room and were told that it would only be possible from Tuesday because they were fully booked, for an extra charge, which is also a complete disgrace. But we didn't care because we just wanted to sleep that night and relax as you should on vacation. When it was Tuesday, we were told that there were no other rooms because they were fully booked. Completely incompetent staff and very unfriendly. The hotel is very unkempt and run down. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The staff are mostly very unfriendly and listless. You don't feel welcome here. I've never experienced anything like that in Thailand. If you want peace and quiet and want to relax, please avoid the hotel.

This is such a stunning place to stay with the whole family. The staff are brilliant - they are super helpful and always available. The restraunt is amazing with excellent chefs and service staff. They offer such a large range of meals to accommodate everyone. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hotel always assists in organizing transport of your choice, activities and recommendations. They have a place to get the world's best massages right on the beach with top quality staff. The front desk staff are so helpful and always friendly. 10/10 would recommend staying here when in koh samui.

Very low level service. We booked a room with a sea view for our honeymoon, check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM. We arrived on time. We also mentioned when booking that it was our honeymoon and we also called them to remind them so they wouldn't miss out. When we arrived at the hotel on time, they told us that there was a change in the rooms and we would have to wait. We mentioned the honeymoon again and they told us that it would be a bit delayed. We agreed to wait (we were told to wait an hour). After waiting an hour and a half, we checked if the room was ready again and they said no and we had to wait. Finally, at 6:00 PM, we got the room, but guess what - there was no sea view and nothing for the honeymoon. They told us that it would only happen tomorrow, and even though we were unhappy and asked to change to a room like the one we booked with a sea view, we were told that too only tomorrow. It's 1:15 AM and I've only just received the wrong room with nothing! They told us to wait so that they could prepare the room for us with the honeymoon surprise and after waiting three hours, there was nothing in the room!! Shame!!! If only I could I would leave the hotel right now!!!
