An unforgettable stay at Meliá Koh Samui We had an absolutely amazing time at Meliá Koh Samui. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautifully designed. Whether you’re relaxing by the pools, walking through the lush gardens, or heading down toward the beach. Every area feels thoughtfully laid out and immaculately maintained. The atmosphere is the perfect balance of relaxed and upscale. The pools were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall vibe made it very easy to unwind and truly enjoy the holiday. A special mention absolutely has to go to Back, the bartender at the pool bar. He was genuinely amazing. Incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating every single time we visited. He remembered us, made great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. His service alone elevated our entire poolside experience and made us feel so well looked after. From the service to the setting, everything felt effortless and high quality. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend Meliá Koh Samui to anyone looking for a memorable, relaxing, and well-run resort experience.

My stay at Meliá Koh Samui was exceptional from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly set in a stunning tropical environment. The rooms are modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the beachfront area, and the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding service. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional, making you feel welcome and well cared for at all times. He was not only incredibly supportive and attentive to me, but also consistently helpful and respectful to all guests. It is clear that he genuinely cares about people and takes great pride in his work. Team members like him truly make a difference and elevate the entire guest experience. Thanks to staff members like Baw, a great hotel becomes an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Meliá Koh Samui and would be more than happy to return.

What an amazing stay with an incredible staff! We've previously stayed at a Melia in the Dominican Republic so we decided to choose the Koh Samui location and it was an amazing choice! We came for our anniversary and we were treated to a nice surprise message by the staff and a treat - great touch to the start of our trip! The boat suite was amazing, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable accommodation. Also very close to the pool and beach area. The walk to the lobby was about 5 minutes. Also included was a free kayak rental for the beach! Outside of the hotel, there were many massage places and restaurants (both local and catered to tourists) and a 7-11. However, the highlight of the trip was the staff. K treated our party of 6 so incredibly well, was very kind, and helped us plan our trip, even while he was at home! We really and truly appreciate everything. Thank you so much for the memorable trip! We're already talking about our next trip

We had an incredible stay at the Melia Koh Samui. We stayed in the Boat House, which was absolutely gorgeous – luxurious, spotless, and very spacious. The comfy bed, large bathroom with two showers, a bathtub, double sink, and a big wardrobe made it feel like true 5-star comfort. We loved having our own private sunbeds with direct access to one of the pools right from our room – such a special touch. We also had access to The Level, which really elevated our experience. The à la carte breakfast was fantastic, the snacks available throughout the day were delicious, and the unlimited drinks and cocktails from 5:30–7:30 pm were the perfect way to end the day. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Tamarind, Nitty, Keng, Seen, and Pikky were all outstanding – so friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff we met around the hotel was warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel so personal and special. The food and drinks were excellent, and the beach was beautiful, with the added bonus of local massage spots nearby. Overall, it was a perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and amazing hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Melia Koh Samui and can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff are truly extraordinary, and we appreciated all the thoughtful little touches that made our stay so special. Our Level swim-up room was incredible — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent our days by the beach and the pool, and loved taking part in the yoga sessions and garland-making activities on offer. Everything was beautifully organized and added to the overall experience. Thank you again to the entire team at Meliá Koh Samui for a lovely and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!
