This is a fantastic family hotel, especially great for kids, particularly because of the kids' pool featuring water slides. There are plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The kid's entertainers, Sally and her team, were absolutely brilliant. The nighttime entertainment included a few decent acts, although the quiz night could have been improved. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean every day! I suggest taking a moment to read the small print regarding the all-inclusive package and the rules for alcoholic drinks. You are allowed only 6 drinks per day—3 with lunch and 3 with dinner. Other than that you can buy as much as you wish. The food was amazing, with a wide variety available each day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for the kids. The location is excellent, with plenty of bars and shops nearby. A few areas of the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall, it’s a great place, and all the staff were polite and friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay! The pools were perfect for kids—safe, fun, and clean. The whole hotel was perfectly clean too, which we really appreciated. The food was great with something for everyone—some classics always available, plus cool themed nights like Spanish and seafood. Staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely come back!

Quality and diversity of buffets food was exceptional 5 stars. Maybe one of the best buffets I had, definitely the best paella I had in a hotel. My son enjoyed the kids sessions and the entertainment was good quality. The hotel is located 5 mins from the beach, therefore a walking distance and very close to shops. Room cleanliness was OK. The hotel has 3 pools including the kids slides which keeps the entertained. They also offer outdoor food service during the day which is ideal for children. Outdoor maintenance could be improved especially cleanliness, more attention to details would be recommended. It is indeed a very good family hotel and the atmosphere is very chilled we will come back in future.

What a brilliant hotel. Completely exceeded my expectations. The entertainment team (Sally, Andreas and Anton) were absolutely incredible. All the activities were suitable for children and adults, they were always involved and positive. Completely made our stay. The rooms were extremely clean, cleaners were all very friendly couldn’t fault them at all. If you’re coming to stay as an all inclusive guest and like to drink, it’s worth reading up! We were very fortune that we read reviews and knew what to expect. Due to the new laws, you are allowed 3 drinks at lunch, 3 at dinner ( wine or beer ). Otherwise, all drinks need to be paid for. As an all inclusive guest, drinks are discounted by about €1-€2 euros. However this did not change our stay at all. The bar staff all dealt with it brilliantly. They were always up for a joke and a positive evening.

I spent an amazing week with my family here. I’ve seen some reviews on here and I didn’t know what to expect. We arrived 3 hours ahead of our check in time (via our transfer) but luckily our room was ready. It was also lunch time and we told to go and get lunch, which we did. We dumped our suitcase and went and found space round the pool and then continued to have an amazing time. Here’s my honest opinion…. Rooms - We had a lower value room which was tight on space but very clean and had everything we needed. We tend to use the room as a launch pad as we don’t go on holiday to sit in our room. The balcony overlooked the pool. The room had a TV, tea and coffee machine and a fridge. Room service is offered every day by a dedicated team that seem to serve each floor. All very nice. Food/Restaurant - The food was amazing. For the whole week the food was different for every day. Of course there was your staples that were the same, chips, salads etc etc. One night there was a great range of sea food, another night a Mexican night, American themed and so on. I’ll post some photos along with this review. The poolside snack bar was also great. I’ve been to some all inclusive places before and the balance can be off and it feel like it’s a feeding frenzy at the zoo, not here, the restaurant is sizeable and it never feels over crowded and people were polite and it never seemed an issue. Drinks were available as you wanted them. Seen some moan about the “no alcohol” thing, it’s the actual law and that’s on you to find out before you go! Entertainment - There was loads going on. In the main reception there are two massive timetables, kids and normal. There was alway something going on. For the evening they have a nightly kids disco from 8:30 until 9 or 9:30pm. Then after that it’s adults entertainment, a singer or whatever. As it was a short 5 minute walk from Magaluf or Palmanova we would venture out, Pirates is a must! Swimming Pool - There are 3 pools, 1 is a bigger deeper one with loads of sun beds around then there is a medium pool that is 0.5 metres deep, ideal for kids under 10 with sun beds around and then a splash pad that is ideal for under 5s. All with sun beds around. They open the doors to the pool area at 8:30am but what I noticed is you do get a few who queue up and get their favourite spots but you can wonder out at any time and find a space. There seems to be room for everyone. We would go to the beach in the morning and come back around 1-2pm and find good places around the medium size pool. The outdoor snack bar is close to the big pool. There is staff constantly clearing up empties and I observed cleaners cleaning handles and hand rails. Very clean. Location - The hotel is up a big hill! But it is a rocky island with lots of ups and downs! A 2 minute uphill walk from the more flatter beach area will have you sweating in the heat but it’s not a big deal. If you walk for 5 minutes you’ll be in the heart of Palmanova or Magaluf. The Palmanova beach is 3-4 minutes walk and is amazing. We walked to Katmandu and it took 10-15 minutes, Pirates was 20-25 minutes and mini golf In Palmanova was 20-25 walk away. We got the bus to Marineland which too 10 minutes and was easy to navigate. A great location and just far enough away to not hear the noise from the nightclubs that are on until 6am. Overall it’s one of the best all ins I’ve stayed at. It’s definitely a 4 star. The room was tight on space but I’d done my research and I knew that before we left. There are bigger rooms if you want to pay for them. The thing this hotel has right is the balance of people and how many guests it has to what it offer. It’s never cramped, they haven’t tried to ram too many people in for the size of the place. It’s great value. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Having experienced it, the negative reviews are by those who simply expect way too much. That’s the way I read it. It’s clean, great food, great location, lots going on, friendly family based and great pools.
