We had a pool entry room which was great. Pools awesome. Food good. Ladies in the Level room were lovely but they could've been supported better by the main kitchen. The beach is great but location is a ride away from main shopping and night-life.

Very nice and modern hotel with lush gardens, modern rooms and great pools fronting a beautiful beach. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is good, the kids club is very good and overall we had a great stay. The resort has no lifts which is challenging for people with small children or mobility issues. Also no towels are provided at the pools or beach, they have to be brought from the room and back, which is a bit of a chore.

A very nice hotel with a great swimming pool overlooking the sea. It is very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend opting for the Level services as it is a great investment. In addition to getting access to the swimming pool designed like a river straight from your room (which is great fun!), you also get access to the excellent Level dining. We really enjoyed the evening snacks and cocktails. The staff at The Level is brilliant—very efficient, polite, and friendly. Special thanks to Sky and Tamarind.

Absolutely amazing resort. Had a wonderful stay at Melia, totally relaxing. The boathouse suite was amazing. The room was very clean and had the scent of lemongrass essential oil. The staff were always friendly and attentive, thank you for making my trip so wonderful. The beach was clean and the sand was fine. Will definitely stay again

The perfect hotel! We stayed for 7 nights, and everything was perfect. The hotel is highly maintained, the decoration of the hotel is amazing, the staff are SO nice (especially at the Level, amazing experience!), the room is big, clean, and well maintained, the swimming pool and sitting areas are amazing. The location is right in the middle between the Chewang and Fisherman's village. Right outside of the hotel, there are plenty of great restaurants, 7/11, shops, and massages, and also right at the beach. I highly recommend the hotel!
